So yesterday I posted a 1 star review about AirBnB, because I had received a cold slap in the face when I had used their "help center" to resolve a dispute with a host. There were issues with the host and the accommodation and I felt I was entitled to a refund of a certain dollar value. I tweeted about it to AirBnB, and lo and behold, someone cared enough to do something about my frustrations. The Twitter person put my concerns in the right hands. "Jarred" called me in the same hour and got on the ball quickly. Today, I am a happier woman. I have gotten the compensation I had asked for from the host and AirBnB combined. I've also learned some valuable lessons along the way to make me a more savvier traveler with AirBnB. Way to go AirBnB! Putting your guest's concerns first. Now that's the way to do things in this day and age of social media technology. A great thanks to Jared! He deserves a raise or promotion for his hard work.

Having been to 20+ companies to learn about their company culture and people development, Airbnb is currently #1 for me right now. Place is insanely beautiful, open, diverse (in terms of space and people). Really cool stuff. The enormous living wall is a bonus too haha.

Airbnb is the coolest company in the world. The HQ inside is more than a hotel. Instead, it looks like home to the workers insides. I would say their services are nice and considerablely generous for the customers to live in those who are cooperatign with them. Maybe you can find some good rooms or reside somewhere with nice provision.

Worth the visit! Arrange before the staff of your country for the appointment.

I met with a friend and toured the AirBnB HQ. It's not in the best part of town, but the headquarters is upscale. There is plenty to see. Many offices are built to replicate unique AirBnB locations around the world

Best HQ office! Best platform in general! I was there and it is a fantastic space just to relax and work, or have a bussines meeting!

I cancelled a reservation the day of book-in, hoping for a refund. The system does not refund like that, so I wanted to undo the cancellation. The host told me that only AirBnb could. By phone, AirBnb reinstated my reservation within seconds.

they updated their app and made i faster for peopel to book places I dont love the EVENTS bit as it makes it hard to find a place just saying

Friend who works there let me come visit. Really cool layout. There conference rooms layouts are based on actual Airbnb host living rooms. Free meals for all. Free beer and wine.

AirBnB HQ is almost as cool as the company itself. Everything is designed to put you in a different world. It's really a wonderful place to check out and get a coffee.

In March of 2017, we booked a family vacation to Corpus Christie, TX. Less than 2 weeks before our trip, I woke up to an email that our trip had been canceled. The hostess for the home we had booked (Olivia), informed me that the owner of the house had sold the house. I was obviously HIGHLY upset, as there is no way to find something else affordable for 12 guests that short notice. I called Air BNB and spoke with Ray at customer service, and explained our situation. I told him that it was my expectation that the company find us a comparable place to stay, and that any difference be covered by Air BNB due to the last minute nature of the cancelation. Much to my surprise, Ray was able to work some magic and make this happen. It was a considerable difference in cost, and they were able to cover it for us and our trip is now salvaged. Thank you Air BNB, you have a customer for life after today.

I went to a conference in Melbourne, and stayed in a living room for a night in a flat for $36. The landlord was very accommodative, and the best experience was pleasant. I'll definitely look into Airbnb again if I need short term accommodation.

Surprised to see all the 1 star reviews (not really, people love to complain after not reading details). Have stayed via Airbnb multiple times and have always had great experiences! Plus their office is super neato

Very cool office. Stop by if you find yourself in the area. It seems inside you can even have lunch without being an employee.

It is NOT impossible to get a human on the phone. I just got off the phone with them less than two minutes ago. I just googled "AirBnB contact phone number" and dialed the first number I saw. This is a great service. We have been guests, and we have started hosting. We have yet to meet a single person through AirBnB that was not considerate, respectful, and kind. We have met people from Singapore, Poland, mainland China, Taiwan, as well as from other areas of our own country. The website is easy to work with, the fees charged are below minimal, and it has overall been a lot of fun!

You can just walk in here and hang out in the wide open lobby. Plenty of sitting and table surfaces!

One of the most beautiful offices I've seen in my life. The wide open space in the middle creates this amazing airy experience like none other. I love the big glass windows that overlook the city, the meeting rooms styled like real-life Airbnb's and the balconies that just hang seemingly in the air :)

I really enjoy coming to Airbnb HQ, Even the wait to sign the NDA is OK, it gives you time to take in the vast lobby and decor. For example, three different shades of green ivy. The bike parking is more than sufficient. The cuisine and beverage service is world class. It's fun to face the atrium while riding the glass elevators.

From my best experiences in San Francisco. Many good people working and being part of an example company. Without a doubt, a very pleasant evening in its facilities. If they have the opportunity to enter, take advantage of and buy a souvenir from the brand. They are very good and at a great price.

As a Digital Nomad, I have lived out of Airbnb homes for a little over two years now. These homes were across 7 different countries and my experience was great. I only had a problem once in 20+ stays and Airbnb solved the issue within 24h. Hosts in North America are a lot less friendly than in South America, but there is nothing Airbnb can do about that. Best rental platform ever! Super recomend it
