After taking my car in, it was nearly two hours after my scheduled appointment that it was returned to me. When it was returned to me, the interior was covered in a salt-oil mixture with trash left inside. The oil cap plastic is now damaged from their use of a wrench on it and my car now emits bluesmoke when starting, suggesting too much oil was added.

My 2020 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 was my 3rd lease with Anquan and it went great. He was on top of everything, and was very professional and courteous. Anquan found the perfect vehicle for me AGAIN!!! He made the experience very simple and stress free.

I made an appointment to have my car serviced. After arriving to my appointment I was told they were not accepting anymore cars for the evening due to their schedule being booked and they were running behind. I called and made a complaint because that s unacceptable to a customer who had an appointment scheduled. I was told when I come back they would make an exception and get my vehicle right in for servicing due to the inconvenience of me commuting from Ohio. I took my car back yesterday and was told the same exact thing and turned away again. I explained to the al Serra employee my discontent with this inconsistency and inconvenience again and stated I don t want to bring my vehicle back if I m going to be turned away and not assisted. The employee responded that s fine as he raised the garage door and proceeded to ask me to remove my vehicle from their garage. I have been a customer at al Serra for over 5 years and I ve never received such disrespect and treatment until now. I am completely disappointed and have no plans of purchasing or receiving any further services from their dealership again.

Summary of my experience working with Mike Hoy A trusted friend who had purchased 3 vehicles from Mike recommended that I make contact. Mike asked me specific questions about what I was looking for, which I already knew would be difficult to find. He called me several weeks later, telling me he had finally found a vehicle that met my rigid requirements
Although I love to negotiate, the one and only price makes the process simple and easy. Since I had been pricing vehicles and tracking the available inventory, I knew that the price Mike gave me was the best value in Southeast Michigan.
Mike was extremely professional, straightforward and very well informed, answering all of my questions. I know Mike had other customers to work with the evening I was there, but he made me feel as if I were the only one. Accordingly, my level of satisfaction could not be any higher, and was beyond a 10 out of 10 . I am a Mike Hoy Raving Fan .

Was in the lot for almost an hour, not one person approached us. My oldest son and I were looking for a vehicle to use for our Lyft service.

Didn't want to honor the after sales help they advertise soooo much

The entire Al Serra auto complex has rude people working for them. The VW service dept can do a correct job to save their lives. They lie to customers, don't complete tasks that were promised. If Chad writes up you service order your vehicle won't have all the repairs you wanted.

The new car sales on the Chevrolet side.... Get ready for a story about how if you don't buy a vehicle "they won't be able to feed their family this week". That's just uncalled for!

I had Rob Collins as a sales man. He was fantastic. He did everything to be able to get me in the car I wanted and now that I have it I absolutely love it!

My experience with Al Serra reminded me of why used car salesmen are considered the scum of the Earth by many. I sold my deceased Father's Buick outright to these cheats. I came into the store 10 days prior to selling it to see what they would buy the car for. They were offering the Kelly Blue Book price and I wanted some time to think it over before selling. I called twice during the 10 days to ensure that the price that was offered would still be honored and both times the person I spoke to agreed. When I brought the car in, I was offered $1k less than what was previously offered. The salesman behind the counter used the shameful tactics of degrading the previously stated and truly well-maintained status of the car and then compared it to other cars in stock - but just 10 days prior they had no Buicks in stock and needed my car. I ended up selling the car for $500 less than what was offered and am quite disgusted with the misogynistic manner in which this "no hassle" car dealership treated me. I would advise any and all to avoid this snake pit.

Chris made buying my 2017 Acadia fast and and easy! He had a dent/scratch fixed that I noticed during the buying process and had my blinker fixed right in the parking lot so that I didn't have to pull my 3 small kids out on a blistering hot day. Great customer service!!

My mother bought a car 6000 miles on a 2019 I test drove it looked it over nice car. When they cleaned it up they either got grey primer or polish on the grill, and 2 chips in the hood. Very upset take our buissiness else where.

