Jerome Cabbagestalk always gives me excellent service each time I visit the dealership, even if I am there for service only. My Jaguars have all been bought from him and I will continue to do so because of his excellent service. He always has time to help his customers. Jaguar service is excellent they always get it right the first time Jack Wang, Service Director takes very good care of my service needs, service advisers also give excellent service.

My Wife and I bought a car from Roberto and we would 10/10 recommend anyone coming to the dealer to ask for him. There were a few items that needed to be taken care of on the used vehicle, and Roberto has always been in communication and responding to my texts immediately. The staff and managers were also amazingly accommodating! For anyone who's bought a car before knows it can be a lengthy process. My wife was getting hungry and the manager even went and gotten food for her while we wait! I will be coming back for another vehicle when the time comes! Thank you Roberto and Rosenthal team!

In 2010, my wife and I leased a Jaguar XF from Rosenthal and were happy with the experience. We returned and worked with Michael on a new lease. Michael was a pleasure to work with and all the details we discussed via email were accurate once we arrived to close the deal. We even ended up getting a better lease on a 2013 XJ once we were at the dealership.

We live in Richmond, VA, and have only experienced the sales department.

I visited this dealership two days ago in search for a XE R-Dynamic. I spoke with an older sales rep who told me they did not have any available, and he asked if there was anything else I needed...almost in a dismissive way. I then asked for information on the car. His was response was "what kind of information?". Umm, the specs and price, perhaps?! He then asked me what I wanted in the vehicle, conducted a search online, and told me there were no vehicles with the specifications that I wanted available anywhere, and I would have to order one online.

He didn't ask if I was open to any other options, or tried to assist any further. I had to ask if I could see another model, and when he showed me, he only let me get inside, that was it. He didn't ask if I wanted to see how it drives, he didn't even turn the car on! Wth am I supposed to be looking at, the design?? He did the same thing when I inquired about a different model. At that point I was completely turned off, and decided to go up the street to Audi, who gave me the customer service I'm used to receiving.

Btw, I looked online again for the trim that I want, and they DO have one available at this location! Maybe he thought because I'm young and African American that I can't afford anything there. Not at all the customer service I was expecting to receive...completely turned me off from wanting a Jaguar at all.

Service is fine; it s never stellar, but absolutely shocked at the lack of PPE that employees wear in the facility. Service desk reception and cashier desk employees are largely not wearing masks. They re partially behind plexiglass panels, but they won t even put on masks when walking through the common areas of the waiting room.

Third visit in almost a year for The Same issue--C...

Third visit in almost a year for The Same issue--Coolant Level (low)warning. Back again today so I decided to write since THEY refuse to listen. Second visit, the techs ripped the intake hose for the air filter, tried to repair it (see photo) and NEVER reported the issue/repair! The customer wont notice they must have thought. Sloppy techs, irresponsible management.

I bought a 1999 Jaguar XK8 convertible from Rosenthal Land Rover/Jaguar this week. Walking into a luxury car dealership (without a million dollar bank account balance) was not something I ever planned to do but the experience was not at all what I expected. Our salesman, Craig Faunce, was extremely helpful, genuinely friendly and applied absolutely zero pressure while we were looking over the car. The sales process was very quick and easy taking maybe 45 minutes. Craig took plenty of time explaining the features of the car and offering advice as to maintenance and care both before and after the sale. Whether you are looking for a brand new Jag or a great deal on a used one don't skip this dealership - and ask for Craig Faunce when you get there.

My service advisor Michael Mancinho was absolutely teriffic. He kept me updated on the progress of my repairs, followed thru on every item and the car was done on time and ready and waiting, not to mention clean as the day I purchased it when I picked it up. What more could one ask!!!

This was our first time using this dealership and ...

This was our first time using this dealership and I cannot say enough about our experience thanks to Craig Faunce. We were shopping for a used car with a specific price in mind after our truck was recently totaled in an accident. Dealing with insurance and coming to a settlement was an absolute nightmare, but Craig was beyond patient and helpful through it all and we cannot thank him enough. Anyone else would have written us off way before after all the time it took to get things straightened out, but Craig continued to follow up and work with us through it all. We are now proud new owners of our first Range Rover and will highly recommend the dealership and of course Craig to anyone in the market!

