The hotel is nice but lacks some luxuries including no laundry and no prayer carpet

Too many beds in small room, strange smell in hotel, rooms are not clean, beds and pillow are really not comfortable, location from masjid al haram is approx 10 minute walk, too far. Only good thing is large variety in breakfast and ok wifi in the room.

Yesterday, the first day of the holiday, Kurban went down to dinner in a restaurant (we have breakfast and lunch included), we collected food on the plates, and then the administrator comes up and says, your room is not registered for dinner today, you are having dinner tomorrow. At the moment staying very bad its my first night when walked in there were 2 single beds kicked a fuss then got a double bed nothing for the baby bed. No tea coffee fasilty when we asked oh thats only for room service for ppl in 8th floor , it was not menion when we booked it. Room was not clean. First arrived and had to wait 7 hours to get the room after found out this room was empty since yesterday resceptionist tried to get money while we already booked then when said we have paid he goes oh sorry tring to fob us

Good place, near Masjidil Haram (about 500m), but it's been 2 days, no room service s ask if we want the room to be cleaned.
