Car shopping is not my idea of a good time. It stresses me out, but Greg (White) and the team at Al Serra Grand Blanc took very good care of me. I drove three hours south from Traverse City, MI to pick up my vehicle! I wouldn t do that for any dealership. Al Serra has the friendliest staff, they re knowledgeable, and exemplify excellent customer service, not to mention their selection of vehicles is larger than any other dealership that I ve shopped. I would not hesitate to work with them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
