Scott, the service representative, was very attentive and excellent at getting the problem fixed in a timely and effective manner.

Right beginning with my salesman Ryan and continuing right up the ladder to his management they were FANTASTIC!! The Al Serra team split cost with me on fixing a rusted spot on a used vehicle saving at least 1500.00 I'm anticipating. The Al Sera team truly went above and beyond what I expected in purchasing a used vehicle. Not only that they set the bar on what they offered me for my trade-ins. Al Sera has earned repeat business from me and I am recommending them to all my family and friends. Thank you Al Sera!!

The best vehicle purchasing experience we've ever had. Fast and painless.

We needed a car and we needed it fast. Our truck broke down and rentals were way expensive,we decided to go to Al Serra. We were greeted by sales adviser Jason f.We told him what we were looking for he pulled up the vehicle's we were interested in within 5min the fist one he showed us was ready to test drive we absulty loved it. We got back he had already pulled up some more vehicle's just incase we didn't like the one we were testing. But we were so happy with that one we didn't have to look any farther. So about 10 min later we were approved and he said we could probably take the truck right then. But he said he could possibly get a better interest rate but since it was so late he would have to try the next day. The whole process was under an hour. The next day we picked up r new truck without any money down and no payment for a month. Thank u Jason for the greatest experience ever buying a car.The kinkelo's

When I had purchased a vehicle from Al Sara and needed help with a repair Rob Huff took time to help me through a stressful situation and the Manager made sure I did not have to pay out of pocket , Greg Serges was my sales consultant and not only was he a good person to work with but he took the time to give me a courteous call. At this time I am looking forward to working with Al Sara in the future.

They were not welcoming when I arrived and had to wait quite sometime for my oil to be changed.

BUYER BEWARE - they don't check out their used cars at all apparently. The one we test drove today had a blown head gasket. We wasted half our day driving there and back and looking at the car. So no, I am not impressed.

Things were going great. They worked with our bad credit and got us financed, but when my wife found a van with way less miles our salesman Rob Collins, told us it was sold. Seemed possible, but then my wife found another one with less miles and we were told that one was sold as well. That seemed odd so a family member called and checked with another salesman and sure enough. Not only were both vehicles there, but they were also still available. We will not tolerate a lying car salesman and will never again look for a vehicle at Al Serra.

James Molpus was extremely helpful when I was buying my 2018 Traverse. He went above and beyond to make the process simple.

Got there and looked around. First salesman came up handed his card then proceeded to tell me "I'm not helping you, but here's my card. Cal if you have any questions." Upon further looking another salesman Rob had came to me and spoke to me about the vehicles. Very nice guy and very helpful when it came to the buying process.

Service here is good, the people are pleasant. They did want $70 to check the transmission fluid level in my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country after I changed the fluid and filter myself. They did offer to change it again themselves for $160, and check the level at that time. I declined

Actually I'm going to give this place for stars because back when I was struggling and I lost my job and when I was in my early twenties, I had a brand new Malibu that I had bought from Al Serra Auto Plaza for zero down my credit was really good I was married and just had a newborn baby and everything was going good we bought a second car that was used but only 2 years old from the same place well we made it for three or four years almost had the car is paid off and ended up having to drive the cars back because I got a divorce and you know they didn't they just wrote it off they didn't put anything bad on my credit report nothing they got most of their money anyway but still kudos to them for not wrecking my life! I buy a car from them again today except for my philosophy is if you can't afford the whole thing you can't afford to buy it so I buy cars these days is I save up my money and I buy the vehicle and I own it flat-out.

On the way to the airport my 2013 3500 started to shake violently so I limped it to Al Serra in Grand Blanc and Ann immedialty helped me and was sensitive to the urgent nature of having to still catch my flight. She captured everything going on with the truck and got me going with a rental. The onsite Hertz rental also was excellent at helping me get to my flight in Detroit on time by rushing my rental. The repair was covered under warranty (steering stabilizers). I truely believe the Chrysler Service at Al Serra Plaza is really getting better and better. Thank You for making a complete crap day better with your service.

