When we got off the plane at Mexico city airport, we couldn't connect to the internet, the information was remote and it was a small place, map etc. did not have. There was no seat, the internet was dead

It is quite wide and has many places to buy, what I would like is for it to have more walking bands and get from door 1 to door 27, you lose good time there, out there because of the number of people who serve the airport I feel that Okay, it can be improved but it is understood that it is complicated by the volume of people

Easy access from the airport by metro, which is very cheap. At the airport, the real conversion rate for the Mexican peso is very good, so it pays to take your reais to exchange there, much better than the price in Brazil.

Worse airport I have been so far! Last time I went there, there was a Mexican lady calling me names in her language because I did not understand what she wanted. She was not clear and very rude.

The CDMX airport has everything. It is very large apart. I did not like at all that they do not sell perfumes more than to travelers who go outside the country. For nationals they told us there is a sale. The products at the airport are very expensive. In general there is cleanliness and the people who give guidance are very good.

Worst airport ever, engineered for you to lose your flight and pay double for your flight. Avoid Aeromexico at all cost. Looks like the only one that loves their job in the whole airport is the janitor and keep in mind I speak spanish, that should tell you a lot about their willingnes to help and customer care.

All the employees are super rude and arrogant. The only employees that were nice were the cleaning crew. Besides that, anywhere you go every one is rude. Sad because there are people from all over the world. Airport Employees should try their best to be polite amd give Mexico a good name. They act as is you are asking for a favor but guess what we are paying so you show at least be polite. I ve been to this airport a couple times. 1st time i just thought i bumped in to a few rude people. But nop. Now that i went a second time i noticed all the employees are rude

When my dad and I were leaving Mexico City, the employees took our stuff. They took my dad's medicine (e.g. Hydrocodone, Temazapam) and two boxes of camote candy. My dad had evidence that his medicine was prescribed by a doctor, and the boxes of candy were non-liquid. All of these items were allowed on our carry-on luggage. They took away a lotion too, but that was understandable (over 3.4 ounces). If we didn't give up our items they told us we were going to miss our flight. My dad and I were unprepared for this experience. It's amazing to compare it to our experience at LAX, where the LAX employees let us bring a water bottle because my dad needed it for his medication.

Good morning

Good morning

I inform you that a person with an official badge scams tourists

This person searches for tourists who are looking for their flight and after having worried them, indicates that they can help them.

Then, very quickly, this agent takes a wheelchair and asks the lady to sit down.

Agent then passes checks to save time

In the end, this agent, who carries a professional card, asks for cash.

Very cordially

This international airport is a disaster and disgrace for Mexico!! For an international airport I would expect staff to speak some English or be able to communicate through a translator, but no. Every staff from almost every Mexican airline could not speak a word in English. Please Mexico catch up with the rest of the world and teach your staff a 2nd language, at least English to start. Also this airport was hideous, dirty, unsanitary, and very disorganized at everything, theirs no English signs to direct people on where to go. Worse airport ever!!! Please avoid this landfill airport!!!!!!!!

When I just arrived, the immigration officer was strict, no one was allowed to play gadgets when queuing at immigration, I was a little horrified when I spoke in English but the officers didn't say anything, but finally I was able to enter Mexico too, but when I wanted to leave lots of sniffer dogs, my bag and luggage were sniffed, 2 months later I wanted to go back to Jakarta, it took quite a long time to transit from Guatemala, arrived at 2pm, the plane 10 o'clock to Amsterdam, the immigration queue was really long, but ALHAMDULILLAH was smooth, just a suitcase When my luggage was searched, it was difficult and fortunate to find it .... The airline staff were friendly and friendly, from terminal 1 to terminal 2 using the train. Steady pretty far too if walking. The airport is pretty clean, only when I want to spend my dollar bills! OMG, in the end someone was kind and wanted to exchange Quetzals money.

When entering through any door there is no person taking a temperature or providing antivacterial gel, there are no security measures, they only recommend wearing the mask but if you do not bring, nobody tells you anything.

