Now I am here, thanks to God Almighty, a very large hotel, well known, medium-sized, small in size, and the best internet is open and clash.

Room service not good, no extra drinking water supplied by hotel, only 300ml water they given very poor service this is not a 5 star hotel it is below star hotel

The hotel is not bad, rooms are large, but it has a very persian feel about it. Not too far from the haram, but not very close either.

ordinary. but the good thing is that it's close, walking away ... heh thank God

If it s for utilizing only parking facility then be aware! Unlike on previous occasions they don t let you use the restrooms located at the ground floor. For a charge of SR 15/ hr at-least they shud allow customers to use their restrooms..

This hotel actually deserves to be a 5 star hotel. But because the distance is far away, the star falls one to 4 stars.

Close to the Grand Mosque and not more than 500 meters away, but it did not allow me to enter

The Martyrs Hotel in Makkah is about 600 meters from the Haram and the hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

This is the best 5 star hotel... Service is awsome....distance from haram is 8 min walk...

This hotel badly needs renovation and quality staffs to do quality cleaning. Specially the washrooms are not cleaned properly by the staffs.

Nice hotel with friendly bell boy and waitress.. nice food served.. very convenient for ibadah..

Fabulous room , near to king abdul aziz gate , everything is just perfect there, there are restaurants and shops for shopping besides the hotel

Loved it great hotel, 7 mins walk to haram theres a great fastfood and desi restaurant "Zam Zam rest." 11 lifts good for families. Great Service

dated hotel compared to others, lots of flies, approximately 10-15 minute walk to the Haram, needs an update on every room

Well located. Close to Haram Makkah. Good spacious room and washroom. Very friendly staff and helpful. Concierge does fantastic job, almost as if they run the hotel since reception staff doesn't speak anything but Arabic. Recommended to stay there. Till next time, good luck. :)

The hotel is pretty just less friendly and care of the rooms

It is somewhat expensive and has the best close to the Haram

There are no boilers in the bedrooms .. When I asked the hotel one told me it was only for the VIP class
Please note that all hotels offer a kettle.
2. Non-insulating windows for external sound leading to inconvenience.
3. There was no room cleaning service, we received the room and the toilet was dirty.
4. There was no towels in the room at all and when we repeatedly requested the service was provided after a full day of ordering we were finished out of the dormitory which caused us much discomfort.
5 - The restaurant is in a small room while the hotel has a very large number that does not accommodate these numbers.

Really dropped in quality compared to before. No soap in the bathroom and a terrible breakfast. Room is really cramped too

Very satisfied with the service the rooms and the location I recommend
