Ordered different business cards for my company. The delivery arrived with all the different cards mixed. Had to spend my morning rearranging all the cards in the correct names. Quality of product is not too bad.
Absolutely terrible experience dealing with MOO cards, they ended up messing up my order 3 times and one occasion sent me someone else's business cards by mistake with sensitive details included. I would highly recommend using another company to print your cards - their luxe range is rather lacklustre for the price you are paying. The customer service is all over the place and they do little to nothing to compensate the customer in any way or form. Would highly recommend using another company!!

Needed business cards done on a deadline and Moo took care of it. By far best designs I found online with an enjoyable and easy to use website. Fantastic quality cards and packaging alongside a helpful and efficient service throughout. Recommended.

Without a doubt the best purchase I have ever made on the internet. Website is so easy to use!! You can create your own business cards and other items with barely any restrictions. Beautifully created software/web app. Delivery from Lon - Melb, Aus in 4 business days. Reprint for some minor printing errors responded to on same day (after hours in London) and reprinted that business day. Delivered to Aus from Lon in 1 business day!! Wow wow wow! I made a mistake on the delivery instruction. UPS were useless at changing delivery address. Moo sorted it in seconds and I got my cards delivered to my hotel before a sales event. What service. Amazing.

Business cards, postcards etc. The products are always excellent and the delivery quick. I have had an occasion to request reprints due to an error or mine (i used the enhanced feature on pics and they came out darker than I hoped) and they have been so helpful! Moo are my go-to for all business and personal cards etc!

I love the quality and unique size of these half-size cards. Every time I hand out one of my cards people comment on how different and great they are. On my latest order I put images of my own original photos on the back of each card. I love these cards.
I m from Australia and I always order from Moo. Very well priced for small order and exceptional customer service. Delivery isn t free but DHL is way faster and more reliable than Aus Post so I don t mind.
I ve had their cotton business cards before, which are made from the offcuts of t-shirts, which I appreciate as the owner of an eco-business. Lovely quality too. When I went to reorder, I forgot to apply the promo code that they d sent me. I emailed them, and they quickly responded saying that they will refund me; despite it being my own fault! Thanks, Moo!
Moo is a great company to use. Excellent product quality. Prices can be high but you pay for the quality which can be hard to find elsewhere. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.
MOO is good if you have last minute printing needs. They offer a good variety of options and the site is clear and easy to use but that's where the positives end. The company itself even though it seems progressive and innovative is super backwards. Besides wasting your time with generic and bad customer service they also waste a lot of their materials. They posted me blanks cards (50pcs) to fill their packaging. The two stars are for the quality of the products. They do get cropped weirdly every now and then but that wasn't a big issue with the products I've got, but the prices aren't that good. IF YOU WANT A BULK ORDER PRINTED, DO NOT USE MOO. It's not cost effective and neither is it the best product/service out there.

I respect Moo for the quality and innovation behind their products but the pricing is silly especially when one considers the delivery time in central London. Competitors needed pronto!
Ordered some cards for the US with Gold Foil, were completely incapable of doing it. They tried to help but forgot to ask certain requirements which meant that we ran out of time for having business cards for an event that was very important to our business. If you want gold foil, make sure you place your order 6 months in advance to make sure they can print them.
Convenient and useful features, but their postage fees take the mick!!! Must be making some serious margin on this, and if they're not they need to sack whoever set up their postage contract as they're obviously incompetent. I'd put my money on it just being a rip-off tho.

Normally, i do not comment on google review. MOO is the best printer company ever I really like the quality of the paper. If u complaint about the coated side of the postcard, I am sure u would change ur mond after using postnap and touchnote they are f__ked
Unhelpful staff and a draconian ordering process. You get what you pay for, and id rather pay more for a better service.
I got 10 free business cards from moo and they only took 3 days for delivery. They have a wide range of products with very nice desigbs . I would rec recommend this company to anyone

I put six hours in the sand for nothing. Designs created for the printing of flyers and self-adhesive stickers. The application does not recognize my account. The password forgotten service does not work. That's really bitter. Incidentally, the application is extremely bulky. Never again !
Contacted this firm the other day about an overseas order and the possibility of collecting in UK. But NO. No can do. Very high postage costs and not at all helpful customer service makes this a business to avoid.
I was impressed with every element of Moo's service since arranging for them to print my first batch of business cards for my new company. The product is of a high quality but what I particularly appreciated was the follow-up service and help to tweak my design and have new cards re-issued when the first batch was not quite as I expected due to my incompatible design template. They worked hard to make sure that I received a final printed version that I was totally happy with.

I've ordered 3 times off Moo and all the products have been great, for my business and for my wedding too, and customer service has always been great - when I had made mistakes on the order and the staff did not need to actually help! Always surprised me, and coupled with the quality of their products, I would come back for more items from here. Best items for me have been business cards, stickers (round and rectangular) and flyers which we used as menu cards. Would be great if they could create personalised notebooks or other such stationary. Would highly recommend, worth the price.
I have just received my sample pack from Moo, delivery was way faster than they published. In fact is was sent out using Royal Mail 48Hr tracked service. Which is really helpful if you need to make timely decisions to keep your project advancing. This is a great start to my Moo experience. On opening the well packaged bubble pouch, I can say I was Wow'd. A very luxury feel to the yellow Moo outer sleeve, with the sample book neatly slipped inside. Opening the very cool designed sample book you are presented with lots of "eye candy, touchy feely" samples. All of the contents are presented neatly in individual pockets, slits and sleeves. As is true about their website, Moo clearly show's that attention to detail combined with current trends in design are high on their priority list. With all this in mind I will be submitting my first order over the coming weeks, and will update my review accordingly. In the meantime Moo is recommended as my project provider choice for my current needs.
I'm really disappointed with my online order from Moo. Their business cards have got nonstandard sizes, it's 84x54mm instead of 85x55mm. Hoverer this little difference spoiled all. Now I've got business cards, which I can't use. Thank you, Moo!

Estimated delivery time was friday, needed them for saturday, changed their mind on the day itself as i was waiting for them that it would arrive monday instead. Not impressed, will not order again. Gave me a refund but thats too late. Ordered from another print place that arrived on time and let me track the exact order, mixam is much better

what can i say about a company like Moo. The service has been shocking from the start. All i wanted was a matt royal blue business card with gold foil lettering and logo. It took 3 emails to customer service just to explain what i needed and for these clowns to come back with the fact i needed 4 files and files needed to be in a specific format had to be black and white, had to have hue levels etc. It has been a farce from start to finish. Save yourself the hassle and Go to Vista Print. Far far easier.
Amazing offices. Plenty of space to walk around, sit down and relax. Fantastic coffee bar to get hot drinks and snacks.
All around professional checkout. Color values and products great, somewhat more expensive but simply unbeatable in layout / design.

Unfortunately, items not as precise as advertised. The quality of the product itself and service was fantastic, but products are susceptible to severe cropping (based on noticeability on small products), which is not mentioned prior to order. Working in a print lab myself, I fully understand the 2mm industry standard crop tolerance, but I don't understand advertising a product which you order in bulk where each individual part could be different. My images do not pro to the dimensions of the postcard sizes, and so cannot be full bleed as the artworks will loose detail. Purchasing these products means I am risking loosing this, which means they instantly become unsellable. Despite this, MOO is reprinting for free, which is amazing, but border issues really shouldn't be happening at all, regardless of hand-trimming.
It was my second time when I ordered business cards. I had some problems with colours so I contacted customer service. They were very helpful and I got my cards with a little note ! I am very happy with my cards and this company!!!
