Chris Salter at Al Serra was extremely helpful and courteous. We had a bit of a complication when we were purchasing our vehicle, but Chris and his manager were quick to correct the problem. I highly recommend Al Serra and Chris. We are extremely happy with our purchase and our experience. They will do what it takes to make sure you have a great car buying experience. We will continue to work with them in the future.

The body shop here was top notch. Offered to deal with the insurance for any issues. They informed me that there might be a part delay due to the strike, but still had me taken care of in about a week. Impressive work with no minor details overlooked.

I went through the Honda lot because my boyfriend works at the Honda lot. My salesman was TJ he was awesome he helped me get the car I wanted. He had to send it down to the Chevy lot to get cleaned and they did a very horrible job cleaning it when I got it there was still papers in the trunk and everything I was really disappointed in that. But other than that I had a wonderful experience. And I would go back foresure

Always had my oil changed at Al Serra. Was charged $150 for an oil cap that was not noticed was bad. Emailed them and no reply. Very disappointing.

Took my lease truck in there with a nail in it James in the Chevrolet dealership said he'd take care of it got me a new tire got it fixed got my car wash recalibrated all the tires at 35 pressure James did a great job thank you

Tom is very patient, informed and goes the extra mile to answer all questions addressing all concerns.

This is our 3rd vehicle buying with Al Serra. 1st with Cal, his service was just as loved as Brad's was when bought our other 2. I would recommend them to anyone and will be going back in a year to trade up our 4th vehicle there and hope to work with Cal and Brad again

Don't expect any customer care after you purchase a lease here. We have called our sales person, Jim Papatheodore, multiple times with questions regarding our lease and vehicle. 5 voicemails later we haven't received a single call back. When we locked our keys in the car at Rust Park we called al serra service for help. Their "help" was to come in and pay $120+ for a new key fob and no, they couldn't pick us up. Considering that you need the actual vehicle to complete the programming of the fob, I'd really like to know how they saw us getting there with the vehicle. We called the Grand Blanc police next, who informed us that all a had to do was use the on star app on keri's phone to unlock the car for free. Funny a local cop knows more about our 2016 Verano and its features than the Al serra service department. Where was the walk thru of pour vehicle at delivery explaining the free features of the on star app? Will NOT be getting another lease here EVER.

Been going here for several years and have bought 3 cars from them and my in laws have bought 2. Overall our experiences have been generally good. The service department is great. Have had issues at the body shop a few times but they always take care of the problems. The staff in all departments is very friendly but have experienced sales staff that is more concerned with making the sale than customer service.

Bought a car there paid to have special coating on it. It was an accident that we found out that it never happened. They did do after we asked about it. The car is in my name but they only wanted to deal with my husband. Wished they were more woman friendly then what they r.

Scott Good was a great salesman. Honest and not pushy. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a good used car. Only reason it is not 5 stars is the car detailing was horrible, mention it to Scott and he had them clean it again before I officially bought the car. Got the car and there still was stickiness all over the center consol. Just need to be more detailed in their cleaning

I have to be honest, when we decided to get a Cadillac I at first thought, no way... It s now been about 4 full months of having my CTS and the best part is the dang Service Department here at Al Serra! Wow. Not only did they make my appointment convenient but they shuttles me to the gym while they serviced my car, picked me up, gave me a thank you card and washed my baby!!! Amazing is not enough the right word to describe this... in shock!!!!

I purchased a used 2014 Ford focus from Chris @ Al Serra, Chris was very helpful in finding the right car for me. I took the car home and found a few issues after I purchased the vehicle, which were the 12v plug and auto start were not working. I was nervous that no one would be able to help me with this issue but after I was in contact with Mike the Sales Manager he right away wanted to find a solution to my problem. Mike came up with a solution and we found out my cars auto start was turned off in the settings and the 12v aux plug parts has to be ordered. You hear a lot about companies saying they are customer service oriented but Al Serra sets that bar very high!!

I will be happy to give a review on my experiences at Al Serra.
The dealers may area have maybe 100 autos new and used to pick from so when it was time for my next car not finding anything I my area I went on-line to get some ideas. Narrowing my options down to three at three different dealerships I planed a road trip. The first car was sold when I arrived the second one was located in out state capital area (lets say they deal with horses as well). WOW I was mobbed with pushy, rude sales people while I was looking over the car that was not up to my expectations. The car was not in good shape for being that new. I had to almost force my way to my car and get away.
The next stop was Al Serra and I was thinking of just heading home and settle for something in our area. That would have been a big mistake!
Pulling in to the Dealership I was floored at the size of the place and amount of inventory meaning I was unable to locate the car I was interested in. Guess it was time to buck-up and go inside, When I entered I was greeted by and friendly young man name Kyle. I told him what I was interested in he ushered me to his desk to check things out. Locating the car he grabbed his jacked offered me coffee, or water saying it may take 10min. to have the car here for me to look at. While I waited I strolled around the sales floor and was happily greeted by many of the sales staff but never pressured just available if needed. The car soon arrived kinda dirty but just from setting outside on the lot. Kyle soon returned with the appraisal for my trade-in and value of my car was well in reason. The bottom line out the door was a fair deal on a very nice car. Not expecting to make a deal that day I needed to return home to do some business. When I returned 2 evenings later to pick-up my new ride Kyle had everything ready to go: all papers typed, car all cleaned and parked out front, he took time to go over all the papers making sure I understood everything, the process was so easy and fast.
I am so glad I made the trip to Al Serra, I got a car I wanted, and my salesman friend Kyle was so nice, down to earth and easy to talk with.. Please take it form someone who dislikes pressure, stress and being lied to just to make a sale, make the trip you will be glad you did.
