John P was great! We came here a few years back and the guy we dealt with was so rude and acted as if we inconvenienced him, as well as the manager - like they were mad we tried to look at cars on a Saturday. We left and bought from a different dealership. We tried Al Serra again with hesitation but John removed any doubt we had. Super great guy!
