The hotel is sweet. The first thing I entered was the room, which was very clean and the price was reasonable, compared to its location, about 7 minutes walk from the Haram. They have parking lots for visitors per hour and the guests pay for the fixed price per day. The lobby followed the hotel, and the reception and reception are excellent.

Contains parking close to the campus behind the Abraj Al-Bait compound for a fee of 10 riyals an hour in non-seasons

Good hotel ... lacking some reception staff ... the breakfast is modest .. far from the 700 m campus

On the map you might find it very far but in real the hotel is very near and have a lot of facilities to make you feel comfortable starting with the huge lobby with nice chairs to the restaurant and diversity of food kind for every nation to the stuff them selves are nice and willing to assist you in every matter.

The hotel are surrounded by many gift shops and cheap food and beverage places and it's only 5 min away from the Haram in front of the bus station and this shows how near is it

This review have been made to show you what's around it as I wasn't a guest there but I tried to find a room but it was fully booked

Comfortable ... at home ... the food that Indonesia really ... do not feel in a foreign land

Best hotel experience! Amazing, friendly, helpful staff who are always on hand to help. Beautiful lobby area and family suite, lovely and clean, and always maintained by staff regularly. Max 10 minute walk once you have exited masjid-al-haram, and convenient distance from all shops. Great variety of healthy and tasty food for breakfast.

I do not recommend it because the hotel management is not interested in the renovation of furniture and maintenance

No facilitation by the hotel organizers.. only they wanna to do business.. and have no care of the costumers..

The place is close to the Grand Mosque in Mecca, five minutes on foot.
Close to public transportation.
Prices are high, but for the reasonable standard.

I don t know how to get 5 stars soiled bathrooms. Cleaning elements. Tables. Food display. Dirty. The biggest problem is cleanliness once and for sure. This is the last time I come to it.

For places where facilities are good but food no good

For a pilgrim its blessing to stay as close as possible to Haram. A small multi story building Hotel, its advantage is its proximity to haram, An O.K place for budget travelers, clean atmosphere, rooms are not big but clean though, surrounded by number of Shops, markets and restaurants, so good place to stay and to pass your time.

The rooms are quite dilapidated and too small for 4 beds the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, the wifi is too weak at the level of the rooms or even inaccessible but the restaurant offers a large choice of quality cuisine. Hotel near the Haram barely 600 meters.

Too many buses during hajj season. smoke for the buses can sometimes get overwhelming. Didn't stay in the hotel thou.

Close to the Sacred House of God, away from the Grand Mosque by 600 meters

Hotel is nice, room service is totally rubbish, toilet plumbing isn't working properly

No room service at all. Reception is not cooperative and ignorant.

They never came to room for cleaning or new towels. Don t know how they got 5 Star sertificate.

Only thing about this hotel is that it s close to Haram but still 10 minuets walk.

Had problems with leaking shower area that we got workmen to repair each day with little or no improvement.

Five star hotel and excellent location close to the campus

The hotel is nice and staff is at the top of respect and there are parking lots for those who do not want to get off the campus about 7 minutes walking distance
They have restaurants, various cuisine and a coffee shop on the ground floor .. I recommend you visit

It is great but they need more international speakers to help communication.

My experience at the hotel is not good. In the hotel restaurant there is a copper schnapper from its place and my foot is deeply injured and I still suffer from the wound so far and it causes me anxiety and it was 5 days on the day of the hotel management. You sent me to the hospital with his share of them thanking them but my experience with the hotel is a bitter experience and I still suffer from the wound and especially I am presented to the Hajj by God's permission, but the residence was excellent and the treatment was excellent
