They were great about letting me drop my car off early, and pick it up after work. They even offered me a ride to work if i needed it! They also called me to let me know when the car was ready for pick up and they were very knowledgeable and informative about other thing that may need to be replaced soon on my vehicle. Thanks AL Serra for helping me keep my vehicle in good condition

When it came time for me to turn in my lease and purchase a new car:
They were upfront about the cost - no hidden fees! They were very Attentive to doing things the right way, and making sure it gets done asap - no waiting around forever just so they can try to make you say yes to something you don't want like other dealerships do.