Recently I was pondering how I have lost count of ...

Recently I was pondering how I have lost count of the number of Jaguars I have purchased from Rosenthal Jaguar, Tyson's Corner, through the years and decided to let others become aware of my story.

To begin with, both my Wife and I are Jaguar owners and have nothing but great things to say about the level of professional service and care these folks put forth in making us, as proud owners of the finest of luxury automobiles, feel like royalty. While my Wife and I are not what some might label snobby in owning a Jaguar, we are both professionals and down to earth people who simply thoroughly enjoy the experience and compliments of driving a Jaguar.

Lets be realistic, the highways are overcrowded with BMWs, Mercedes, the Cadillac and such, to their credit being nice "vehicles." However, we chose a "luxury automobile" that has not been mass produced and priced to flood the market for any and everyone.

When individuals think of a grouping of truly fine, upscale and rarely, by comparison, seen luxury automobiles, brands like Rolls Royce, Bentley, Maserati, Lamborghini and yes, Jaguar readily come to mind. The bottom line is they are truly in a class of their own.

To place the attributes of said luxury in our hands, we chose not only a dealership, but the Divisional part of a Company with a history of upscale automobile franchises and a proven track record of superior service beyond measure.

Speaking of service, my Wife and I have never, ever, experienced such a genuine and sincere level of our automobile service and care.

A while ago I commented to my Wife how historically, prior to my Rosenthal Jaguar relationship, I experienced the strategically manipulated and scripted empty promises of dealer services and care, not to mention falsely advertised and or not clearly discernible warrant features. What is amazing in doing business with these folks at Rosenthal Jaguar, Tysons Corner is how they proactively make sure we not only are within the regularly scheduled maintenance parameters established by the manufacturer, but also being thoroughly in touch with "our" personal preferences for "our" vehicles specific service and care.

Our Service Advisor Yujin Lee is the best in the industry and my Wife has often commented on how Yujin, as a female, is sensitive to better explain and clarify the meaning behind those items and services which guys like myself might not intentionally deem important and or necessary. The emphasis is on intentionally......good recovery, yes?

Nonetheless, I have shared a lot, however, by now you should both understand and appreciate that my Wife and I have not only found the ideal dealership, but have also established long-term friendships with a group of real professionals and we feel very blessed at having our paths cross.

The sales man was very good, sales manager was the same and the finance people actually got me a better rate than the Credit Union that I am a member in. So I give them an A+

We were shopping for Land Rover and went to this place. I felt like I came to sheep market. guy was very rude, dressed unprofessionally. all he wanted to do get the check and give us the keys to the SUV.
We asked him questions, and he started joking and our question still remained. If you treat your customers like this, we will take our business to some place where they care about customers. In this economy they should have been delighted to see customer who want to buy cars. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Craig Faunce as my rep. He was very pleasant and forthcoming. He provided exceptional customer service and answered every question I had. He was honest and trustworthy -- not what you would expect from a car salesman -- but he really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase even when he was not in the office. His partner James Duncan was awesome too. I highly recommend these folks and it is not easy for me to say that about anyone.

The people of Rosenthal Jaguar really do a great job at making your joy their priority. KZ helped me get my first Jaguar. When I came to test drive my XJL, I didn't feel the pressure of a dealer wanting to sell a car. My second test drive was even more enjoyable. Hands down, the staff are very professional, and will make your visit very smooth. I just got my XJL, and did my first service after-market installation. The service staff made every thing easy. I will without doubt come back when it is time to get my next Jaguar.

We were initially undecided whether to get a Mercedes or a Range Rover. Prior to getting our Range Rover, we stopped at the Mercedes Benz dealership and test drove the new GLC. The car was nice, but we still wanted to test drive a Range Rover. Both cars are nice, but what sealed the deal is sales consultant Gavin Kassiri. He was very patient and treated us like family. I personally hate going to dealerships because they tend to keep me there for hours before sealing a deal. With Gavin, it was smooth sailing. He worked hard to satisfy our demands. I definitely would recommend him to friends who may be interested in getting a Range Rover.

