Worst Experience and the hotel services were extremely poor. The customer care service, reception and house cleaning all of them had zero sense and value of customers. Despite of calling them several times for the house cleaning or for the extra blankets needed, nobody bothered to take care of our requests. This was our worst hotel experience in my whole life. I hereby suggest Rotana group to carefully look at these improvement aspects. I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
