As an agent, they are a great company to represent and work with. Communication is always great, hold times are never long. I can always get through to someone very quick who is always happy to assist.

They jacked up my insurance from $110.00 to $360.0...

They jacked up my insurance from $110.00 to $360.00 a month because I am active duty military and have a out of state drivers licenses! Per gov regulation I am not required to change my plates on my vehicles or my drivers licenses. My whole file went to under writing and was approved, only to get a bill in the mail for twice the amount that was first quoted. This company is a waste of time, money, energy and effort! They are still trying to get a $98.00 payment for early cancellation. If they honored the military, and their first price quote, I wouldn't of cancelled their insurance. I sent all required documentation in a timely manner. This company is ridiculous, please go with a known company and don't try and take the cheap way out. It will only cost you more in the long run! Lesson learned! They don't even deserve 1 star!

Terrible customer service the claim department is pushing around. I guess the only thing they do fat is to collect clients premium. When it comes to claim. We are not getting what we paid for.

I am an Agent with Agency Insurance Company and my Agency has over 25 years of partnering with them to provide competitive insurance in our area. I have found Agency Insurance to be very sensitive to the auto insurance needs of our customers and their claims service is great. I sincerely appreciate the roll they play in serving our local area and their willingness to "give back" to the communities we do business in!

Awful- my elderly parents are claimants with this company, their insured pulled out of a driveway and totaled mom and dads car . This company has continuously tried to rip two senior citizens off, offering them about half of what their car is worth and just sent them a threatening letter regarding storage fees. Terrible company- shame on them.

Ignore all of their agents five star ratings- AIC is an absolutely terrible, unethical company.

This insurance company is a terrible joke of a bus...

This insurance company is a terrible joke of a business. I was rear-ended by a drunk driver in a vehicle covered by their insurance. I had to continually follow up, go get and pay for the police report myself because they would not, and eventually asked to speak to a manager and was told I could not without filling an official complaint. Upon requesting to file an official complaint I was told I cannot do that. After more than a month of trying to follow up to get my vehicle repaired, they told me "if I had a short timeline, I should just file with my own insurance." Luckily, I filed through GIECO and it was super easy but now I am out a deductible and will probably never see that again after how this company behaved.

This insurance is the worst you can have. I was victim of a hit and run and they treated me like a criminal. They did not fix my car and they actually acused me of backing up into a poll. My car was smashed from side to side and they had an open investigation for fraud! My car was brand new, I had only made 2 payments on it when this happened. My car is now tototaled and I have to continue to make payments on it for another 5 years. I got stucked with hospital and physical therapy bills, this destroyed my credit and my driving history because they had me as the driver even though I was not the one driving they never fixed it. Now I am stucked with them because it s the only insurance that will accept me with the driving record. Please don t get this insurance company! They will look for any excuses not to pay.. I ve had 3 claims so far and none of them paid!

If I could give NO stars I would. I can't imagine paying these people money.

I was T-boned while stopped at a red light by a customer of this company who was heavily speeding and was distracted by a cell phone. It took almost 2 weeks to hear from the claims rep and he told me he had to have an investigation done because his customer wasn't convinced the accident was her fault and they couldn't get the police report in a timely manner. Once they finally took fault, the refunds for towing and rental car (I paid out of pocket) came in sufficient time (thank you enterprise) after me staying in constant contact with Agency Insurance. I was told I must sign over my title and have my total loss vehicle scheduled and picked up before they can give a refund check....
What happens when they take my vehicle and they don't send me a check? I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied repeatedly.
I live 200 miles away with a family to raise and a farm to run, so I don't have time to deal with mailing the title and waiting on compensation so I asked for a physical address to hand over my title and receive a check in hand (to make sure I'm not being scammed) and was told I need an appointment. I've now had to stay over night in that surrounding area.
This company should pay for my rental car until I am made 'whole' again and they refuse to pay more than 7 days even though there is not even a check on the way yet.
The claims representative Anthony Barnes has been frustrating and he has had a "Not my problem" Attitude ever since I told him he was lucky that his customer didn't kill the child in the intersection as a result of the accident-thank the universe that my vehicle was smashed instead.. He does not seem to care that his customer crushed my vehicle while on her phone, injured my fiance, completely uprooted my family's daily life, activities, but instead he has treated me basically like I was the one at fault. On the phone he even made a comment that although this is not ideal, that I had to take some responsibility because my vehicle was at the scene...

