I have a wonderful operate Gaby who has been doing my hair for many years. In fact I followed him to Alesandra Salon from another salon. Several people have come over t me and asked where I have my hair done. I guess I have found the right person who knows what color and cut suits me.
I just had a haircut done. The worst possible hair cut I've ever had in my life as i tried to style it today realize the sides don't even match left side has more layers than the right side the back is all up and down the layers don't fall in sync . I asked for sidebang i can literlly count the hair he picked for side bang.
Not only that while checking out she informed me they won't take amex and tip os cash only which i was forced to use their Atm when i asked why i wasn't informed the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive.
I WILL NEVER GO IN THEIR NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS SALON AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER.
What can I say, I looked 10 years younger! Thank you Miryana for working your magic! Beautiful salon and spa. Can't wait to go back!

Always a great experience at Alessandro. Adam is fabulous and cares about his clients....when my hair was a little to light he didn't mind at all toning it down and re-blowing it out. He is great at his job and i look forward to my appointments because i feel great when i leave.
Jackie is the best stylist I have ever been to in my life. She is professional, sweet as can be, treats you like royalty and listens to your wants. She makes it look so easy but the results are too notch.

I made an appointment for a haircut and blow dry. My appointment was 9AM, at 9:18 AM the Stylist, Adam, still hadn t yet come out to get me. I asked the front desk if they were running behind the schedule. One man at the front desk heard my conversation and said that he would go and get the Stylist. However, the Stylist came out and walked me to the shampoo area.
After they shampoo, the Stylist asked me how I would like my blow dry. 2nd surprise came, because I had an appointment for a haircut and blow dry. Unfortunately he didn t know what he is doing. I would NOT recommend this Salon to any online. They are unprofessional and disorganized !
I was there to get a hair cut, I ended up to do it with Adam. Whoever need a hair cut should go to him, very professional and kind. Great people and staff.

I have been going to Alesandra's for almost 2 years now and love their services. The Front Desk is always courteous. Gabby my hairstylist is wonderful and the young women at the sinks are amazing at the finishing processes and ensuring your comfort. Genya is superb with eyebrow waxes and very knowledgeable in the products the Spa sells. I have had a body massage treatment package and that too was exactly what I needed and performed by a true professional. I highly recommend this Salon and Spa.
I have been away from the salon/spa experience for some time due to financial constraints, but have for the past 15 years have always trusted and been amazed by the team at Hot Heads and Alesandra so today when I wanted to jump back in the ring Alesandra's was there to make my birthday request(they didn't know) for a last minute appointment a reality!!! Brandy gave me the amazing cut and color I had been dreaming of for the past year and they squeezed my 14 year old and her friend for an eyebrow waxing!!! The girls had never done this before and the tech took them after I went back and gave them age appropriate beautiful eyebrows. This is a family run business that defiantly cares about the genuine care and comfort of their guests!!!!!!
Alessndra spa is professional and clean. They have all of the amenities of a large spa in a smaller setting. I had a facial with Jenya and a massage with Julie and highly recommended both!
I love the organic products that Alesandra uses by Eminence and plan on purchasing them.
I went in over the weekend on a referral from another salon, I was told Bonnie would be able to work with my daughters very full, thick, long, curly hair. Bonnie did an AMAZING job with the cut/blow dry! She was clearly very passionate about her job, very artsy, and had that beautiful smile that could light up any room she stepped into, like that smile that makes the men fall in love at first site in all the movies! Not to mention the shop is beautiful, modern, and a one stop shop for all your beauty/spa needs, and the prices arent outrageous either!! Highly recommend!

Gaby is the BEST at hair...Color, cut, blowouts and very fast.
Outdated, a bit tacky and most of the people are not nice. A lot of "little old ladies" getting helmet-head hair-do's and squabbling with the staff and each other. The "expert" stylist cut one side of my hair noticeably shorter and my color was not done well. Most of the staff and patrons looked and acted unhappy or uptight. This place has really gone downhill the last few years so I will be going to a better salon now.

I had the best cut and color of my life today with Adam. I went in with terrible color, grey roots and a cut with no shape or style .I left with such an amazing cut and color that compliments me better than any I've ever had. Adam cut EVERY single hair so precisely that no matter which way I flip, turn or brush it falls back into the most flattering shape! I'm beyond thrilled and so very thankful!!! I've never been the girl who gets stopped and asked who does your hair?? Well in the last 3 hours since leaving the salon, I've been asked 4 times. Simply amazing!

I have been a loyal customer of Gerald's for years. 14 years to be exact. Followed him from Hot Heads to Alesandra. He is a master stylist and color expert. Amazing. I know many of the staff and have never felt like I was less important than anyone else and have never seen anyone treated improperly or rudely. Excellent Service. I enjoy the perks of the beverage selections. I highly recommend the Salon for Hair Services, Gerald in particular. If Gerald is not available, Sebastian or if you prefer a lady, Kelly. The best.
Had an appointment with hair stylist who on the day of (about 40 minutes before my appointment) canceled as I was on my way to the salon (which I live far from). Aside from the fact that I was contacted so last minute before my scheduled appointment I decided to get my hair done with a different hair stylist and wanted a balayage... Which did not turn out right... Very disappointing.
