I had maintenance on my Kia Forte completed in a timely manner. The employee name Samantha/Sam was wonderful she handled my appointment and was on time with everything she told me she would do. This is not the first time I have had great service completed by Sam. Every time it was as she said it would be, timely and completed to the standards of Kia. Great customer service. Jason is the best, request him. I was a tough case to crack but they were in it to help me for the long haul. It took all day and they never stopped working towards getting me a safe vehicle for my family. I even came out of there with a far better vehicle than i ever dreamed possible for me and my family. If you are searching for a different vehicle then i explore you to stop into Al Serra, they are great people and will bend over backwards to help you out.
They ran my credit 9 times and they entered the wrong income (they entered a million and a half dollars annually!) which was obviously declined for lack of proof. This was all before I even SAW the vehicle I was interested in online. The vehicle was so scratched and dented I left without even test driving it. They also signed me up for sirius radio after I left.
This Subaru dealership is the worst around. It started from the sale where Adam shoved me out the door with no real explanation of the electronics. Then, when I called back because I had a couple other questions about the Bluetooth and even after leaving multiple voice mails they didn't care enough to call me back. Then the service department told me Mobil 1 would void my warranty. I called Subaru directly to verify this wasn't true. They quoted me prices over the phone for accessories to be installed and then after the work was done they told me an amount that was around $100 more then they told me. I asked for road force balancing every time I went there and kyle did it and the last time I was there I found out that I was paying for a regular balance that I could've been getting for free. Even after I spoke to the manager they refused to honor service coupons they sent me. Kyle, the service advisor also screens his calls so if you are not someone he wants to hear from then you won't get an answer. Legitimately he did call back within a couple of hours and they were OK about getting me in quickly for service. My wife has had great service with randy wise and they always go above and beyond what they have to do so I sold my outback and took my business to them. It's a shame because Subaru makes an amazing product and it's a shame to see the name rubbed in the mud by a dealership that only cares about mass sales.

He always smiled and was so nice while answering all our questions and giving us all the facts to make the best decision. Also...the Used Sales Manager Glen Willhelm is the best! I bought a car here in early January of this year and had an okay experience at the used car dealership. Being a young female, I had expected to be treated like I didn't know what I was doing with anything car-related (I work in the automotive industry though) but was happily surprised at how I was treated. I love the car I ended up buying, but was a little disappointed when it came down to once I selected my vehicle and after I had signed all the paperwork.
During purchasing, my salesman frequently forgot to ask me questions and had to call me back numerous times (was my cosigner a homeowner, 3 references for my auto loan, etc- this continued for a whole week after I had actually bought the car).
Also, after I signed all of the papers and he was getting ready to give me the keys, he told me "bad news, there is only one key to the car". Personally, I thought it was very rude and kind of shady that he waited until the very end to tell me it was missing a key. Had I been told prior to signing the paperwork, I would have asked for a price $200 or so lower to compensate for purchasing a second key. So far, I haven't found anything else he didn't disclose to me but I left the dealership not 100% happy
My Buick Lucerne was having trouble starting after I had it fixed 3 different times. It wouldn't start for me for the last time. I went straight to Al Serra and my sales person was Vic George. He was the best sales person in the world. I loved my experience with Al Serra, I loved the lay out of the store, all the variety of cars, and the financial person I believe his name was Brandon. My experience with Al Serra was just great. I recommend everybody go there to get their cars. Thank you so much. I love love love my GMC Acadia. See you next time.
As always Jason went above and beyond in finding my perfect vehicle, handling of my lease return, finding and securing the right financing and making the whole deal come together. There were alot of moving parts and he kept everything straight and moving in the right direction not only for me but all of his other many loyal clients. There is a reason for the multiple sales awards he's earned. I've purchased a few vehicles from Jason now and will always continue to do so.

Extremely satisfied customer!!! Nichole Vandendries was amazing in how she made the whole buying process a very efficient and stress free process. She provided 3 autos that matched what I was looking for in a car to test drive. Once I knew what car I wanted, she took care of all the paperwork in a timely manner and had it set up at my convenience. She did not push any big sales pitch that you encounter when you walk into dealerships and get hit by the salespeople. I ve tried working with dealership several times, I like to give my business to local companies, however, every time I come to this place there is always some sort of issue. Terrible customer service. Please just for once do what you say your going to do, seems simple. Lesson learned.
We didn't buy a car here but it was a decent place to shop. The fits we dealt with at the Subaru were great. However that doesn't hold true at all the other all serra brand lots.
Time for an oil change and full inspection @73,500 miles. Not my first oil change :) of course! Last visit, I had been told to keep an ear out for noises (soft grinding/rubbing) coming from the rear brakes. Well it was time, although I hadn't allotted the extra time in my day to do the job. But it had to be done. I was hungry, didn't eat breakfast, thought this was going to be quick visit once again. Jeffrey (Service Adviser) walked me down to the Buick dealership and bought me a sandwich in the little cafe I didn't know about. Now that's above and beyond. Then Jeff and the mechanic were able to get the job done without new rotors! Yeah! This 2012 Sorento is my second purchase from this dealership, Honda CRV was the first...and this review proves why. Thank you KIA service department! Keep up the great work.