I am Completely dissatisfied with this company, their claims rep, policies, customer service and this entire Lengthy experience.

DO NOT WILLINGLY CHOOSE TO INVOLVE YOURSELF WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Had to call to AIC to report a claim as the party that has this place as their insurance company. Car was hit in September and I have been trying to get payment since to have my vehicle repaired. Multiple numerous calls they accepted liability and requested to have it sent to a repair shop. Now with the repair shop calling in with the estimate AIC now claims they will not accept liability even with video of the collision, witnesses and police report. Even have a call recorded with the claims rep stating they accept liability as 2 cars were damaged. My advice here stay away from these cheap insurance companies like AIC. They will try every trick in the book so they will not pay out and try to make you wait as long as possible to limitations here. Call your insurance company and have them battle it out as AIC is just complete fraud of a company.

Less than 1 star is my recommended review also. For over 4 months I've been waiting on the insurance adjuster Mr. Young to resolve my claim with no success. They have admitted liability for their insured and though I have submitted medical records, bills, radiologist reports, medication receipts, and a reasonable demand, Mr. Young has refused to respond to my numerous last attempt for demand requests. This company has no remorse for the devastation and turmoil their insured has caused me. Having to go months without being paid after using all the vacation and sick time I've earned.........Having to pay over $2,570 in upfront fees to my physicians because they refused to see me without...........Receiving threatening letters from the emergency department that they will garnish my wages.........Missing my sister's wedding due to the pain in my back caused by their insured. I'm tired of being tired. Finally decided to hire an attorney, which will hurt their insured because he will be sued due to my claim superseding his policy limits. This company is beyond horrible to work with and I'm so glad I have an insurance company that is open 24/7 365 days a year and is willing to settle claims in a reasonable time frame before you lose your house and job.

Got told my motorcycle wouldn't be totaled so had repairs done. Then I got told it was totaled and that I had to get a salvage certificate if I wanted to keep it. All after I already had the repairs done. Also, took a week to even get in touch with my adjuster.

I have been insured with this company for a while but it's is the worst company I have ever had. Recently, I had an issue with my car and my car was at the shop for more than an month because the insurance company was fighting for every dollar with the workshop.
The staff are very careless and unprofessional

AIC is a wonderful insurance company. The rates are reasonable, beyond expectations. The agents are easy to work with and their phone system is super simple. You get a representative within minutes. I highly recommend AIC for your auto insurance needs.

I've been an agent with AIC for about 20 years. To sum them up in 1 word, I'd say consistency. The are a very stable company, that doesn't drastically sway their rates or underwriting structure. The underwriters work hard with the agents to place business. I have worked with Chris Slemmer and Robert Bozman for about 20 years. It's a good feeling to know we aren't just working together, they've also become like family. Hands down one of the best insurance companies out here!!

When i contact provider of AIC they told me monthly premium will be $156/month. and after starting of 2 months they send letter and informed me that my premium will be $215/month. and When i requested insurance provider to cancel then they canceled and deduct $276 for total cancellation fee. I'm very surprise. I will not recommend other people to take AIC car insurance.

AIC is a great company to do business with. They have a rate for everyone and so far hasn t taken huge rate swings like other carriers. Their Commercial product is excellent as it s not many companies that have the array of commercial auto products as they do. Bob our marketing rep does a great job of keeping us informed of what s going on in the industry and truly represents his company well.