I have been using this dealership for quite some time for all my family members. We always have an excellent experience. Absolutely the best car buying experience we could ever have. Beautiful facilities and very friendly staff, with a special thanking note to our dear friend Mr. Roger, the General Manager, our dear friend Mr. Kasra, the Finance Manager, and without question our dear friend KZ who is outstanding and extremely helpful in making your buying experience as great as possible. He takes all the stress out of new car buying and explains everything you need to know. He also continuously follows up to make sure things are going well.
When shopping for a new or used car with a pleasant experience, you definitely need to go to Rosenthal Jaguar-Land Rover Tysons Corner and ask for KZ!

As a first time customer, my experience with Rosenthal Jaguar Tysons has been abysmal - both from a customer service point of view and from a mechanical repair perspective. Definitely not what I expected from what appeared to be a top shelf auto dealership in the competitive Tyson's area.

I brought my 2005 Jaguar S-Type in October 6, 2015 for some repairs. On October 8, 2015, I returned to pick up the car only to find out that the repair had not been properly done. It was as if the car had not been touched at all. I explained that to the Service Manager who acknowledged the problem with the repair, apologized and promised to make things right. I left the car at Rosenthal Jaguar so this corrective action could be done.

Since that October 8, 2015 date, I have not heard a word from Rosenthal Jaguar on the status of this corrective repair. My calls and Voice Mails directly to the Service have gone unanswered. On November 4, 2015, I escalated this concern to both the Rosenthal Jaguar Service Director and the General Manager via certified letter. Again - no response received even after this escalation.

More than a month has gone by since this episode and, as much as I would like my car back, I am growing skeptical that this dealership will be able to solve the problem. Their non-responsiveness to my reasonable inquiries for status is truly alarming and inexcusable. It certainly gives me pause in considering the purchase of any Jaguar product in the future.

I cannot express how happy I am with Rosenthal Jaguar and Craig Faunce. He made this the best buying experience I've ever had.

I spent weeks looking for the right car and going from dealer to dealer, most of which just pushed me for a sale. Craig actually listened to me and worked with me to not only find options for my trade in, but also to get me a deal I was happy with on my new car. He went above and beyond what any other salesman has ever done for me, and I couldn't be happier with my buying experience. No pressure, no gimmicks, just great service.

Ask for Mike Paluh; I am giving 5 stars for Mike's customer service and hospitality.

I originally inquired about a Range Rover Velar and then eventually moved towards a RR Sport. Andy contacted me, but it felt hard to get information from him from the start so I decided to go in and look on my own. I showed up at the dealership and met Mike, but was told I needed to continue to work with Andy.

I sent Andy a build of the car from the Land Rover website with my ideal build and described what I was willing to pass on for options. He told me they were then trying to acquire a vehicle similar to what I was looking for, but would not give me any details about it until they got the approval. Upon approval, he sent me the info and it had none of the options I wanted except for the color, which I has said was not required leading me to believe he didn't read my email at all. So, I told him I was passing altogether.

I showed up at the dealership again and pulled Mike aside and told him I wanted to work with him instead. I couldn't be happier with working with Mike. After testing driving a couple Sports (HSE and HST) with him, he let us look through what was available in the area and I applaud him for his patience as we did end up keeping him a little late. I found a Sport that I loved; my only complaint is that JLR Tysons overnighted it from another dealership to get it in the quarterly business, and the cost of the overnight (instead of standard shipping) was passed onto me.

Regardless, when I went to pick it up Mike was incredible with his customer service even picking me up from another dealership when I sold my car elsewhere, bringing me back to JLR, and staying well past closing to get me acquainted. He thanked me with genuine emotion for coming back and working with him. Thank you, Mike!

