Agency Insurance Company is one of the best insurance carriers in my agency and I found them to be exceptional in customer service in assisting my agency with my policyholders. Their rates are very compatible in comparison with other carriers. This company help my agency to grow in business and retention. My territory sales manager Robert W Bozman is an exceptional person. I am very happy with the results of 6 years of relationship with the company and I keep looking forward for many years to come.

This insurance company is like a legalized scam. Save your money with geico/progressive etc. I saved $200+ a year with geico for the exact same term. Never will buy from this company again because now I know how to buy auto insurance myself instead of listening to the BS of those agents in insurance agency.
Their rates are cheap for a reason. Had a policy for many years. My premiums increased twice with no warning or reason. They never fully explained the policy when I first signed up as a teen and I only recently found out they gave me the barest minimum coverage. I got full coverage for less at another company. If you want to cancel your policy they charge you a 5% fee if you don't cancel on the exact day your policy renews. Read the fine print because this company comes off as a bit predatory.
Fantastic to deal with! I am always guaranteed to speak to a person almost immediately and they are always helpful! I never feel like its a waste of time to call like it can be with other companies.
My family was in our car when a vehicle in front of us swerved into the oncoming traffic. The car headed towards us lost control of their vehicle and hit our door. It's literally scratched and a small dent with the paint chipped. The company said our car is considered a totalled loss. So we can either salvage our car and get 700.00 and have an undriveablr car because In PA you can not legally drive a salvage car, or we can sell our car to them for around 1,500.. what a freaking joke. I pay 300.00a month for car insurance for one car for apparently nothing. This company is a complete sham. Do not use this company.
Dimitri Omelco mislead all my commercial business info to Progressive and made Progressive give me a non-renewal and I was getting charged more and more every month they really don't care about there customers to have a good insurance but all they care about is there money. Such people I do not recommend for business everyone that left a bad review I agree with them.

Literally the worse insurance company ever. Daniel refused to offer any sort of help and he s rude. Also, if you re waiting for a reimbursement...you ll keep waiting...and waiting..and waiting. They ll come up with every excuse to why they haven t reimbursed you yet. This company just wants your hard earned money, they don t care about helping you AT ALL. Turn far away from this company.
Being an agent for over 40 years and representing AIC almost 30 years I find working with their employees and managers very rewarding. They provide a very competitive product and Knowing they invest in the local community and give back is a bonus.

Absolutely the worst insurance company out there. There service and representatives are the rudest people I have ever talked to. They do not care about you as a customer at all. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL, I SWEAR. YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED I PROMISE. I called in regards to my claim and my adjusters voice mail literally says to NOT leave her a voicemail. don't ever think talking to a supervisor because you will never reach one. Good luck.

Horribly out of date with both technology and claim handing, this company does business like its 1986. They treat their staff horribly, thus with the high turnover you may never speak to the same person twice about your claim. Embarrassingly poor customer service. I truly feel sorry for anybody that has to deal with Agency on any level. Their number one focus is selling bottom barrel policies, with minimal claims staff to support its policy holders. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in a loss with one of their policy holders, your best option is to get an attorney and report any unfair claims practices to the Maryland insurance commission immediately.

The worst insurance company I have dealt with. I have a truck insurance with them And someone crashed into me so I wasn't at fault. It's been three weeks and I have not received a Check yet. Every time I call Dave, The person assigned to my claim he never picks up I leave voicemails and never get a call back. Then I just found out The amount of the check is 1/3 of what it's gonna cost for repairs. Now I'm in the process Of going back-and-forth With an estimator. The worst insurance company ever. I RATE it A -5 STARS. Everything about this company sucks from customer service to it s claim process. Do not even consider getting insurance from this company.
Worst insurance ordeal ever. To make a long story short, they were requesting absurd information on very short notice. They were extremely nonprofessional. When they threatened to cut off our insurance, they never sent documentation or proof that we were violating the policy, they'd only call or leave voicemail. Eventually I switched to State Farm which accommodated us on short notice with a very good rate. Do not trust this company with your money or your car accidents.

I had a small broker that wrote this insurance for me and was sceptical because I never heard of them. I never had a claim nor a problem but had to change to another company after all the negative reviews with no responce.

Be careful. They'll charge you extra for stacking coverage without ever letting you know why they are charging you and then refuse to remove all of the charge when you call to find out what it is for. I would not go through them again for my car insurance needs. Would give them zero stars if I could.

Tried calling Craig Zabora a number of times to get a pip check sent to my office with no return call. When i threatened to speak with the supervisor he ironically picked up his phone. He agreed to send payment. That was 3+ weeks ago..not picking up his phone again or responding to email..maybe a supervisor will respond to this but I doubt it!
Worst services ever ALL aspects , don't respond back to calls , don't asks for a manager and/or a supervisor there never available to assist either or they don't handle that service So --there their for WHAT o so that your monthly payment will not fail from coming out each month. No good insurance company- last resources if you can't get anything else of course.
Their rates were ok but not nearly as competitive as geico etc. I literally got new insurance policy for 50% less with geico for a little bit more coverage also the customer service is mediocre.

I took one my cars off the insurance they owe me a refund so they supposed to had send me a check in the mail I never got the check they told me they have 30 days to send me another check .but I got the renewal papers in the mail on time. They could just cancel the check and reissued me another check. the check was never sent to me they lied. This aic insurance company is a joke.

