Extremely horrible service. They refused to clean my room and ignored my phone calls down to the front desk. When i complained directly to the manager, he blamed it on the room service. When I complained to them the room service people blamed it on the manager for not communicating properly. After nearly 9 hours of waiting, they came to my room and grabbed towels yelled khalas and left. Then after another couple phone calls and trips to the manager somebody came, rushed and left immediately after. This occurred past ten clock in the evening, and the rooms next to mine started complaining also that room service had not come to their rooms for more then a day. They refused to provide the rooms next to me towels also. I would absolutely recommend choosing another hotel because anything would be better then this place.
Quice hotel, but the room size is small and the rooms are all the same size
A clean hotel close to the Haram, approximately 500 meters away from the Haram
A Five star hotel approximately 5 minutes walks away from Masjidul haram in Ajyad area. Neat and clean rooms and only 4 minute walk towards Clock Tower.
Its around 400 meters away from Masjid Alharam. Good place to stay here
Nice hotel with ease of access to Masjid Al Haram. Offers a large meeting area, hair salon, business centre and luxury.
Clean, warm water available, not too far to haram (15 minutes on foot)
Beautiful and beautiful memories and competitive prices
The location is excellent and has parking under the hotel
Breakfast always the same. All wall sockets are two pin except one which is three pins. Walls and doors are not sound proof.
Beautiful and comfortable
Deserves five stars
One of the worst hotels in Makkah.
Night shift receptionist can't understand English, can't use a calculator.
Rooms are congested, no source of fresh air in the rooms.
Al Shohada Hotel is one of the best hotels I have seen on the one hand and the decor and service and also its proximity to the Haram area ... a great place
Mafi isolates the ability to sleep and rest of the inconvenience and boiling increased the amount of Najib you
One of old and famous star hotel in MAkkaH. Five minutes walkable distance from King Abdul Aziz Gate, gate number one of Holy HARAM SHARIFF. Today my family visited for dinner. Excellent ambiance s with good waiters. Nice mutton curry with bukhari rice
Excellent location, very close to the campus, about 7 minutes walk on your leg
Our favorite hotel all day of the year, especially Ramadan and Eid
Very nice ,Eid prayers arrangement was there in lobby.
The location is close to the Grand Mosque, also close to sellers of food and fruit juice drinks. The food is delicious too. There is a very large lobby that can be used for coordination with the Umrah pilgrims.
I am satisfied with my stay at Al Shohada Hotel with Marega travel congratulations to the whole team thank you
I love this hotel, all year round parking available and its price is excellent 10 nights an hour, is my first choice when visiting Mecca
Avoid, poor employees, very disappointed, frankly avoid this hotel
Very good and close to the campus 7 minutes on foot up campus.
Had a nice experience during my stay, some of the staff were great while some need more of customer relation training.
This isn't the best or the worst hotel. It is close enough to walk to the Haram.
Not a 5 star at alll as their rooms beds etc.but has good breakfast
An extension of makaarem umm al qura. Hard to find on maps so make sure to look for umm al qura the main hotel and then you walk through
