I have never before reviewed a product or service, but given the incredibly positive experience I had with Salt Chamber, I felt it was necessary. I learned about salt therapy in 2019 when I started using the salt room at our local health club. After using it for 30 days, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my seasonal allergies. I was so impressed with salt therapy, that I decided I wanted to build a salt therapy room in our home, and quickly learned that Salt Chamber was a leader in the field and had actually built the salt room at our health club. My first call was with Rene Stern at Salt Chamber who could not have been nicer and more knowledgeable. She was extremely patient and answered about a dozen questions I had about salt therapy in general, and many other questions I had about salt room design. I followed up with Rene a few more times and on each occasion she was extremely helpful and professional. Once I decided on some basic design issues, Rene put me in contact with Leo Tonkin (the CEO) who helped me refine my design thoughts, and also gave me a number of helpful design ideas. Once I was ready to move forward, we finalized the plans and Salt Chamber calculated the precise amount of materials I would require (e.g., the quantity of himalayan salt bricks, spacers, lights, etc.) at which time I placed my order. The halogenerator, salt bricks and other building materials were delivered in good condition and on dates that Salt Chamber specified. It all went very, very smoothly.

Once we started construction, our contractor and I had additional questions, and once again the Salt Chamber was very helpful and gave us lots of good advice and practical solutions. The Salt Chamber also shared with us construction diagrams that made construction of the salt wall much easier. When our salt room was complete, I had several questions about how to operate and clean the halogenerator. Once again, I received great instructions and guidance. I now feel much more comfortable with the knowledge I have acquired and I can better relax and fully enjoy my beautiful salt room at home. I could not be happier!! Without all the expert advice and assistance from Rene , Leo, Blaine, Shimon, and Jackie, it would not have been possible. Thank you Salt Chamber! I highly recommend this company.

in Boca Raton FL. Salt Chamber supplied all of my salt for my Halotherapy business, from the floor salt to the panels, to the halogenerator, the training for the halogenerator operation, and education about the business. The Himalayan salt came from the salt mines in Pakistan to their facility in Boca Raton, they made all my salt panels, got my order together then, delivered to me in a timely manner as they promised. What a pleasure to work with Rene Stern, Leo, Blaine, Shimon, and Adam. They listened to my needs, and always answered my questions. We love our sales rep Lanell Fagan! She gets 5 stars from us. Our experience with the company has been good, but a little confusing at times. Over all, a great experience and we hope to do it again in the future with additional locations if all goes well with this one.

We placed a $10,000 order for a Salt Chamber. After not receiving for 6 months, we cancelled the order and asked for a refund. It's now been a year and we have not received a refund or the Salt Chamber and no one will reply to emails. If you want to avoid being robbed, do not use this company.

Can t understand why the 9 people who reviewed Salt Chamber LLC were more important than my hopes and dreams. They all had great reviews. I basically paid $3,600.00 for NOTHING! I was put on hold, ignored and dodged. Leo is out today was a continuous theme.

With dreams of opening a Salt Cave in my city and being entirely new to the business I really needed help. I paid my money and was put so far on the back burner I was eventually forgot about and never contacted unless I contacted them which normally resulted in the above scenario Leo is out of town . Probably on a vacation that I paid for. Not saying this isn t for everybody because it has obviously worked for other clients.

I just wanted to put my experience out there so others would know. If you re not important to them you will get shunned and not see your money work for you. If you are new to the business and not ready for instant success you will be placed on a very low priority, never contacted and left to struggle for yourself. Seems to be a great business model for their company. Take advantage of the startups and fully support the ready to open next day type business. That s instant revenue!

Just be aware of what you are getting into with this Consultant Salt Cave business. I want to ensure you don t get taken advantage of as I did...$3,600.00 is a lot of money for some people. Some could lose their way of life based off this scam and yes $3,600.00. I was able to recover with no problems but, some won t be able to. Please look at all options prior to paying these guys. It is in your best interest.