Been trying to reach a manager here for 2 months. Filed BBB claim and they didn t respond. I bought a 2015 Mercedes CLA 250 67k miles here. Bought an extended warranty. 5 months later the car engine has a broken piston. Warranty says it s a preexisiting issue. The was the dealer is avoiding me I suspect they knew it had serious problems. And now I m out of 18k. Buyers BEWARE!!!! Gavin was my salesperson. He was disrespectful in the buying process but I figure I just wanted this car so I accepted it. Big mistake.

After an extensive used car search, I discovered a Chevy Malibu that I was interested in. I called the dealership to obtain additional info on the vehicle & associated fees. The professional I spoke with was Jerome Cabbagestalk. I visited the dealership & Jerome was there to assist me further. In about an hour, we had a fair deal that I felt comfortable with. Jerome was upfront & honest which enhanced my car buying experience. I retrieved the car the next day & Jerome was there making sure everything was ok. My car had been cleaned and all agreements were honored. Will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Absolutely do not get the Prepaid Maintenance plan. Pay as you go. If you have 3 years on the contract and sell your car with 1.5 year left. They WILL NOT REFUND even when your salesman said they will when you get the car. JUST DONT!!!

I am a car enthusiast and a frequent car-buyer. I have had year-after-year of experiences with various car dealers, sales staff, and service departments. I highly recommend Rosenthal Jaguar and James Duncan hands down as the go-to for sales. James will go out of his way to make sure you are happy and make sure you feel comfortable with the purchase you are making. He puts the customer in front of his own personal and professional motivations and builds a trusting relationship that you won't find in other dealerships - where you are typically treated as just another #.

Additionally, the car-purchasing process that Rosenthal Jaguar has in place, is by far the most efficient and effective I've experienced from any dealership I've worked with including their service department, from the interaction, the timeliness, and the quality of service, this dealership has it all - People, Process, and Product!

Make sure to ask for James if you are in the market for a new or used car. He has been in the DC area for years, and he is one of the only people I trust in the Land Rover and Jaguar market space in the DC area. I promise you won't regret it.

I bought my first Jag from Rosenthal in 2007 and came back last May to purchase another. Craig Faunce was the sales rep who assisted me in 2007 and as soon as he saw me again, he immediately recognized me. Living in Annapolis, I could have purchased a vehicle from the Annapolis Jaguar dealership, but didn t because I trust Rosenthal s superior service and specifically Craig s professional friendly manner. Craig understands the customer s desires and objectives and seamlessly makes the deal happen.

My experience at Rosenthal was excellent. They were very fast, efficient and helpful. Our salesperson was Andy Mosh and he made the decision to buy a Range Rover Sport HSE very easy.

Prior to driving from Maryland to Rosenthal in Tysons Corner we visited 3 other dealerships with the intent of leasing a new car. I was surprised by how difficult the other dealerships made it to lease a car!

Working with Andy Mosh at Rosenthal Jaguar was very easy and I would certainly recommend him to others.

Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable, honest, no haggle, no hassle and fair pricing are just a few words to describe my experience with Michael Blackburn and Rosenthal Jaguar/ Land Rover.
After a long search and countless failed attempts at other dealerships and private owners to buy a Porsche 911 I came across a beautiful Silver / Black 2009 Porsche 911 Coupe with 15k miles over the internet offered at Rosenthal Jaguar /Land Rover. Being that I live in Gainesville, FL and the car was in Tyson s Corner, VA , 800 miles away, this deal was going to have to be spot on and it was .From my initial call to my salesman Michael Blackburn - Internet Manager to closing the deal with Jim Gallas, my purchase was impeccable. Michael & I made the deal over the phone a week earlier so I flew into VA the next Saturday and than I drove the car back to FL that Sunday. When I arrived at the dealership Saturday it was 10 am and 27 degrees, burrrrr, the 2009 Porsche 911 was right up front, spotless, just as described, fully serviced and detailed, (thank you service department) .I was greeted respectfully from everyone at the dealership. Michael s customer service was awesome to say the least; it felt like we knew each other for years. Michael was professional, friendly, courteous and very helpful throughout the complete process and additionally two weeks beyond to follow up.
In a nutshell, this Porsche 911 was just the car I have been looking for. My experience with Michael Blackburn and Rosenthal Jaguar/Land Rover was the BEST
I ve ever had, I highly recommend them to all.