Not sure if it's just me, however this is probably one of the worst airports I've been and I don't really see people talking about it, not sure if because they are censored or whatever but this place is defenitely not a 3.9 stars rating, I am Mexican however I like to travel and everytime I have to spend time here is simply a very unpleasent experience... if there is an alternative, please take it.

First the negative, to get rid of it. The food is expensive and beware of the exchange houses, then they do not respect the prices and instead of official receipts they give an impromptu ticket. It takes hours for your plane to take track. The good, clean bathrooms, good attention at the window, there is good coffee, and if that was not enough, you can see great exhibitions on what you expect your flight. Which I have not seen in other airports.

The domestic terminal at this airport is excellent with a vast array of facilities. Plenty of charging stations, even at each gate. but no free wifi supplied by the airport. I am impressed

Well, it's an airport, with all the plusses and minuses that other airports also have. The bus service from T1 to T2 can be a bit irregular, so a 2h transfer time upon entering Mexico is a minimum. You have to drop your suitcases yourself for the connecting flight , get through customs (a bit easier with the new electronic passports) , get a bus (when there's a queue and some traffic you can wait for up to 30 mins) and pass another control before you get to the desired gate in T1 ( which is of course the most remote one).

This airport has got to be in the running for "worst airport experience in the entire world". The place is pure chaos, designed very poorly and is extremely over-capacity. If you are traveling internationally be prepared for an absolute onslaught of problems - many of these caused by the Mexican government.

For starters, if you arrive early in the morning or late at night, you will be met with one of the most incredible immigration lines you've ever seen. I would say over 1,000 people were in line that we waited in - FYI this could take up to an hour to clear. Also, be prepared with the form as they have been known to send people back if they aren't completed correctly when they call you up.

After you make it through immigration, you will need to pickup your bags from the baggage carousel. This is where the fun begins. You will need to wait in another line to pass through "audana" (customs) where you will be met by someone who will ask for another form. Hopefully you have it filled out and ready to go, or guess what? Back to the end.

Once they take your completed customs form, you will have to press a little red button. If you get a green light, congratulations - you get to continue about your business as usual. However, if you press the little button and a red light appears, you will have to have ALL of your bags (including backpacks, carry-on bags, purses, etc.) X-Rayed and sent to yet another station. It was our great misfortune that we ended up experiencing the following step twice (both connections on a round trip flight).

When you get the red light, you will be directed to a table where all of the baggage will be thoroughly inspected by the federal police. They will have you OPEN EVERY SINGLE BAG THEY JUST X-RAYED and they will search through everything. This takes place in the middle of a very busy area, in full view of hundreds of people walking by. Once they are done prying through all of your baggage, which now everyone knows the contents of, you will have the privilege of repacking your baggage again.

IF YOU ARE CONNECTING: Now you will need to walk the baggage another 25 feet or so to another carousel and drop them off so they can continue on to your plane. Then, you need to turn around (180 degrees) and head for the escalator. WHATEVER YOU DO, do not exit through the frosted glass doors. You need to head up the escalator back into the terminals. But guess what? You get to go through security yet again! More X-Rays, more chances for lost or stolen items. We lost our luggage keys going through the scanners. Lucky us :)

If you do accidentally make it through the double doors, you need to head upstairs to check back in with your airline. They will take your baggage if you haven't already dropped it off and direct you to the security lines.

Finally (if you ever make it into the terminal), you will have to find your gate as AeroMexico seems to enjoy not printing the gate number on the tickets themselves. Look for the screens or go to their website to check the flight status. By the way, don't expect to get any work done in there as there is constant chatter on the intercom that seems to be turned up to maximum volume; not to mention all of the people clamoring about and yelling. Also, finding a seat during peak hours will be very difficult but you could always try a restaurant.

I bought my tickets round trip but i came 1 hour early then they told me your flight is already closed, after that I went to ask someone else and they told me you still on time go and check your flight, they wanted to sell me the tickets again for the ridiculous amount of 19,000 each one REALLY BAD SERVICE.
