It is not the same as before.

It is not the same as before.
The administration changed and everything changed:
The arrival in the reservation application is at 2:00 p.m.
Most reception staff are unable to receive guests as required.
Room cleanliness and hallways are no longer good.
Rooms do not have tea or coffee facilities.
I do not know why the rest of the five-star rating is now more than 3 stars.
I advise to search for others

A perfect and luxurious place to stay next to the Holy Mosque of Mecca
The breakfast buffet is luxurious. The lobby is large and spacious. It has a cafe and a small bazaar for the reception of the soufuniers and there are several banquet halls.

A suitable price, I found the best, proximity to the sanctuary, sophisticated service, interested reception, a spacious and distinctive lobby, excellent workers and smart security, they found missing us in the lobby through the cameras, knowing that from two days we did not remember them and we did not find them in the secretariats. where he is very modest and very small Tvajonna and its Agheinah ..

Worst hotel u can ever imagine.Bad customer service and they don't have concept of house keeping. We called for house keeping many times as it was not done and then they started hanging up on us. We complanied front desk but no use. Wifi sucks as it drop every few minutes. Most of the staff can't understand English so it hard to communicate. It was a nightmare for us. I won't stay there again and I don't recommend anyone making tbe same mistake.

5 minutes walk from Masjid Al-Haram. Staff service is great, buffet style breakfast and dinner always tasty and has a lot of variety.
12 LIFTS/ELEVATORS! You don't even realize how amazing this is until you are there.
Free WiFi, Masjid inside the hotel in case you can't get to the Haram in time.
This is most likely the best hotel I've stayed at in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

General note: If you are a Pilgrim (Hajji) buy your SIM and data from the stores outside, not from the staff at the hotel as you will most likely end up paying significantly more.

Very hot but all the establishments are air-conditioned. About this hotel, it is a chic hotel which deserves 5 stars for the place but 2 stars for the rooms. The employees are warm and finally the food is good (it there is a Tunisian chef)