Went for an oil change, had an appointment but it took two hours!!

Chris Salter was very helpful in the buying process and made sure that I was completely satisfied.

Do NOT go here for an oil change! Made an appointment online their staff told me they don't honor their online appointments. So what's the point of having an online system if it doesn't work?! Ridiculous! This is the 2nd time this has happened. Disappointed.

It was a great process from start to finish. We picked out the vehicle we wanted online. We arranged for Kristen to drop it off to us so we could "test drive" it to and from work - about 50 miles round trip. She took our trade-in to the dealership and had it appraised there. The new vehicle we selected was perfect. We swapped vehicles back again. Through a series of email, texts and phone calls, we agreed to all the numbers, our Extended Service Contracts, etc. The whole thing done without any time together face to face. Unfortunately, the ill advised Government Lockdown started before we could take delivery of the vehicle. When the dealership was allowed to restrictively reopen, the vehicle was delivered to our house with all the paperwork left inside. We signed the paperwork that night, placed it all in our trade-in in the driveway and the sale was complete. Kristen picked up our trade the next day after we had left for work. We never stepped one foot in the dealership!!

Kristen is a true professional. She is dedicated to exceeding all of her customers' expectations at every turn in the process. I am grateful that we are able to make all of our purchases at Al Serra through Kristen.

Put a hold on a car for us and sold it the next day with NO phone call or recognition of it being sold.

Purchased a used Camry from here, the salesman I worked with (Ron Allen) went above and beyond to help with my purchase. I have never worked with a car salesman like him. I forgot who the other lady I was working with was (with financing) but she did an excellent job helping me pick out a good warranty for the car as well as making sure my payments were affordable. They gave me a fair price on my trade in and I got a great price on the new car!

If you want or need to buy a car AL Serra will work hard to put you in a vehicle at a really reasonable cost.

Replaced the tires on our Acadia. Check prices around and they were lower than any of the tire stores. Step up the appointment without any issue.

Dropped of the vehicle at the appointment time and was giving a shuttle ride back to my house within 10 mins. Received a call a few hours later saying that the work was done.

I am leasing a Jeep Compass from Al Serra and was under the impression that my oil changes and tire rotation were included in the package deal based on a conversation I had with a young lady who scheduled my appointment. When I get there I am made aware that I do not have the oil change package deal as the gentleman repeated it several times making me feel incompetent, he also called someone else to confirm Like I didn t understand. I was a little upset because nothing was done to make this situation right. I also reached out to the Jeep service manager and only received an apology, I will never go there again, nor refere anyone.

I was referred to Jason Fleury by one of my coworkers. They spoke so highly of him that I thought it was probably exaggerated because there's no way that someone is that nice. Nevertheless, I made the trip from Westland to check it out for myself. And he definitely lived up to the hype. Just overall pleasant to work with and that made the entire experience more relaxed and put me at ease. He checked on me and kept me encouraged while the bureaucrats at my bank held things up for what felt like FOREVER. But we stuck it out and with his help, I ended up with an amazing vehicle. Although a major inconvenience is what brought me in, I'm thankful that I had Jason and the people at Al Serra to get me through it. You rarely receive great service like this anymore.

I had a fantastic experience at Al Serra. I bought a used 2009 Buick Enclave. I bought "as is" without choosing a warranty option. I even had it checked out by a third party mechanic. On my way home after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a misfire or hesitation on the expressway. I called my salesman, Greg Serges, and he said "bring it in and we will look at it". They took it that day and they did the needed repairs at no cost to me! I will definitely go back for future used car needs and would recommend Al Serra to anyone searching for a car. Definite shout out and big thank you to my salesman Greg Serges. I love my Enclave!

I had a good experience at Al Serra, I worked with Greg Serges and while there is apparently no negotiating on prices, I thought the vehicle I purchased was a quality vehicle. It did take a long time, but I have NEVER had a quick experience at a dealer. So give yourself some time and talk to Greg.
