Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and it had a recall on it. They said an hour wait time, I said I d be back and they took my number to call me when it was ready. 2 1/2 hours later no call, so I called them and he said yeah it s sitting outside so it s done. I go to pick it up and was told no it s not done they forgot to do an update it s gonna be ten minutes. That turned into another 20 mins.
