Lauren Robak is a fabulous sales associate. She's very professional , knowledgeable and helpful.

I made an appointment for an oil change and when I arrived, I was told that it would be 45 minutes for the service. After 1hr & 15 minutes, my service was finally completed. I do not understand why, with an appointment, that it takes that long to complete a basic service. I WILL NOT be recommending that anyone I know visit you for service.

Much of our time turning in a lease vehicle and buying a new truck was done over the phone and through text because he understood how busy we were and respected our time. I told him what kind of truck I was looking for and before we even met he had located what fit our needs. He was available for us whenever we needed and worked around our schedule, even at times when he was out of the office. Excellent customer service, honesty and integrity!! I recommend him to anyone I hear talking about needing a vehicle.

My wife and I were looking for a specific GM vehicle. We found one at Al Serra and took it for a test drive. The sales rep was very accommodating and friendly. The price was not only lower than other dealerships, they also gave us a terrific deal on our trade in. Our sales rep made this purchase a wonderful experience. The used vehicle I bought was a great deal and runs very good. The price was perfect. The only problem I had was the fact that the driver side head light was burned out and I offered to purchase one right down the street if they could install it for me and I was told by my salesman that they would not do that for me. Keep in mind I was driving away in the dark with my teenage son and they knew this. Really disappointed me that the salesman would not have such a minor thing done for me as I found out that in order to change the bulb a few parts must be removed in order to get to the bulb in which I did not have the tools for such a task. So now I must get a family member to do this for me and until I can get over there I must drive around unsafely in the dark with a head light out !!! I have never been treated this way before and after offering to pay for the bulb they still would not install it, also the very rushed clean up job they did on the vehicle was not satisfactory and I am now paying an extra $125 to have it done properly. When a vehicle is traded in they should immediately clean it up and check that all important instruments are working even though it is sold "AS IS" these things have always been done by Patsy Lou, Applegate, Randy Wise, Hank Graff and all the other dealerships in the area that I have dealt with in the past. I have never had a dealership try to sell me a filthy vehicle before. Other than that I did get a great vehicle !!!!

Overall a pleasant experience - first time in with my 2015 Chev Silverado for free oil change/tire rotation, etc... and a cosmetic issue. I do believe the oil change process could be improved upon as had that been all I needed, I would have had to wait 3-4 hours - this is crazy and should be looked into.
I do have to compliment my Service Rep (Naomi H) - she did an excellent job getting me checked in and keeping me informed on the status of service being done, The driver of the courtesy car was also very pleasant! Thanks!

I cannot say enough good things about Daniel Garr. The last couple of month with my car have not been good with my 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. I was upset and Daniel is the front line to that venting and frustration and through the process Daniel has never changed his approach. I was upset and he did not take it personal or become frustrated back. I am still unsure about my future purchase of a car however Daniel's customer service might possible push that in the Al Serra favor. Al Serra need to make Daniel the example of how a customer that is not happy should be treated.

On my second lease with Al Serra. Great people to work for (in particular I enjoy working with Doc). If they keep up the good work, I'll be a long term customer.

My family has bought vehicles from Mark for over 10 years now. He is very knowledgeable, sincere and an honest person. I now live in Northern Michigan but still travel back to Grand Blanc to buy my vehicles from Mark. There is no one better.

The sales team was fantastic, i wish I could say the same for the service department. They were rude, and seemed to be put off as I was trying to buy aftermarket parts as if I was inconveniencing them and also tried to blame me for the brand new tire out of balance and offer to waive the fee this time on a 3 day old vehicle that I called when it had 39 miles on it to tell them it was not balanced properly! And 500 miles later the truck is still out of balance...

I ended up being happy in the end in getting my new vehicle working with Tim MacDonald. He made it happen in a couple hours . However I had worked with two sales associates prior and they always seemed too busy to sell me a vehicle. That was very frustrating.

I do private rides and many airport rides down to Detroit, I get oil changes almost every 3rd week. My 28th 18 equinox has 150000 miles on it in going super strong. I'm usually running on a fairly tight schedule and everybody at Al Serra ALWAYS does a great job of getting the in-and-out, so I can get back to work!

He answers or will find an answer to any questions and offers helpful advice without steering you into something you are not totally comfortable with. He is happy to go out and get any number of vehicles you want to test drive and learn more about, which allows you to make the best possible decision. I originally wrote an entire paragraph about this awesome dealership but unsure what happened to it here! So I am doing it again! My husband, who is now deceased, and I ALWAYS have used Al Serra. They offer fast and reliable service. All their service advisors are helpful, friendly and seem to enjoy their work. We have purchased our vehicles here and ALWAYS use the service and repair area as well. I really don t understand those negative comments as I have had None! They always go above and beyond. Maybe those posting very negative comments came in to the dealership with a negative attitude. I find if you treat people well, they will do the same to you!
My most recent service check up about two weeks ago, the service was scheduled on the website (awesome website) and I dealt with Ethan. He is amazing!! When it appeared service was going to take more than two hours, he arranged quickly for me to have a loaner for the next few hours to make an important appointment! Total surprise that I was able to get the vehicle without cost!!

Great service staff. Although we bought the truck elsewhere they treat us as important customers every time we are in for service. We liked their service culture so much we bought another of Al Serra dealerships vehicles right after our Chevy service experience. Same thing at this one of their multiple dealerships - friendly, competent, easy to deal with people! Would buy, and service, at an Al Serra dealership all day long.

Took my car in to get looked at got a quick diagnosis from James Hudak. Very professional too, definitely recommended.

The people @ Al Serra are very accommodating and they make sure the customer leaves happy. I didn't have means of transportation to the dealership to pick up my car and they were nice enough to have someone pick me up from my house.
This is the second car I bought from them and they are amazing!
