The best! I ve never met a sales man that made me feel so safe and secure about my sale. He wasn t pushy, he listened to all my needs and wants in the vehicle and even when I had minor problems he took care of me with no problem. Great service!

Salesman was knowledgeable regarding different models available. He was polite & offered beverages. Was not 'pushy' at all. Told him I would get back with him and he was fine. Made a decision over weekend. Went Mon. to look at dark charcoal Malibu. Test drive was fine. Made the leasing process go smoothly.And the car was ready to go! I like my Malibu alot. My experience at Al Serra with salesman, Ron Allen was terrific!! He works hard to make things happen for you. He is a honest man and puts any fears to rest. That is why I went to Ron for the second time. I turned in my 2014 Chev. Cruze leased car and got a new lease, a 2017 Chev. Cruze I always worry about cost and Ron works his magic. He is a no nonsense guy. He is in the Used car building. Look him up whether looking for a new or used car!. He gets you what you want and need.

HUGE THUMBS UP, HIGH FIVE, AND CHEERS to Naomi and the service team with Al Serra. Best service experience I have ever had with a dealership, and they really came through today in helping me out when the very Chevy dealer downstate in my hometown that I purchased my car from turned their back on a service issue. This was by far the friendliest experience I've had in a service lane, and will be returning for future issues.

I will be returning for future vehicle purchases, as my experience today with Al Serra makes me sorry I bought a car anywhere else.

They really need to figure out a better system for...

They really need to figure out a better system for covid. Other places have appointments to limit persons and other ways to help prevent the spread of covid. But these people have everyone stand outside the entire time you are talking to the sales rep. This makes it hard for the sales rep as they have to remember everything on all makes an models without the aid of a computer. Kinda sucks

If I could give zero stars for question #1 I would. Extremely dissatisfied with the Chevy dealer, after discussion with the owner, he sent me to Buick/GMC dealer where they took ownership of the poor workmanship and attitude of the Chevy service advisers and turned the situation positive, I walked away very satisfied. The Chevrolet technicians are dishonest in fear of having to pay for damage and the advisers don't side with the customer at all and are just flat out rude when confronted. As stated above: Chevrolet dealer - 0 stars, GMC/Buick - 5 stars, never again will I step foot in Al Serra Chevrolet.

You will never feel any pressure from Jason, only a warm, friendly smile, and whatever information you are seeking. He makes himself easily accessible, and we have communicated many times through text, email or phone, whichever is the most convenient. His true goal is only to help make the new or used Chevy (or any other Al Serra brand) car purchase/lease process, as enjoyable and painless as possible. Took my Chevy equinox in for general service set up appointment prior to going with Brian in service department. Arrived at my scheduled time greeted professionally by Brian, he gave my a time they would be done then offered courtesy van to drop me off at shopping area across the road. Shuttle driver Larry was very cheerful to me and another customer. Brian called me on my cell had my vehicle done ready to go in stated time. He gave superior customer service, friendly, professional and excellent time management.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased through Scott Good. We have found working with him to be a zero pressure experience. Scott really takes his time to make sure you find the exact vehicle to fit your needs. Service after the sale is also remarkable. I had a minor issue with a certified used car that I purchased. He got it into service right away and provided a car for me to drive in the meantime, working around my schedule. I had my car towed to the dealership after having ...