If you love to spend money by all means go with this company but if you like to SAVE go with another insurance company...this company is a complete joke. Since I signed up I have received a cancellation notice every month. Why?? Payment is due on the 10th. I don't see my statement till the 6th to the 8th. When you call discuss you talk with MS Nasty. Can not say enough that these folks need to revisit insurance 101.
HORRIBLE COMPANY - I was in an accident recently with one of their insured and I ve been through nothing but problems with them . The person in charge of my case (CRAIG ZABORA) is extremely rude , classless and unprofessional ! when I asked for a different person to work with they told me that because this is a small company , he is the only one that can be assigned to the case .

Representatives can't explain why monthly payments went up for no reason and refuse to return payments to original amount.

This company is horrible. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I advise anybody who's having trouble with this company to do the same. I'm also reporting them to the Department of Banking and Insurance. They are extremely unprofessional. A policy holder of theirs rear-ended my car. I have picture evidence and a police report yet they still refused to do anything. They would not even let me speak to a manager. They also wouldn't tell me the name of the claims manager or even the owner of the company. Don't let these people get away with their wrong doing. Report them if you have a problem. The more reports we have against them is the way to ensure this won't happen again. This just happened to me July 28, 2019. They wouldn't provide me with information on an internal appeal or anything else. This company is just all around terrible. And they need to be stopped.

Absolutely horrid customer service. Rude staff. Set you up for failure with automatic debit, make sure your funds are there and available in your bank account. They'll only try to take your payment at 3 in the morning and only once, not later that day when the money might be there. Then they'll hit you with a 30 dollar late fee. Awful business practice especially in the middle of a pandemic wheremoney isn't flowing! Would never recommend even to worst enemy!

I had a car accident over a month ago and AIC is the insurer of the car that found guilty by the police report. I've been calling them for three weeks, Dean is out of office for two weeks, and no one has called me back from AIC. I even sent them the police report at the second week, they didn't even start the investigation. Terrible insurance company. I'd just say that stay away from AIC.

The reps I've spoken were generally unhelpful and less than polite along with my insurance agent being pretty much nasty altogether. Furthermore, this Insurance company raised my premium from what was already upwards of around $1800 to a premium several hundreds of dollars more without notifying me in any way other than sending me a new bill in the mail. After that I switched to GEICO and got a policy that was over $800 less then the ORIGINAL premium.
I have had the opportunity to represent AIC as an agent for over 20 years. I have found them to be wonderful to work with ease of doing business makes this one of my go to companies. Staff is always helpful and accommodating especially in an ever changing world of insurance.

I have this insurance company for almost 5 months paying 300 a month. Someone crashed my vehicle and fled the scene. I have my police report, the adjuster came to see my vehicle and declared it a total loss. He sent me a form to fill out by making an act of selling my vehicle that the insurance agency removed from the workshop where it was. When I call the person in charge of my claim to explain how his way of working works and how much and when they are going to pay for my new car, only one machine is answered and I have left multiple messages and they do not return the call. I don't know what to do they have my vehicle and I don't want to sign anything without first having an explanation of everything. And the worst is a chaos because I do not speak English well and they and their customer service is appalling

I will be shopping around for new insurance as of Tuesday morning. I've only had insurance with this company since August 16,2019 and I dislike it a lot. All I will say is, if you have Troy as an agent through AIC be prepared to talk to his office if you need help.
Let's face it, not every contractor has a sterling driving record. If it were not for the straight forward AIC rating system and commercial auto product they have, I would not have available to me, the solutions that my clients need. I also have to give proper credit to their finance department ASI. Very professional and they work with you.

Peter and his supervisor are the worse!After speaking with the supervisor i asked to speak to someone higher then him he said Laura was vice president got sent to her voicemail and she is out the office until Nov 2. I called back again to see if i can speak with someone else Hailey said Dave was the highest in the office so I asked her who is Laura? She said she is a supervisor and they are all the same thing. Everyone in that office needs to be fired obviously known have had proper training. Can't wait until the policy is over to switch to someone else!
I canceled my policy with this company because I found better coverage for half the price but I. still receiving bill statements saying I owe money after the fact because someone in that office reinstated my coverage with out my consent

As a producer I look to place my insureds with a carrier that is trust worthy and reliable. AIC has done well to provide excellent service for myself and my clients.
I don't even give this company one star (but need one to post), and will be reporting them to the powers that be in PA. I was quoted a business auto (2011 F350) premium of $1800 approx in April 2017, and the opportunity to receive a discount to $1530 approx if I paid for the year. I decided to take the discount and paid for the year. In June, they upped my premium with threat of cancellation unless I verified I had a commercial liability policy for my business. I complied and heard no more about it. Feb. 6, 2018, AIC sent a partial refund due to cancellation of policy. No advanced notice. Nothing. I contacted the insurance agency in West Chester that hooked me up with this outfit. They never received anything indicating I was cancelled either. PA has laws for compliance regarding cancellation. I was horrified I'd been driving around for a month without coverage. The agency called the company and the company said they would do nothing about any of it. So now I'm scampering trying to get coverage. I've had no accidents or moving violations. This is my first online complaint ever. My advice to anyone: DON"T TRUST THIS COMPANY! DON"T USE THEM! And, if you're the agency, DON'T REPRESENT THEM! I'll be switching from my agency as well, so they are a victim as well. They need to be fined and booted from doing business in this state. Summary: No stars! AND STAY AWAY!
