We're moving to Maui next week and one of the few things I will miss about this area is Al Serra. They ALWAYS take care of me. Excellent customer service. They really need to open an Al Serra on the islands. Don't go anywhere else for sales or service.

I was in need of a vehicle an contacted Mr. Brandon Peabody. I was on a budget and figured that my options would be extremely limited. Not only did he find a vehicle within my budget, but it was actually a few thousand dollars below what I wanted to pay. Also, it was in excellent condition, my number one choice in color, with more bells and whistles that I could ever imagine. What he didn't know, what that a Buick Enclave was my dream vehicle, I just assumed that I couldn't afford it. He inspected the truck with a fine tooth comb, to ensure my safety. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, my family and I took a cross country trip and did not experience any issues at all with its performance. I could not have found a better sales rep to help me. I am extremely pleased and confident that he will do his best for everyone that comes to him! I would never entertain the thought of going to anyone else other than Mr. Peabody for my next vehicle!

I've bought three cars from Al Serra and I would never go anywhere else other than alserra to get my cars serviced. They have the best service department anywhere around. I trust them and their prices are off the chart. The boys that work in there are wonderful and they make sure to keep me informed as to what they're doing and they answer all of my questions.
Customer service was top notch, they had answers to all my questions and reviewed all purchasing options thoroughly.
Only issue I had was I thought the offer made on my trade in was a bit low, other than that I was very pleased.
Approximately, two weeks ago our daughter found a used vehicle at Al Serra Used Cars in Grand Blanc. We had an absolute awesome experience. We were fortunate to have met with Brent Cleary. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and as professional of a person you could meet. Due to Brent's experience and hard work we went from test drive to trade in of my daughter's current vehicle to driving home all in a matter of a few hours. We came here a few years back and the guy we dealt with was so rude and acted as if we inconvenienced him, as well as the manager - like they were mad we tried to look at cars on a Saturday. We left and bought from a different dealership. We tried Al Serra again with hesitation but John removed any doubt we had. Super great guy! David Sears was wonderful. I went in to get my car fixed. He kept me updated every step of the way and helped work around some timing issues with my work schedule. He was friendly and I would recommend asking for him when you stop in!
Beyond the sticker shock, my experience was comfortable. I was afforded a brand new replacement car while my car was being assessed and repaired. It was my first time working with Tasha Johnson, who replaced my previous service person Bryan Pullen. I was put in good hands. Tasha was pleasant and professional.
UPDATE** My service advisor for the issue with my XTS was Eric B. a nice guy who called me every business day to let me know the status of my repair, great customer service! I was given a pretty nice 2019 XT4 as a loaner at no charge as long as I returned it within 24 hours of my vehicle repair being completed.My car was there a total of 4 business days for what turned out to be an issue with my speed sensor. This required a full HUB assembly replacement. The repair was between $500 - $600 for my vehicle. I got to Al Serra Cadillac about a half hour after Eric called and said the vehicle was complete. The porter took my vehicle to have it washed while I was taking care of my bill and had it ready and sitting out front once I was done. I would definitely bring my vehicle back here. It's well worth the trip and a little extra cash for quality work and good service.
I took my 2014 xts here for service today(a Thursday morning). I had several service lights on (ABS, TRAC, Park assist) I also requested a rental because I knew I'd need to leave my vehicle here over the weekend. I will provide an update on service once my vehicle has been repaired.
Al Serra GMC/Buick has an Amazing service department. Had a problem with my Silverado that Mathews Hargraves tried to fix for two weeks. (They gave up!). Well not only did Al Serra find and fix the problem, it only took them one day. I have to thank Ben the Service manager and Matt the man who fixed my truck. You guys are the gold standards to how dealership service should be done. Thanks again guys.

Didnt want to even give them 1 star! Just bought a used car here on friday the 14th, by monday it needed a new battery, and then yesterday it just stoppped running! While driving down the road, the tranmission went out! Wth! I spent every dime I had and took a loan and now im out of work cuz of it!! Inspected my ass! These ppl are cheats!!!
Ps.. after the fact, i learned that my friend bought 2 cars from here and both turned out to have major engine issues just after purchase. How is this legal to do to ppl!!!!

It was great! We needed a car that day and after a couple disheartening test drives, we found this little Cobalt. Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and it had a recall on it. They said an hour wait time, I said I d be back and they took my number to call me when it was ready. 2 1/2 hours later no call, so I called them and he said yeah it s sitting outside so it s done. I go to pick it up and was told no it s not done they forgot to do an update it s gonna be ten minutes. That turned into another 20 mins.
Dealership was great josh was excellent but other than that the sales woman Meghann snow was terrible told my son he was that kind of a guy when we were trying to do something to help build his credit and she was very unprofessional and was being overly friendly to me in front of my wife and our son and that is just down right disrespectful to all of us

I have bought several cars from here over the years and been very happy every time. I bought a 2014 Silverado in February and it's been great. The reason I am writing this now is they just called because they found a second set of keys. They offered to mail them to me or I can pick them up. They could easily have tossed them in the trash and what would I know? Rather than that they saved me from paying a dealership for a spare set. This place is first class.
Just purchased a vehicle from Bryan Vandemark. Great salesman! Knowledgeable, not pushy, no BS. Got us in and out quick. Also a HUUUUGE shout out to Shawn in the Buick/GMC Service Department. He was able to get me in the following day to get an additional key fob made and it didn't cost anywhere near what I was initially quoted. I was there 10 mins. tops for the service visit. I always try to start my auto search elsewhere. Unfortunately, I have purchased and leased a few cars from here only because they have more cars and more options than anyone else, unless you want to drive more than an hour away. The salespersons tend to be arrogant. They ll qualify your worthiness or credit very quickly. Funny how their attitude quickly turns around when they see a high credit score. Took my truck in for repairs once and had the check engine light come on as soon as I left. The new car sales manager treated me like garbage when I had a sub-par credit score a couple years ago. However, the Subaru service department is great. We ve always been treated well at the Subaru store.
A little sour at the fact I had to have my brand new 2017 jeep in for service the day after I bought it. Nobody cared that they sold me a defect car. The only good thing about this place was the sales man. Wasnt his fault the car had issues.

I drove over 2 hours to check out a car that was priced lower than other car dealership that I looked at in Michigan. The car also had the least amount of miles for the lowest price. I feel like I got lucky by finding a car through this dealership. There are lots of options at this dealership. I would definitely suggest anyone to get their car from here.
Was going to buy a used truck but dealership won t let you keep the vehicles over night to have looked at it get a better feel for it! I don t buy vehicles like I m going to Walmart and grabbing something of the shelf. It s a major purchase that I ll be passing on for years to come!

It was a fast transaction. I called Al Serra on 5--6-20 and talked to Cal Sesock. I explained that my current lease was up on 7-1-20 and I was looking for a 2020 red Denali. Cal called me back and said that he had 2 for me to look at. I drove to the dealership and picked the one I wanted. On 5-7-20 I took delivery. Cal was very professional and did everything right. I certainly recommend him to any prospective customers. He's a 10.

Al Serra has some great sales team compared to many other dealers I've shopped at over the years. They are low pressure and work with you to get you exactly what you need in the budget you have. Personally, I've been purchasing vehicles from Tom Drudi and would recommend him in a heartbeat. He always makes vehicle buying easy!
An overall okay car and deal. Although as soon as we left the dealership we started having problems. Moon roof wouldn t open, transmission was crappier than when we tested it, back seats were wet for some reason, and there was mold in the trunk. There must be a leak of some sort. Al Serra was an awful choice