They maybe good to you if your buying or getting service done on a new car. My car is a older model thats not made anymore by Chevrolet. The last time I was in for service they gave me an estimate for repairs to my car. The kicker is the estimate was under someone else's name and also was a entirely different car. When I questioned the service agent he said due to my car not being manufactured anymore by GM this was the only way they could generate a estimate. I will look to a different dealer when I decide to buy a new vehicle.

Scott did an outstanding job of getting all the paperwork completed for me to complete the purchase of our Charger. He took the time to walk me through it and explain it so I could understand what I was signing. I will definitely call Scott the next time I need to buy a vehicle.

Jeff and the team at Al Serra Chevy, GMC, Buick, and Cadillac were fast and efficient at getting me a truck at the best price. The customer service was impeccable and Jeff bent over backwards to get my vehicle prepped and ready to drive off the lot after hours.

My wife and I bought both of our vehicles at Al Serra. We love the way they operate. Dealerships I've been to in the past are very pushy, this place not so much. Salesman Travis Jones has always showed intrest and answered all of our questions while allowing us to test drive vehicles we were unsure of. I recommend Al Serra for anyone that likes to not feel rushed making such an important decision.

I only would take my truck here if I had to. Which I had no choice. You can never trust dealers.

They fixed the break recall problem that another dealer fixed long story - there was a break recall basically you d have to push all the way for it to break. We got it fixed. It made the problem 100x worse. This place fixed it. Charged us because gm wouldn t cover the second recall they had in place because of the miles. Okay not the dealers fault

THE PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THIS PLACE
I picked it up, the airbag light was on and they wrote in there notes it was there before. I 100% WOULD HAVE KNOWN. They also claimed the truck had a list of other issues. HOWEVER it was at 2 other places a week or so prior for the transmission and breaks and WE ASKED if there was any work that needed work they said no it s in great shape.

This is during the pandemic as well. I am 100% for sanitizing but I don t agree with them sanitizing your seats because that is your property and imagine it ruining your leather. I think a better option would be a towel for the seat and gloves. Since we only spent thousands of dollars!

had to have the radio replaced recently because the screen kept going out for days at a time.after radio was replaced we had no Sirius radio. had to take it back and now it is working fine. seems to me when they replaced the radio they would have checked to make sure everything worked. this not take away from the good work that the dealership does,just one slip up can cause a customer to lose confidence in any work they have done..hopefully we will have no more problems but if we do we will always go back to Al Serras .

Waited 4 hours for an engine scan even though I had an appointment. The customer service is great but mechanically speaking they were awful.

Went for my oil change and they left it a quart low! I had to go buy more oil and put it in myself! When you take your Kia to the Kia dealership you expect them to know how much oil to use and should verify it's full by using the dipstick! Apparently the technician is a dipstick!

Kevin is the model for what a professional salesperson should be. It is always about the customer. He listens, he finds a way to get things done. He earned my trust 20 years ago and it has only strengthened in that time.

I came in at 7 am for an appointment for an oil change at 7:15 its now 8:15 and still isn't done... I could have done the oil change myself in 15 minutes. I figured all Serra could do it a little faster especially on an appointment. Why does this take so long?

My most recent experience at Al Serra was great! Joe Fogelsonger is who I usually work with and he's always personable, professional and friendly. He explains things to me clearly and is always ready to help, over the phone or in person. Every time I come to Al Serra I receive excellent service. I go out of my way to come to Al Serra for the great service I know I will receive.

Came here looking to get out of a current car that I was in and financing. The salesman I had was very rude. Barely said a word to me and actually started conversing with another person and assisting them while I was still there. He claimed that he couldn't get me into any car within my price range and that he'd call me if he ever saw anything come up. The entire time I felt like I was burdening him with the extra work and time he had to put in while helping me. This truly is a bummer because the reason I came here was because my first care came from an Al Serra Dealership. Not this one specifically, but the experience definitely made me not ever want to come back. Very unhelpful.

I love that fact, there wasn't any smoke in the mirrors, aspect to the financials before and after we signed the paperwork! All up front costs and options were printed out, right, then and there. Also love the fact, I didn't have to go a "secret room," like other dealers, to sign paperwork. Nothing was lost in communication that way!
