If I could give NO stars I would. I can't imagine paying these people money.

I was T-boned while stopped at a red light by a customer of this company who was heavily speeding and was distracted by a cell phone. It took almost 2 weeks to hear from the claims rep and he told me he had to have an investigation done because his customer wasn't convinced the accident was her fault and they couldn't get the police report in a timely manner. Once they finally took fault, the refunds for towing and rental car (I paid out of pocket) came in sufficient time (thank you enterprise) after me staying in constant contact with Agency Insurance. I was told I must sign over my title and have my total loss vehicle scheduled and picked up before they can give a refund check....
What happens when they take my vehicle and they don't send me a check? I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied repeatedly.
I live 200 miles away with a family to raise and a farm to run, so I don't have time to deal with mailing the title and waiting on compensation so I asked for a physical address to hand over my title and receive a check in hand (to make sure I'm not being scammed) and was told I need an appointment. I've now had to stay over night in that surrounding area.
This company should pay for my rental car until I am made 'whole' again and they refuse to pay more than 7 days even though there is not even a check on the way yet.
The claims representative Anthony Barnes has been frustrating and he has had a "Not my problem" Attitude ever since I told him he was lucky that his customer didn't kill the child in the intersection as a result of the accident-thank the universe that my vehicle was smashed instead.. He does not seem to care that his customer crushed my vehicle while on her phone, injured my fiance, completely uprooted my family's daily life, activities, but instead he has treated me basically like I was the one at fault. On the phone he even made a comment that although this is not ideal, that I had to take some responsibility because my vehicle was at the scene...

I am Completely dissatisfied with this company, their claims rep, policies, customer service and this entire Lengthy experience.

DO NOT WILLINGLY CHOOSE TO INVOLVE YOURSELF WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
