Stayed in this hotel 16/12/16 till 21/12/16 room was never cleaned rang several time to cleansing and reported at the reception. The manager didn't have to speak to me. After threading the management with legal action the room was cleaned and the bath towel changed on the fourth day. Didn't give me good impression of the hotel.

Hotel there is no reception, and the hotel is beautiful, but there is no question about the employees of the hotel, whether Saudi or others
You talk to them from the afternoon and tell them I have something that I want you to paralyze, so they say the worker will come and I have not seen anything
I told them how many times they did not want a failed hotel for the workers and advised him to someone who rented it, but a failed hotel that failed. This is what I had

Too bad it's not like it was

Too bad it's not like it was
The employees themselves have a special Shinh reception
They tempt you with things, and if you hire you do not see any promises
The bathrooms are broken
The lighting is tired
Elves do not benefit from them and some of them are broken
Prices for food are strongly overrated

A hotel that distinguishes it from the Haram and was my favorite choice but unfortunately the furniture is worn and old and has not been refurbished and recently closed the parking for guests (mean yourself) means housing without a parking lot although they have many parking spaces below the building

Within walking distance of the holy Haram, Al Shohada Hotel offers luxurious rooms with LCD TVs and air conditioning. Facilities include a business center.

All rooms at Al Shohada Hotel are equipped with satellite TV and a work desk with light lighting. Each room also has a private marble bathroom.

Male guests can enjoy a private foot massage from an international masseuse.

Al Shohada's restaurant, Caravan Sto, serves local and international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pastry shop offers a wide selection of freshly baked breads and pastries.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Holy Haram.

OK

Very crowded during the Haj season.

Very crowded during the Haj season.
Overall, it's a good hotel, but the restaurant really needs improvement. The other passengers wouldn't follow very simple rules of sanity, and the restaurant manager wouldn't care.
