Everyone we encountered was extremely polite, above all Greg was immensely and helpful and did way more than was necessary to ensure the process went smoothly and positively. When the day comes for a new car, I will be back without a doubt.
(Updated) About a year later I've had another very satisfying experience. Cameron P went out of his way several times to help get me the best deal. His patience and professional demeanor made the process go smoothly and I never felt uneasy or unsure that I was getting a quality experience. The rest of my family regularly goes to Al Serra and I'm confident that I'm also not going to find a better establishment.

I deal with Robbie Robinson. He is always very congenial, easy to work with, follows up and is extremely efficient. He is an excellent representative for Al Serra. We shop there because of Robbie.

They were rude at first but after asking to speak to a manager and then complaining to him about not honoring their quote over the phone they handled it. Giving them the benefit of the doubt because our whole world works like this now. Its bullying but in business kind of way

I worked with tom goodwin and i have to say i could not be happier. Not only did he make sure the buyer process was easy he made sure we were comfortable with every step. He has also been in contact with us multiple times after the sale to make sure everything is still going great.

This is the second vehicle I have leased from Al Serra. Sense it's close to my work makes it nice in case I need anything done. Kristen even came to my work place to get one last paper signed.

My sales associate Bryan Pullen was also awesome. Extremely helpful and worked quickly. I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership, which has unfortunately been the case in the past for me at other dealerships.

Will definitely shop here again when looking for my next vehicle!

Absolutely terrible after sales experience buying a 2017 Tahoe. We were promised the shoddy bald tires that should have never been left on the truck in the first place were replaced with new tires, I specifically asked after the salesmen showed me the picture and he said yes. The tires are clearly worn, dry rotted, with a date code of 2016 for manufacture. I should have raised this issue at the time of signing the paperwork but everything was rushed. When we asked the salesman he essentially blamed the service department but refused to do anything to meet his initial promise of new tires that were part of the agreed conditions of the sale.
Issue two was we were only given one set of keys, and because of the rushed sale were told we could come pick them up with the missing vanity cover for the hitch. Two weeks later and no definitive plan for getting those after countless texts.
Issue 3 the Truck now has a check engine light for the last week and we are being told we have to wait in line until the 20th to get a loaner and have it checked this vehicle has 40k miles on it and was relatively expensive, this should be rectified immediately as the code could indicate ongoing damage to the engine from a lean fuel condition, failed head gasket, etc.
Several calls to salesmen and manager yielded no closure. My poor fiance is being put through the wringer by this dealership demonstrating how little they care about the customer after they have your money. When all of the above is rectified, I will update the review.

Update- 10 minutes after posting the review the salesmen said he has the cover and keys now. Still waiting for a better solution to the check engine light, will update

Jim Purves squared up the concern on the tires back to the original agreement, and got us into a better vehicle that is more comparable to the Tahoe and out of the Trax while the Tahoe is getting worked on. I appreciate Jim's effort and straight feedback in resolving our concerns.

I'm trying to online schedule my oil change and tire rotation at the chevy service center for a saturday morning but the whole day is grayed out! Are you close on saturdays now? That's really hard on those of use that work weekdays and want our vehicles serviced with at the dealer.

Every slot on every saturday from now until forever is grayed out and not available. That's why I thought you were closed on saturday. I'll call and see whats open, but I prefer the online option. Not sure why you got rid of it.

Every member of their staff is knowledgable and friendly. I will never go anywhere else!

Our sales guy Greg made this purchase easy. No need to haggle over price or trade in value. Everything was right up front. I've never had an experience purchasing a new car like this.

I feel that waiting almost an hour for a simple oil change is excessive. Every time I bring my vehicle in for a simple service it takes forever. I understand you are busy, but when I make an appt I don't expect to wait almost an hour for a simple oil change. If this happens the next time I bring it in for service I will no longer be an Al Serra customer.

