Worst customer service I have ever had. Had to send Joycons in for repair and was told 1 week from ship date to return. OK good enough. 1st I had to pay for packing materials, then delivery took 5 days, then they lost my hardware, No one at customer service could tell me where it was, Could take up to a week to find it if they can, its now been 2 weeks and they keep saying they can't find it and it looks like it was not delivered but tracking shows it was delivered to the office. This is the 4th set I have had and they break after 30-40 hours of light use. Poor build quality, and the reps are given no power and don't care at all about the customers. I have not even got a sorry for being lied to. Nintendo also strong arms you. If you want to cancel your pre orders they say no and if you dispute it they lock your account. This is according to Nintendo support/manager line. This company really must be short on cash, Worst customer service, will not allow you to cancel anything, Takes money from youtubers that basically advertise for them and no other game company in the world does this. Last product I will buy from this company. Buyer beware. Nintendo is horrid and treats their customers like trash

first a console used 3 times dies. i have to run a...

first a console used 3 times dies. i have to run around to send it for repair.
almost 2 weeks and it comes back missing my original box.i got a crappy brown box and pieces thrown inside. what i sent was superior packaging.
that box is my property. i paid for the box and all the contents.
they destroyed it and refuse to send me a new one.
poor quality expensive product and now worth less without box.
after decades of collecting and playing and being a faithful dedicated nintendo fan I am appaulled at this kind of treatment.
this is NOT customer sevice.

Great Company, Great People. I was having trouble ...

Great Company, Great People. I was having trouble with the disc Mario Kart 8. They have replaced the disc (over a year old) free of charge. Moreover, when I came to the office, my two kids received goody bags filled with many toys, stickers, badges,key chains, sun glasses etc. Kids were thrilled! Girl on the reception was so sweet and nice!

Nintendo repaired my Switch well below the cost of their estimate, and well below that of other small repair shops. You can t beat the quality and level of service offered here. Don t bother looking anywhere else.

My favorite platforms are those where you can see everything on a giant screen. Portable consoles, although easy to carry, do not offer as much graphic interest. They had the vision to create a brand as well as engaging figurines.

Great service. I sent in my left Joy-Con (Nintendo Switch) for repair back in May 2018 and they sent it back a couple weeks later good as new. On the phone everyone was very helpful and was able to walk me through everything I needed to do clearly and enthusiastically. Would've preferred to have the repairs done a little faster, but I can't complain as I'm sure they're really busy with plenty of other repairs. If you've got a system with warranty and it needs repairs, I'd definitely recommend sending it to them. Keep up the good work!

Sent away and received within a week and repair was done in a few days and got it back a few days later. It was completely repaired. They also sent back a game I accidentally left in the console. Was so grateful for that! They re awesome

You just can't beat Nintendo for customer service ...

You just can't beat Nintendo for customer service and satisfaction! My launch (2017) Nintendo Switch failed, and after some basic troubleshooting with an amazing representative (Thanks Stephanie!) she was able to help me setup a repair and explained the process and what to expect. While I can't send it in right away due to the current health situation across the world, I continue to feel confident assured that Nintendo always stands behind their products and their customers. Thanks again!

Now, I'm off to play Super Mario 64 and Tetrisphere!

Dropped off a broken 2DS XL as they have a one year manufacturer's warranty! Pretty good. Expect to have it shipped back within a week. Super easy process over the phone with the option to drop-off locally is great. Just bring your Repair Order number with you!

Follow up:
As promised, the 2DS XL was shipped to my door within a week, problem repaired at no cost! Amazing customer service & product support with no hassles. Thanks Nintendo!

I am super impressed with Nintendo! I sent my Switch in for repair and got it back in a week and a half (they said about 3 weeks from the day Purolator picks it up). They replaced the console and transferred over all of my save data, so all I had to do was re-download a few things. I was a little anxious about sending it away, but I am extremely happy with the result!

Exceptional Customer Service!! This was a Top Notch Experience!
I had an issue with a switch and I had to ship the unit to Vancouver for servicing. Purolator (Shipping Company) Dropped the Ball big time by sending the unit by surface from Totonto although the request paid for was by air courier. when the unit reached Vancouver Service center there was only 2 days turn around before it needs to be received back at my address as my kids were traveling with the Switch. the Team at Nintendo Canada sure stood up to the mark and made sure the unit reaches back to us 5 minutes prior to my kids left home to catch a 15 hrs flight.
Thank you so very much to all the members at Nintendo Canada who assisted us with is - this was one of the A+ experience.

I can't find a Wii U Gamecube controller adapter. I can't find information on it either. I won't play Super Smash Bros without it.. I hate this so much.

I can't get a hold of anyone who works for Nintendo either. In Canada it's far worse. There is no information on this!

I hate it!

I won't forget either.. I have a long memory.

Nintendo says they honour old fans, but they dishonour me very much.

I am appalled I sent my Nintendo off for repair Nov 16 and Still do not have it back! They have screwed up shipping it and no one is following this up at your location! I have been given another purolator tracking # that doesn't exist! I was told it would ship overnight and still no Nintendo!!! This is pathetic and unacceptable I will be sharing this with everyone!

Incredible customer support!, I was having issues with my Joycons (One wasn't locking in the Switch, and I had disconnect issues on both Joycons) So I setup a repair, and dropped it off at their headquarters. Within like 2 hours, I got an email saying that my Joycons had been fixed and are being shipped back to me. Honesty I was told it would take a week until I would get them back, but it only took 2 days from when I dropped them off, to when I got them back at my home. Amazing service Nintendo!, I really appriciate the fast service!

mustang girl, to respond to you, the email clearly discloses to not put it in its original box, my console had a pleasant journey of 1 week and i sent it in 4 times without it going missing,so it is hard to believe that yours went missing
