You are charged $ 116 for a CAQ request ... except that this document is not required in any province except Quebec. In addition to the fees, it adds a period of 2 months (in my case). Add that later you will have to apply for a study permit (as is the case for all provinces). The study permit also takes months to be processed and issued, which means that in total Quebec adds 2 unnecessary months of waiting and uncertainty. It's not over: we will issue you a CAQ for a shorter duration than your studies! It implies that you will have to repeat the CAQ request, pay again, wait again, fees and uncertainty always ... but it's not over, as the initial CAQ is shorter than the duration of your studies, the study permit will also be (since it is limited by the CAQ) and there you will have to reapply for a study permit, wait more, pay more, and always more stress and uncertainty.

The issuance of documents has become even more opaque, vague, and complex since the election of the CAQ government elsewhere.

Worse service than international students for CAQ requests !! In a bad mood on the phone, not at all flexible and understanding when these requests are a huge source of stress for students.

The processing time for requests was supposed to be 25 days. 4 MONTHS AGO I WAIT FOR YOUR incredible RESPONSE !! Before the covid therefore there is no justification. I call your customer service and the lady knew less of what I knew I helped her more than she helped me.

This is very very bad after 4-5 yrs they send you intention to refuse email and the time limit is only 90days to increase your points. If we take it french point of view its not possible vto do B-2 in 90days and send result to them in this time period.