I had my car towed to the dealership after having it break down and leaving me stranded on the side of a freeway in the late evening hours. Got a phone call in regards to "where the car was put by the tow truck", leaving me to think oh great where is my car? Dropped of the keys to the dealership after hours and was greeted by an employee that had still been in the building and took care of them for me. Huge bonus there, great initiative on his part for seeing a customer at the box and still service them even after it was closing time. The next morning I received a call from the tech, I explained that I had a brake code flash on the dash followed immediately by code "traction control off". My car then drove like the tires were slipping in snow but its september and roads were very much dry! The tech told me I would get a call back with what he found. When I received a call back I was informed that my brakes were in need of replacing along with the rotors. Along with a sensor that had been "junked up" with brake dust/debris. Hmmmmm strange, I had my car in just 2mo prior for an oil change/tire rotation and had asked about my breaks because I had seen break dust on the rim of my tire. Was told at the time that my brakes inspected fine and that I would need to get them serviced within 10-15 thousand miles. So my question to the tech was how does 2 months of driving less than 20 miles a day cause that much damage if my brakes were in good working condition. He gave the the price and I'll tell you my mouth about dropped to the floor, $650ish! For breaks and rotors, and while he had the tires off the sensor could be CLEANED and that would fix the sensor from sending a code to the computer about traction control. Wiping down a sensor on what I assumed was a shop towel and replacing the brakes was going to fix my car. Seeing that I had it towed in I assumed that it would be a fix I didn't have a choice on. The tech offered to see what he could do about the cost seeing that I bought the vehicle from there and purchased the extended warranty. He told me $400 for breaks and rotors and that the sensor was going to be "waived" for being a loyal customer. Not fully understanding exactly how all this happened we drove to the dealership for some face to face explanations. How does a vehicle in 2 months lose all break pad and rotor life???? And was the sensor covered in the break dust that I had asked about months ago? After a belittling conversation with the shop manager I left with my car unfixed, the price was too high and I was were upset at the fact that dealership was so confusing in its explanations as to what was wrong with the car. Driving the car home there wasnt a problem anymore. Seemed like wiping the sensor down was what the problem was. Ok, I'll do my own breaks no big deal.....until you cant get the lug nut to break free on a car that was just in the shop hrs prior and had the tires off. Still cant get the lug nut off after using all the tools and impact gun. So was the tire actually off, was it looked at, were my tires ever rotated, was the sensor actually wiped off, or was the code cleared from the computer and I was sent on my way? I'll never know , but needless to say I wont be having my car services done here anymore.

All aspects of car service good but waiting room is dirty and uninviting. Not enough tables to work on laptop. Coffee urns empty or had stone cold coffee in them. A few leftover greasy donuts. Very dirty popcorn maker(with no popcorn). I can get my car serviced elsewhere for a much more inviting experience.

Brian Miller is the best salesperson ever. My family has worked with him so long that he treats us as his family.
He worked very hard to assist me with my purchase and Helped with a car that had as many rebates as possible.
The other staff were extremely courteous while waiting a few minutes for Brian. One person held the front door open to the building from the time I arrived until I walked from my car to the door. I was offered beverages from several people. I can t say enough about my great experience with your business,

Very poor service department service and communica...

Very poor service department service and communication. Pulled in my truck to set up an appointment and show the service writer the couple things I wanted addressed under warranty one was a check engine light that appeared that morning. The next day when I showed up for my appointment it seem as only one of the four things I wanted addressed were recorded so I had to reexplain my issues. My vehicle did not even get looked at the day I brought it in with the appointment, I had to wait till the following day for them to tell me they could not recreate anything that I showed the first service writer first hand. Every time I have tried taking my vehicle in their service department I have had problems. It almost seems that they don t get paid the same for warranty work so they try to come up with every excuse not to do it. They also didn t grease fittings on my vehicle when I took it in for a oil change and tire rotation after I had them note to please grease front end on the work order. The only way I knew they didn t was by looking underneath of the vehicle. It s very sad how much these vehicles are costing now and I can t seem to get rattles and loose parts as well as misfires addressed. I am not happy with much that Al Serra Chevrolet s service department has offered to me.

As always, one of the most kind, helpful and sincere people I ve met. Always goes above and beyond for my family. We ve bought multiple vehicles from Kyle and will continue to do so until he retires. We ve sent friends and family his way and believe they ve also been pleased with his performance and will continue to do business with him. He works with our challenging schedules with them not being 9-5. Always finds a way. I can t say enough good things about this guy. He s family oriented and understands the juggle and needs. Always pushes for the best choice, even if that means extra work for him later down the line when we choose to switch back to what he originally suggested we do. Excellent as usual! I went to get new tires. Eric informed me that I needed other work done. He told me everything that I needed. He actually had a print out with the cost of each repair that I needed. He told me what I needed to get done first, because all together, it was a lot of money. He felt bad about it and so did I, but I needed to know. I love the service that I get. I am always completely informed. I will return to get the additional repairs done. This is the best place for service. The repair work is always excellent!