Bought my Tahoe from Greg Arevalo in Grand Blanc.....as a picky--hard to please customer--in sales myself....I was pleasantly surprised at the forthright professionalism Greg displayed, not just from the first phone call and through the sales process, but more importantly - - - - up to 3 weeks after the as the vehicle needed some people service work (it was purchased used)---he, along with Ed (sales Mgr) took care of everything!
So they have my referral - - - which is very difficult to get! (And I will humbly say, I learned some great tips for my sales career of 25 years from Greg's integrity and service)

I've been going through alserra for years for repairs on all my vehicles until recently I got an oil change through them, when I got my car back it was leaking oil to the point that all the oil was missing within a week. I take it in and get it looked at they tell me that it's not their fault so I have to pay for it no big deal. I get my car back and it sounds like s*** idles twice as loud as it has ever idle before. I don't trust them with my vehicle anymore ,...........so I took my car back up there where they said they'd make it right. When I get my car back this time they say nothings wrong with it. I kinda think it's funny that it's getting worse every day, and less then a week in the shop and now my key start don't work and the alarm is going off randomly. I'm not sure what they are doing to my car at this point, I to the point where I'm going to trade my car in (because I'm so unhappy with it) and stop getting services by alserra
Lisa Smith in service for KIA at Al Serra in Grand Blanc. She did a wonderful job in handling my service needs. She explained the things that needed service and explained(so I could understand) why and the timing of what I needed. I told her at this time funds were limited and so we reviewed items that were important from a timing perspective and the things that could wait till the next oil change. I highly recommend dealing with her when you need service and explanations.

I recently had a leases vehicle due back to a GM dealership. I chose Al Serra in Grand Blanc MI. I was directed to a sales person. His name is Gregg Winnie at the Chevrolet Complex. We drove several different vehicles. I ended up leasing a 2019 Cadillac XT5. Gregg assisted in the leasing process with the Cadillac even though he is at the Chevrolet building. He answered all of our questions very enthusiastically and was very patient with me. I would highly recommend Gregg to anyone looking to lease or buy a new vehicle.
Sales men was get , put the Chevy repair shop is a joke nobody in there knows what they're doing , told me my car had a brake issue which I knew it wasn't , it was a wheel bearing and they won't fix it under warranty , had to towed two weeks later when the wheel bearing came apart to a whole nother Chevy dealer thar knew what they were doing , I'm bought my list 3 cars here , but I guarantee you I will not buy another one or go there for any kind of maintenance
Have had tons of bad service from their service department....they have been rude, and condescending to me. I really get the feeling that they don't like women. They don't have the car ready in the time they stated, and they even washed my car with the window open, soaking my backseat. Not going back!

My husband is replacing the struts, ball joints, breaks and headlights on our '14 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. This is a first for us so we didn't realize we needed strut retaining clips until 2:40pm on a Saturday. I called 3 other dealerships, all told me there was no way I'd make it to them before they closed but I could pick it up on Monday. This Jeep is my primary transportation, I couldn't wait until Monday. So by the time I spoke with Taylor in parts it was 2:58pm (they close at 3pm). Instead of blowing me off like everywhere else did, Taylor gave the parts to the Sales Manager, Josh, to hold for me until they closed at 4pm. Totally saved the day! And our 4th of July vacation! Both Taylor and Josh went out of their way to make this happen for us and we are so grateful!
Al Serra seems to really have their stuff together. From service to used to new car purchases, they are above board. They don't pressure you with the hard sell, everything is an option that you are given room to pursue or reject. It's hard to understand how they can be so big just doing things the right way, but I've consistently gotten the best treatment and the best prices from them. I was at another dealership recently and after an hour of haggling they finally admitted they just couldn't touch Al Serra's prices, and they had the hubris to act like that was a failure on my part. Al Serra earned a lifelong customer that day, with no hesitation.
I would not recommend getting your Chevy car repaired at this place , every time my car gets serviced here it comes back with something else wrong with it and it's a new car
I have been having my 2003 Pontiac Vibe serviced at Al Serra Buick for many years and Kenny Weber is the advisor I go to. He is always helpful and friendly. I also find Kenny to be very knowledgeable when it comes to helping to diagnose the problem and the estimated cost for the work needed.