Friendly, personable, low pressure, adjusted his schedule to work around mine to deliver my new vehicle.

Great place all around! My salesperson I was referred to was top notch.
We've been in a few times for oil changes and warranty work. Each time we've brought our dog, since we're so far from home. They are very dog friendly. Your doggo can sit in the waiting room with you.

We recently bought a demo Silverado and after getting it home we noticed some damage on it. Our salesman Cal took care of it for us and gave us a rental car while they fixed it. The body shop did great work. I highly recommend Al Serra and Cal. Thank you for taking such good care of our vehicle.

This place has an excellent selection of used vehicles and great financing options. They even get you in a car same day. I was able to go take a look and be approved in a few hours.

Do yourself a favor and don't get your vehicle serviced here. Go down the road to GMC building if you do anything. The service writers at Chevy have no clue what they are talking about and tried giving me the run around. Thank goodness I'm a technician and I know my stuff. Just took the service writer a minute to see that.

Jason Donaldson took a great care of us meeting and exceeding all of our expectations. Previously shopping at other oakland county dealerships we were quite amazed with Jason's help and experience at AlSerra. Jason reached out to schedule a good time for us, had a vehicle ready warmed up on a very cold day and found us a vehicle we were looking for. Overall Jason went above and beyond to what we had experienced at other dealership with not very motivated sales people (our current lease was not due till August) so many other sales people were not inclined to spend much time with us showing us cars etc. Jason treated us with respect and as a result we purchased the car from AlSerra! What I was REALLY pleased about was the time it took to complete the transaction. They hadn't started to clean the car until Greg and I showed up (??), but Greg got through the paperwork quickly. I have had new cars all my life and I am very picky about how I am treated and the outcome. Greg was grounded, no high airs about him and willing to work with me.

A year ago I gave this place a 5 star rating today I went to the Chevy store and asked about my under coating chipping and peeling off that they applied keep in mind I was talking to a service writer when I bought my truck about going to line ex for undercoating and a spray on bed liner the service writer suggested that I stay with them and that the undercoating and bed liner has a lifetime warranty today I found out they no longer do bed liners and undercoating so there warranty is useless. I wish I would have went to line ex.

I had an appointment to get oil changed and tires rotated. It took from 11:45 until 2:15.
What the heck. Was not happy. I set there waiting because it should not take that long.

Absolutely love this place cheap and affordable and great service.

There was an error in installing the alternator on Tuesday, necessitating a second trip on Wednesday. Fred was very helpful, prioritizing my vehicle on Wed. and passing on the technician's apology. Filling the gas tank was also a kind and much appreciated gesture. All things considered, the problem was handled as well as possible. Thank you.

I came in to get a new tires, wipers, speaker fixed and floor mats that were all part of the deal when we purchased the truck. Only reason I had to return for these items was I was impatient and wanted the truck on a Friday so I made arrangements to return on Monday for the other details to be worked on. Service went smoothly, and done in a timely manner. All in all very pleased with our experience.

Eric Boitos is the best!!!!! He has gone above and beyond any service that I have ever had. I can't say enough about him. I needed my car repaired , but I would not get my paycheck until a couple of days later. They were out of rentals too. Eric got my repairs done and my car to me by the end of the day. My maintenance is up to date, because he always lets me know what I need done. When I get another car, I am getting it from Al Serra. I brag about the service all of the time. Eric makes staying with Al Serra easy. I am truly a happy and satisfied customer.

After decades of buying GM trucks, I am done. I took my truck in 3 different times for the same problem. Mysteriously Al Serra Chevrolet could not figure out the problem until just after my warranty exceeded the mileage. Oh but now they have figured it out and I need to come out of pocket for $1300 and change. I would avoid this dealership.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. The service I received was fantastic. My service person was Mark, very pleasant young man who took care of everything. I waited in the Customer waiting room. I would rate it as 5 stars as well. Coffee, donuts, tv, wifi and very clean.
