Not sure if this rating is even valid considering I never used the service. The reason I never used it is because the phone operator called me and within the first 30 seconds she was able to determine my business model was not a good fit for the software platform.

Here's the kick... I explained that I would be doing, "Beach rentals like beach chairs, umbrellas, and things like that." She replied with something to the effect of, we only work with companies who do certain types of rentals because we dont want our product to get all muttled if it is not aligned with the mission of our company. She then used kayak rentals as an example of an acceptable candidate to use their platform. As off put as I was, I didn't bother to interject and tell her that included in my beach equipment are kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles, and more. There are far too many options out there for me to devote my energy to one who called me just to tell me I'm not a good fit for their software within the first 30 seconds of talking.

Of course, they have every right to be selective about who they choose use their platform, but at least take the time to figure out more information before you automatically dismiss a company because they didn't say the magic word. (kayak) To be great, you must know when to say no, and thats exactly what the nice lady did. I just think she did it too soon, because had she probed for more information, she may have possibly been able to find out more information that could have led to me being a long-time faithful client of Zozi.

Your marketing says I'm a perfect fit... your phone operators say otherwise. Somewhere there is an adjustment that needs to be made.

Suppliers beware!!! Zozi wont pay for the tours completed for their customers by our company!!!! Zozi collected from customer, we performed the jobs and now Zozi wont pay. Zozi is changing to Peek, what a great way to get away from paying. Over $2000 in unpaid tours.

Beware! Beware! Beware! Beware!

Zozi is aweful. The product looks great but the service is deplorable. I wasn't even able to get my account set up. I signed the paperwork and never heard from anyone again. Emails and calls not returned. I have never had a comapny try so hard NOT to take my money.
