My initial inquiry email was answered promptly and I was invited to come drive the vehicle I saw online. The vehicle described online was the actual vehicle they showed me (no bait and switch like other dealers!). They have a no-haggle policy so you don't have to be a great negotiator. They also gave me a good deal on my trade in so I could afford the vehicle I wanted!!! Great experience all the way around.
