Very few indications thus it is almost impossible to move inside. Airtrain almost impossible to find. A very limited number of seats in the waiting halls, so the passangers are forced to seat on the floor. Very hot. The worst airport I have seen in my frequent flights all over the world.

A large airport with shopping everywhere and the gates in terminal 1 spaced far apart. If you arrive into terminal 2 and transfer to terminal 1 expect to go through "TSA" checkpoint again. Be sure to lock you checked bag and make sure the lock is secured so the zippers cannot be moved or expect any valuables in your checked bag to be gone.

I recommend you to be careful with the overselling of flights. Right now, some companies change your flight if you don't have an assigned seat from before check-in, and they sell 15% more than the plane's capacity. Which causes many people who paid for their flight to not be able to fly at their chosen time. Take heart and enjoy flying!

Fairly spacious, clean, pleasant facilities. But now that I traveled back there was no sanitation filter and health inspection like other places. From there it is very good.

No covid measures, only face masks but no one checks, there are no signs, all the closed bathrooms take away the luggage trolley so you can pay for a porter, there is no place to sit before the boarding rooms!

Signs are terrible, you never know where you're going unless you ask someone from the staff, I was trying to find gate 28 and saw signs for it in at least three different directions without any easy to understand indication.

Overall the airport is clean and the staff will help you with anything they can, but if you're trying to find something on your own, it might take you a minute.

With these renovations of Terminal Uno ... At night it can be chaos

The flight left on time and we arrived perfectly, there are many health security measures

We stopped at this airport on our way to our destination and on our way back. When we arrived at our destination we found out that someone had stolen 4 brand new pairs of shoes and medical equipment. On our way back we found one of the suitcases with damage. I'll try to skip this airport in my future travels. A trip that was supposed to be fun turned into a nightmare of phone calls and emails to open an investigation.

During the new normal, I have traveled twice, the earlier the flight, the fewer people are and the more careful with the healthy distance, there needs to be more distribution of antibacterial gel, however the service tries to be efficient, it is the people the one that does not acquire hygiene habits.

definitely need an upgrade to the airport to catch transportation and leaving the airport is chaos

Very crowded airport, tends to delay most flight due to heavy air traffic... it's common for planes to do holdings before arriving in most routes...been there three ti es this year and the same problem when arriving at it.

Large. Very outdated, not many restaurants. The lounges are hats to find. American Airline's Admirals Club was very well hidden.

Too congested, staff can't cope, you have to arrive with time and tranquility

Very expensive, they do not let you pass a simple bottle of water but after the filter the stores sell them super expensive, I understand that it is Cancun but the prices in their stores are very high

Metro Linea3 (yellow line connects) from Mexico City North Bus Terminal. However, if you come from the bus terminal, please cross the platform on the other side and exit the ticket gate.
There were also two places of luggage storage at the airport.
Buses to the center (Centro) leave from Gate 6 (Puelta6) every 15 minutes.
You pay by paying the card, so you buy the card at a vending machine (airport corridor) and charge it before leaving the gate. It is convenient because you can get on the metro with the same card.
There are many food shops inside the airport, where you can eat tacos and tortillas.
The airport staff is kind and safe.

This place is terrible... I avoid it as much as I can. Terminals are difficult to access due to poor signage and distances

This airport is big , the situation about covid they are working really hard on that situation , cleaning , checking temperature by cameras .

In General Good, only the detail that they did not want to accept the QR Code as a Boarding Pass. Greetings.

Easy to get lost, could not find free airport internet access. Lots of Starbucks but no seating. Air-conditioning in the terminal was broken when we were passing through. Lounges are good but full, better to check if there is a space to sit before entering/paying for access.

Dangerous sloped ramps that I saw several people bail or almost bail on. No signs or inaccurate signs pointing to gate m or section m or terminal m (never did figure it out). Un helpful airport staff (probably because they are stopped every 5 seconds by ppl asking questions). Poor space planning, learn what gate you are flying out of 20 mins before flight because screens arent updated. Try to figure any of this out by using wifi....nope we are going to charge you for that because why not. Whoever is picking you up from where you are going doesnt need to know your flight is delayed because why not piss them off too? Basically if it costs 100 more to go directly to your destination it is a good deal.

Airport oversaturated, in constant remodeling, with inconvenience to the traveler. It does not have air conditioning nor will it, so it looks. A bigger and more modern one is urgent, but it can't be. It is practically in the historical center of the city, it should be relocated. I had to wait up to 30 minutes to assign a landing point. Impossible to be punctual on a flight with these facilities obsolete and saturated.

A little chaotic check-in, but security moves quick

We arrived a Sunday at 6 AM and it took us probably 2 hours to get through immigration. As we were checking out there was nobody after us so it was just a matter of a bottle neck.

Terminal 2 is being remodeled, something uncomfortable for me tourism; we hope they finish soon.

A large airport but where not if the spaces are poorly distributed, but the spaces collapse. There are not enough places to sit. There is no good information about flights. Delivered rows of people to board their flights. An airport where national and international flights are mixed, really disastrous. They can't have an international airport like that

I was able to visit the airport during the contingency, and I found the precautionary measures applied excellent, the security staff is ready to assist you as much as possible

THEY DO NOT WANT TO LET USERS REQUEST THE TRANSPORTATION THEY WANT, THEY WANT THEM TO TAKE TAXIS FROM THE AIRPORT WITH THEIR EXPENSIVE RATES THANKS TO THE AGREEMENTS THAT HAVE IN AICM-MONOPOLIO TAXIS .......