My wife and I just bought a used car from Rosenthal Jaguar and had a wonderful experience. Our salesman, Gavin, was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, which are pretty rare qualities to find in a Northern Virginia dealership. We ended up buying a used Honda and were still treated just like we were buying a brand new Jag. The car we bought was in amazing shape. You can tell they only sell quality cars. The whole experience went quickly with no fuss. We will definitely be buying from Rosenthal again and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car.

Happy with my truck. If the finance department was more helpful/competent I might have it registered so I can actually drive it. They have made a mockery of a straightforward out of state registration. First saying it couldn't be done - not true. They quoted me inflated personal property tax rates to discourage me from registering at my 2nd home. When they finally figured out it could be done we are now at 50 days and counting - still no tags.
Mistakes happen but what you should be warned about with this dealer is the lack of responsiveness when issues arise. In each instance my requests/questions have gone unanswered for days. How long does it take to respond to an email? Voicemails? Not answered. Said they would send new temp tags while they sorted out the registration issues - they sent them 4 days late to the wrong address. 2 weeks later now and the finance lady says - "yes I received them back because of the address issue". 10 minutes later I replied that I would like them to be sent to my correct address. No response. Left a voicemail for the GM - no response. If you're looking for a hassle - this place can find it for you.

I would say Rosenthal Jaguar Land Rover is the best dealership in Northern Virginia. Success isn't always about greatness. It's about consistency. Consistent teamwork leads to success. Then greatness will come. The group at Rosenthal from Shawn the GSM, Tyler in Finance, and Andy in Sales have uncovered the secret sauce. Everyone went well beyond in making sure I got what I wanted. They listened, provided feedback, and made the process painless. The whole process was quick and professional. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking to purchasing a Jaguar or LandRover.

Nice facility, decent employees, TERRIBLE service ...

Nice facility, decent employees, TERRIBLE service department. After screwing up my car's diagnosis, and making me return yet again for the same repair, they did nothing to help a customer out in return for their mistake. To make up for my wasted time, I simply asked for a dust pan to be removed and a part to be clicked back into place. They offered me a "discount" rate of $300 to do that. Nice try. It would have been a 15 minute job but here I am writting a poor review because they didn't want to do anything to make up for my wasted hours upon hours due to their original mistake. Jaguar has a long way to go to reach the customer service level of Lexus... If you pay a premium for a car, it's ok to expect a premium service experience. Not so here.

AlthoughI love my vehicle and the service department people have been great I will never buy another vehicle from Rosenthal's sales chance. When I purchased my car the weather was bad and the sales men didn't go through the vehicle with me. The advertisement for the vehicle stated rear cup holders yet none were in the vehicle. The sales staff refused to live up to their advertisement. This is disgraceful to pay over 50K for a car and not have rear cupholders. I have no option but to upgrade the vehicle within the next two years and many of the advertised features are not in the vehicle and Jaguar say's its a "sales disagreement". Then to add insult to injury Rosenthal places this on my repair bill for a bumper correction in-order to make it appear s if I agree with them not living up to what they advertised with the salesman stating "yes this looks deceptive but....." This is the first time I've dealt with a none American dealership and it will probably be the last. At least Ford delivers cup holders and dosent try and tell you that you have features you don't. Poorly done by the sales department that could have had a loyal customer.

What a wonderful buying experience! My new Range Rover was worth the wait! Jerome Cabbagestalk was always available for my questions during the purchasing process. When I picked the car up a few days ago, Jerome spent an amazing amount of time explaining each and every feature including programming several personal settings. I haven't needed the manual as his instruction was so excellent! The General manager, Roger Wildermuth, is the best general manager I have ever met!!! Thanks to you both for all you did for me!

