A hotel close to the Sacred Mosque and characterized by activity and distinctive service

Stayed in this hotel 16/12/16 till 21/12/16 room was never cleaned rang several time to cleansing and reported at the reception. The manager didn't have to speak to me. After threading the management with legal action the room was cleaned and the bath towel changed on the fourth day. Didn't give me good impression of the hotel.

They need an urgent renovation as everything is so old fashioned there.

A hotel that distinguishes it from the Haram and was my favorite choice but unfortunately the furniture is worn and old and has not been refurbished and recently closed the parking for guests (mean yourself) means housing without a parking lot although they have many parking spaces below the building

Very crowded during the Haj season.
Overall, it's a good hotel, but the restaurant really needs improvement. The other passengers wouldn't follow very simple rules of sanity, and the restaurant manager wouldn't care.

It is the best place in reasonable budget but i will prefer only for hajj...not for umrah bcox u wont found any quality food around the hotel as compared to ibrahim khalil road...infact its distance from haram is almost half then any other sides of haram residence buildings

My favorite hotel when going for Umrah where affordable price, best value for money facilities, underground parking even for non-guests, a clean barbar at lobby.