They canceled my husband's flight back home to Houston and didn't help try getting him onto the next flight it's just a waist of money now he has to try a different way back home I would buy him another ticket but rather not get told that it's gonna get cancelled again.

How come an international airport the size of Mexico s does not offer wifi connection to its customers? Definetly an asset worth revisiting.

A busy airport that needs some serious upgrade. International arrival area at T1 is underwhelming and you will see huge cues for immigration. Immigration Staff is courteous and efficient though.

Crowded some.people do not wearing mask is a place to be care about it

Gotta say I love this airport and its simplicity. Basically it has two main areas clearly differentiated. Plenty of restaurant and shopping options. Easy to get smoking area (visitor side) and taxis and Ubers access to the main doors. Easy

Clean toilets, clear instructions for passing the cbx. Vending machines have an affordable price but it is difficult to have to guess how they work because they do not and they have instructions.

Adapted very well to contingency. Everything super organized !!!!!

4 bathroom stalls for women in gate 75 where hundreds of people are waiting de flights. They are dirty and poorly maintained.

Okay, there are enough staff for any questions. Easy access and exit.

There is everything in fast food. For all tastes and budgets

Anyone coming to this airport should be warned to only bring the essential items they will need. If not, you'll be forced to pay import tax. They might charge you the things you own. Import tax is also really exaggerated. As a frequent flyer, this airport never trys to improve. It's quite the opposite.

Very nice and clean airport. Much better run than I expected. Large food court area that opened by 6 am. Courteous and helpful employees.

I see that this airport is rated very high overall but as an international Traveller and a person whose native language is not Spanish, it was not a nice experience for me.

Perfume bottles were stolen from my check in bag
Hardly anyone speaks English. Considering that it is an International airport, at least the airport staff should understand and speak basic English.
Needless to mention both my check in bags were damaged, wheels broken, handles broken.
Information desk guy was the only person who was friendly enough (speaks English).

Customs were slow on arrival and it was kind of confusing trying to get a cab. Leaving was strange, I've never seen such a small security section for so many people so everyone was kind of pushing through like cattle. The security officers were fairly nice though.
The international departures lounge was way too hot :-( Pump some fresh air in there!! My other beefs concern Air Canada and not the airport itself.

To small for the amount of travelers and flights. Every time I fly through this airport there is a delay due to traffic.

Quite full there were no instructions from the staff for a healthy distance we all boarded the plane as in the subway ... There is no doubt that we are in Mexico ...

It is a very competitive airport worldwide ...

Lots of places to choose for an amazing time eating while you wait to aboard your plane. Same as souvenirs stores,snacks and jewelry.

If you like the smell of fabuloso and poop (heavier on the poop) then this is a great airport to choose. My gate left from D26 to ATL via Delta, which is like another world compared to another terminal when I went direct to Chicago via More

First time there, everything great, nice terminal and very good quality service

For the exits they have no order, they make you walk on a pilgrimage to another side, the parking lot near room 2, its lighting is very bad and the pavement in some parts damaged

I had an overnight layover here. After leaving the terminal so I could check in and get my boarding pass, I found that the check in desks weren't open until 2:30am, so I waited several hours and tried to sleep, but the airport police don't let you lay down! I tried to sleep sitting up but couldn't do it, so I got a yummy sandwich then lay down behind my luggage near the check in desks out of sight of the airport police to catch a few winks.
Also, the whole airport is one really long hallway, and it's a pain of you have to walk from one end to the other, for example if your airline switches the gate of your flight last minute.

Even with few people in contingency, their logistics are very bad in everything

Expect to spend a bit of time going through airport security for internation flights. Gates are also not well organized especially for Southwest flights because of their numbering system so everyone ends up just standing around in lines causing blockages in the area.

Great airport. Quick customs and baggage. Helpful staff called amigos all around to point you through on your way.

I am a carrier and they actually have good customs treatment strict rules to follow

The worst airport in the world, the customer service and immigration are the worst I have to wait 4 hour for immigration and aduanas and the people that lost the flight they don't care.

Terrible airport, worst I've ever had to deal with. It also smells like diarrhea and urine everywhere.

Logistical intuition is lacking here:
It's dirty, but there are 1,000s of people "working" everywhere.
Flight information for boarding lists lettered "Halls" rather than the gate number. This is fine if you are late for your flight as the halls are labeled on the outside of the terminal, however if you go through security more than an hour before your departure time you'll have no idea what gate you will depart from until just prior.
Duty free folks speak some English, nobody else does.

I think it's very good, the staff very friendly but I wish the trenbuz would work 24 hours. Thank you

Great places to eat and shops have descent prices...

Customs is horrible and by far the most unorganized of any air port I've ever been too, stood in line for 3 hours without a single airport employee around for assistance with my connection and ended up missing my connecting flight resulting in a 13 hour layover dues to aero Mexico's even worse service . I would avoid ever flying through this airport at any cost and can guarantee that I will NEVER reture

Friendly personnel, easy to find gates and very nice stores as well

staff spoke limited english but did there best to help me use my limited spanish speaking ability

The benches in the arrival hall are super uncomfortable.
