Had an 8am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The first time I tried to schedule an appointment the guy told my wife our warranty for the oil change expired at 77,000 miles after she told him we had 78 on our vehicle. I finally got it squared away and didnt leave the service center til around 10:30am. Over 2 hours for an oil change when my paperwork said I was priority 1. Lack of professionalism. My wife and I wont buy another vehicle from this place.
