Al Serra Chevrolet Review

Jon is an extremely knowledgeable and attentive sales advisor. I drive 2 hours to the dealership from my home and will continue to use them for my automotive purchases!

I turned in a Yukon on a lease, leased a truck. Found out that the truck was
Too rough a ride for my injured shoulder. I was told by Glenn Lipto
That we could turn in paperwork to get me out of the truck. When I got the note from the doctor, I asked where he wanted it sent. Have not heard from him since. He also owes me an under the seat organizer that I paid for
He was going to put off installing it, because I was going to turn it back in.
This was supposed to take a week or two. Going on a month and he won't return my calls. Guess I am going to a different dealership

Had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Completely unacceptable. GM can spend all the money in the world on "revitalizing the service lane experience," but will continue to lose retention to the aftermarket if they can't do a simple oil change in under an hour.

The sales team was warm, welcoming, and catered to my hectic schedule. Beyond grateful for their help in getting out of my old vehicle and would recommend them to family and friends!

Al Serra Used Cars likes to waste your time. I set up an appointment to look at a used vehicle. I was driving from 1.5 hours away so I confirmed the time and that the vehicle would be available the next day. Sales person knew I was driving from a long distance. I get a call 10 minutes before appointment that the vehicle had been taken to auction the night before.
Very unprofessional!

Appointments are honored here which is a major plus for anyone who puts their trust in a business. Hard working people who put customers first and the technicians do great work. There is definitely team work going on here and that makes for great customer satisfaction. Thanks team Al Serra!

They were upfront about the cost - no hidden fees! They were very Attentive to doing things the right way, and making sure it gets done asap - no waiting around forever just so they can try to make you say yes to something you don't want like other dealerships do. Kyle was spot on as usual! I wanted a Camaro when none were to be found anywhere and not just any Camaro but a black or red, 1LT with an RS package AND a 6 speed manual (no easy task) well folks he got r done..he had it on the lot in a single day from some distant dealership and had to wheel and deal to get it....Kyle is the man!! I am one of those customers that does keep cars long at all, about The time the new car smell is going away, it s time to trade it in. I have gotten five vehicles from Kyle in the last six years and the total for my family is 13 cars. I wouldn t shop anywhere else! Kudos to Kyle, and the Al Serra Auto family, they are fantastic!

Had an 8am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The first time I tried to schedule an appointment the guy told my wife our warranty for the oil change expired at 77,000 miles after she told him we had 78 on our vehicle. I finally got it squared away and didnt leave the service center til around 10:30am. Over 2 hours for an oil change when my paperwork said I was priority 1. Lack of professionalism. My wife and I wont buy another vehicle from this place.

Great job! Your body repair shop is very busy. That tells me people trust you to repair their vehicles correctly. It took longer then originally projected to repair my tahoe, but I appreciated the updates and progress reports from the office. I had been hit broadside and the damage was substantial. I was very satisfied with the body repair work when i picked it up, my vehicle looks new!! I was so impressed. I liked the process from check in to pick up. Very professional. Thank you! I bought the tier warranty from them my tier keeped going low I brought my car in three times and they couldn't find the problem so I went to bell tier and they found a hole in my tire then I got my oil changed and I asked them to check the brakes two times and they said they were fine but two days later I have grinding in my front passenger side tier so I bring it to bell tier and I spent alot of money because I had to replace all the rotors and pads I will never go to al Serra again and thir ratings are fake

It was easy and convenient to make an appointment online, the adviser (Brian P.) was very helpful and nice. It was a shorter wait time then expected which was great!

Ron did an amazing job finding the car I wanted, Al serra gave me a solid price for it, didn't give me a run around and ended up getting me more for my trade in than the initial offer, more than I bargained for. Seriously, when I called for an appointment, Ron ballparked a figure for my trade in. They offered $200 less than that figure, and I agreed, but when I came back to sign and take delivery, the number went back up by $400! I have already recommended Al Serra to a couple people, and I will likely purchase my next vehicle from Ron.

Update:
Just had my first service done here. In and out in less than an hour for oil change, tire rotation and a second key programmed. Good job.

I had the most awesome sale rep mr. Cal Sesock everything that could happen did happened but Cal was there to assure me with his determination and persistence to not let me leave unsatisfied. He went up and beyond to make sure that I not only got a car but I got the car for me. Thank you so much Cal Sesock and Al Serra.

I just left the dealership after spending 3 hours and $300.00 to have my oil changed and headlight and 2 taillights changed.
The tech said it was my fault for not asking how much it would be or how long it would take, Really???
It was explained to me that they had to drop the front bumper to change the light bulb on my 2006 Lucerne but online research/videos show you just need to raise the car and you can reach the bulbs from underneath and do it in minutes.
I have bought 6 or 7 cars from Al Serra but not any longer..
oh, but I was told I now have a lifetime warranty on the bulbs that were replaced so at least I got that going for me!

I highly recommend seeing Joe Abbott at the Al Serra Auto Plaza when you are looking for a new vehicle. Best deal and service ever!
