I've had two experiences with the spa since landing in West Palm for the winter, once for a facial and once to drop my daughter off for the same service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The spa is charming, upscale and relaxing. The facials are very good. I have sensitive eyes. It doesn't take much for them to break out after a facial. It happens with about every other spa I try. So, in no way is this a reflection on their products. But, sadly, I can't go back because of it. But, I will continue to take my daughter. As they are a holistic spa, it would be awesome for them to add services with simple ingredients like avocado, honey, turmeric, coffee ect. I've had coffee and chocolate body scrubs, and avocado facials, in Costa Rica, that were both effective and gentle. But, as to Tammy Fender's services, I highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't have absurdly sensitive eyes. Hands down, they are the most professional and friendly spa I've been too....and I've been to a lot. It is always nice when they staff is not only happy to see you but, obviously, happy to be there as well. In busy downtown West Palm, there is convenient parking behind the building.

Me and my mother in law have been satisfied clients of Tammy holistic care for skin for 15 years . Besides the amazing product she developed over a long career , her personality is truly warm , caring and knowledgeable . We lucky to have her in Palm Beaches!

I was blessed to receive a reflexology session from Helya. Such an amazing soul! What a beautiful gem this place is. A gorgeous house with an inside luxurious feeling, where you feel immediately the permission to fully relax. Her reflexology does miracles to the mind, body, and soul. All the people working there are very much at service, from the first contact through phone, till the last moment of leaving. Beautiful colors & smells, warm caring energy and top quality treatments! I'm a big fan!

Helya is an amazing healer. Her reflexology does miracles to the mind, body, and soul. I have been seeing her for 7 years and each experience is better than the last. If I could I would give 10 stars. Helya s touch is euphoricly hypnotic. From the first minute to the last the spirit will be wisked away to another dimension where the mind can heal even the deepest fears, doubts, and painful emotions.

Disappointing. The location is in quaint street of west palm beach with a oddly sized parking area . The cars were all haphazardly parked making it stressful to find a spot where my car was not doing to be hit or dinged. My first impression of the spa was cozy, European style cottage. The products were elegantly displayed and the front desk checkout area was very intimate . I scheduled a Tammy Fender Signature facial with reflexology . My interaction with Ms. Fender was less than expected. Either she is shy or just not interested in engaging with new clients , either way I did not feel she was as kind and caring as she promotes herself to be. I've had facials by many top of the line experts in Paris, Switzerland, NY and LA , therefore I am very versed in the etiquette of spa treatments. I was well aware that in Florida one would never expect the level of expertise and service that you would get in Europe , however, I was expecting Tammy Fender to be at the least more warm and present during our session. Her tone was not relaxing or therapeutic. She did not offer any recommendations and did not seem to care. More appalling was when the facial and reflexology was completed, I was not given privacy in the room to dress. A cheeky spa worker stood in the room cleaning up the linens as I was getting dressed. I asked for privacy and she directed me to the bathroom in the hallway. Bottom line , this is not a place for someone looking for a luxurious, intimate spa experience. I felt rushed , not valued and stressed . I was expecting a more personalized experience especially since the founder was doing my treatment. I would have scheduled my facial at the breakers had I known I was going to be treated like a number instead of a valued person. I expressed my concerns with the friendly front desk manager , however she did not seem too concerned as she gave me a frozen smile while quickly charging my credit card. I felt as if she wished she had an eject chair button for all the customers that complained. Not worth it

Fantastic facility with amazing products! One of the best if not the best experiences ever! I definitely will be back on my next trip to FL!