Craig Faunce is amazing! Drove from Richmond to Tyson's Corner to see a Honda that was online. I was purchasing the least expensive car on the lot and was treated as if I was buying the most expensive. Everyone was very friendly, Craig was awesome .. the experience was the best. The 2007 Honda was in perfect condition - couldn't have been happier. Will definitely keep them in mind when I need to purchase my next vehicle. Thank you so much for everything.

We have been going to Rosenthal specifically because of Kevin Dooley, a stellar service advisor we met when we moved here four years ago with an older model Range Rover. We specifically purchased a second Range Rover because of the service we received from Kevin. Kevin is responsive (an understatement), detail oriented, polite, organized, honest and fair. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with him and are considering a third Range Rover because of the excellent experiences we have had at Rosenthal.

Very poor experience with this dishonest dealership. They took a $1,000 deposit on a car they said was mine and the manager, Mohammed, left a cryptic unapologetic voicemail about selling the car to someone else despite taking my deposit and charging my card. He was extremely unprofessional and lacked even basic courtesy. Would AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS GIVEN THEIR DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES. I am very surprised as I ve owned several Range Rovers and have never encountered a Land Rover dealership that is this disorganized.

Reda spent a lot of time as he walked us through all the features of the different models and helped us zero in on the right car for us. He involved his Finance Manager Cassa in working out a pricing that worked for us. All round a great job done by Reda and the folks at this dealership.

I normally dread going through the car buying purchase however this time was so much different from other experiences. My fiance and I had the pleasure working with Jerome Cabbagestalk who was extremely accommodating to our circumstance, I just had our son less than a week prior to our purchase. Jerome was extremely professional and made the process seamless, every concern and question we had he addressed. We were looking for a SUV to get us through DC's unpredictable weather and with a newborn and his job being on call even during blizzard conditions it was imperative we have something reliable which is why we decided on a Land Rover, the best decision we made.

Shopping for a car at Rosenthal Jaguar was on "ok"...

Shopping for a car at Rosenthal Jaguar was on "ok" experience at best. HOWEVER, their service department is by far the WORST I have ever had the displeasure of taking my car to. They rarely fix the problem from the first try and for lack of better words, the service reps and their managers are nothing but liars and crooks. The last couple of trips, they kept my car anywhere from 4 to 7 days before getting it back to me...usually with the same problem and not once because of delay in getting a part. It takes less time to assemble a complete car than for these guys to fix it...or pretend to have at least fixed it. On more than one occasion I had to contact Jaguar to have them deal with this service department and assist me in getting my car fixed. Sadly, when you're within your warranty period, Jaguar is all too eager to assist, but once it runs out, they could care less if the dealer rips your off or mistreats you. This dealer and Jaguar really made me regret the purchase of this car... luckily I won't have to keep it for more than another year before trading it in for a proper car; Mercedes or BMW.

Its amazing how you can go to a dealership and buy a $100k car and then the dealership neglect you afterwards. My family was promised a replacement panel and now Rosenthal Jaguar is giving the run around to get the part to us.

What happened to the days of amazing customer service? Clearly they just believe their customers are only a check and not a lifetime part of the organization. I would never recommend them to anyone... Not that I like at least.

I this dealership to purchase the F-Pace. After touring your lot, we identified a midnight blue F-Pace that we were interested in purchasing. Upon entering your showroom, we were greeted by a female sales associate who spoke with an accent. She started the conversation with us by saying, " That is a new car if you're looking for a used car that is not it." As you can imagine, we were somewhat taken back by this comment since at no time did we indicated that we were interested in a used car. After that, she asks if we just wanted to look at the vehicle or test drive. After suggesting that we wanted to do both she than retrieved the keys and took us for a test drive. During this drive, she could not answer seemingly basic questions about the vehicle. While this was still off-putting, we remain interested in purchasing the car. When we arrived back at the dealership, we asked her to show us numbers for leasing the vehicle with a $10K down payment. She indicated that all the financing options was on the website, and we should check there. We pressed her more to discuss options with us while we were there since we wanted to move forward. She then stated that she would text us the numbers and if we had any questions reach back out to her. As you can imagine, we never received the text. I found this entire experience very disheartening.

