On the way to the airport my 2013 3500 started to shake violently so I limped it to Al Serra in Grand Blanc and Ann immedialty helped me and was sensitive to the urgent nature of having to still catch my flight. She captured everything going on with the truck and got me going with a rental. The onsite Hertz rental also was excellent at helping me get to my flight in Detroit on time by rushing my rental. The repair was covered under warranty (steering stabilizers). I truely believe the Chrysler Service at Al Serra Plaza is really getting better and better. Thank You for making a complete crap day better with your service.
