I am leasing a Jeep Compass from Al Serra and was under the impression that my oil changes and tire rotation were included in the package deal based on a conversation I had with a young lady who scheduled my appointment. When I get there I am made aware that I do not have the oil change package deal as the gentleman repeated it several times making me feel incompetent, he also called someone else to confirm Like I didn t understand. I was a little upset because nothing was done to make this situation right. I also reached out to the Jeep service manager and only received an apology, I will never go there again, nor refere anyone.