I contacted them to send over proof of my insurance card & I called the claims department instead of the representative giving me the correct number she yelled at me saying they were closed & hung up. Worst insurance ever. Had them for a few months and they werent even vharging my bank account correctly. I log in online to see I have a balance of $576, so I call their customer service rep to ask why I was not notified that they werent getting my payments and that mu balance was building up so much that they over drafted my account by $200 on some legal charge. If they had informed me the first time the pament declined I would have called my bank to fix the problem as USAA is a really secure bank thay dosent let jusy anyone take my money out. She said they "dont do that" and they would discontinue my service if they dont get a good payment by my next bill date. The f**k kind of service is this? So they can pretty much do anything it your bank account and they dont have to inform you?

Low rates. Customer service is not great. You cannot reach your claim representative. Would be great if they could just say they will get back to me but they don t even do that. The price is the only good point. But look at reviews there are almost just as many one star reviews as 5 and that says something.

Worst experience ever! If you have a choice avoid this insurance company at all costs. Ive been dealing with this company now for a couple months. My adjuster that was assigned to me Rasheeda Oliwo was extremely rude and lied to me over the phone about the services she was providing. She failed to contact me back several times, wouldnt give me her email after asking for it, and she even went as far as telling me over the phone that she had better things to do then tend to my claim. So i left 2 messages with both of there supervisors Laura and Raymond because apparently at there company there supervisors all go to meetings at the exact same time. Several days of trying to get a hold of them with no luck and it is now 2 weeks later and they havent called me back. I went to there website to try and find a number for better assistance to find myself on the phone with the same people every time. I click on the contact us link on there site and apparently it is unavailable. Hmmm i wonder why. An insurance company that cant work with there consumers and do the simplest things is of absolutley no use to anyone. Laura, Raymond, and Rasheeda should all be fired and replaced with monkeys who would do a better job. I am still in the process of filing a complaint with this company and the insurance commissioner. If anyone has any information to help me do this it would be greatly appreciated.

The worst insurance ever, this has got to be a scam. They denied coverage for my claim. I asked the investigator who could I speak to, to help my with his outcome. He told me flatly, " No one!" However I did call the NAIC (insurance commission). They responded promptly, they are awaiting for information from AIC. FYI they would receive neg , five stars.

I have been working with AIC for over 15 years and they offer great service to their customers and they are constantly trying to improve their rates and products. They are always willing to help their customers when there is a payment issue and they will be there when you need them for a claim. Excellent company.

My brother was recently injured when he was struck...

My brother was recently injured when he was struck from behind by a dump truck driven by a driver with AIC insurance. The driver stopped- saw my brother was injured and actually prayed with him before attempting to flee the scene. The driver has numerous traffic violations and doesn't even have a license. A month later, my brother received a letter from AIC claiming the investigation is complete and they must deny all claims because their insured's lack of cooperation. This experience and after reading the horrible reviews, I'm convinced this company is a SCAM.

This is the worst insurance company I ever had! I paid 170 for the last 5 months! Never late! On the last month of my 6 months I go to make my last payment they tell me my policy was cancelled due to no payment made by June 26th. Well, guess what? It was paid! I had the confirmation number, proof it was taken out of my account, and how much was taken out! They still sat around and finally by the 3rd day I called someone finally resolved it seen my payment was made and re-instated my policy! I paying 170 a month for full coverage which is outrageous, but I still pay it and get this kind of customer service! To top it off I was nice about it the first time I spoke with someone til lady had enough nerve to basically tell me, "well you should of made your payment" well jokes on you because it was PAID! I do not recommend this company! I'd rather pay $300 a month with good service and to know I'm covered! But $170 and bad service it's just down right wrong! Thank god this is my last month with this company!

7/11/2020 -- So far, they've given me the lowest premium for minimal coverage I can get in Pennsylvania. I recommended them to a coworker last night who was looking for a lower premium for his 2 vehicles.