Its my opinion she profiled us as a young African American couple that could not afford this vehicle.

I would also shared I reached out to a Manager that day and sent a follow-up e-mail on 8.7.19 prior to sharing this experience on this platform.

DO NOT leave personal items in the car at this dealership. Just got my car serviced and my garage door opener was missing. The General Manager(David Muse) flat out denied losing it. They were not willing to replace it, and I now have to change the code on my opener for security purposes. I would not recommend this dealership, and if you must, take all items out of the car.

Over the past ten years, we have purchased two full-body Range Rovers and leased one Sport through Rosenthal as well as purchased another full-body through a different local dealership closer to our house. There was no comparison between Rosenthal and the other dealer. While we negotiated similar deals at both (and made the mistake of going with the closer dealer for our second RR), there were vast differences beyond price. From the moment you walk in to purchase a vehicle to each time you come for service (the real test), Rosenthal will not disappoint. The service department is efficient and top-notch. (And they were happy to service and finally resolve our problem with the second RR that the other dealer just could not seem to fix.) A special shout-out to Jack Wang, who makes Range Rovers reliable!

My wife and I were shopping for a new Evoque and came across an option at this dealership. I worked with Michael Blackburn over a 2 day period and he was excellent. He was always responsive with my multiple calls/texts and still helping even after purchasing the car over a year ago! He worked with me and the sales manager to get the monthly payment to where we needed it and was a pleasure to deal with the entire time. Buying a car is not always an enjoyable experience, but Michael was nice, respectful and on point. If you are looking to buy a vehicle at Range Rover in Tysons, I cannot recommend him enough!

Mike Blackburn is the best! I contacted him via email about a particular LR. Within 2 hours I had not only the generic response from the dealership, but also a detailed response from Mike. In addition, unlike other dealers, Mike did not hound me once I reached out to him. Instead, he let me take my time, investigate some other options, and approach him on my own time. Once I decided to go see the LR, he was patient, honest, and willing to negotiate. He even came out to our car in the parking lot to discuss everything because I didn't want to wake my 14 week old infant.

I can't say enough wonderful things! After we purchased the LR, Mike introduced us to the service dept, the loaner dept, etc. Then he personally set up my Bluetooth for my phone, showed me how to set my radio stations, and how to put the LR in sport mode :-)

Best experience ever! Thank you Mike! You're the best!!

I've stopped counting the number of vehicles I've purchased from Rosenthal Land Rover! Again, yesterday, I picked up another new Range Rover Sport SC with the Silver Package.
What a phenomenal sales and service team, starting with the general manager, Roger Wildermuth. You just don't find this caliber of Dealership GM's very often. He's the best!!! On the sales side, I've never been taken care of better, anywhere, by any sales consultant, than I have with KZ Zangeneh. Their service team is outstanding as well, from my service advisor Tommy, to all of the porters who take care of the vehicles. You WILL NOT find a better run automobile dealership anywhere in the country. They exemplify the very best in customer service, professionalism and follow through. Buying or leasing a vehicle from Rosenthal Land Rover is just too painless and easy!!! That's why I buy so many cars there.

I got my RR from Rosenthal and have been getting it serviced here. It is an overall a very good dealer. For the last few years, I can only really speak to the service aspect, which I would rate excellent. They are attentive, call you back with updates when they promise, and candid. Recently, Jennifer and Jack told me not to perform something prematurely until it starts to create an issue. I like that honesty, rather than trying to push all sorts of repairs on me. Jack left to run a Porsche dealer and am glad he is back. He was great before and he is great now. Offers up cell number and is available on weekends on cell, not that I would want to abuse that. And most recently, I had travel issues so I had the loaner car about 1.5 to 2 days longer and that was not a problem. All in all, they want to get your car fixed and not necessarily take you to the cleaners and back on the road as soon as possible. Can't say that about all high-end foreign car dealers in this area. Recommend Jack and Jennifer for sure.

This is the 4th car I've bought out of state in the last couple years, second from VA.

Based on this experience, i will tell you to beware buying from these guys out of state. They were unable to process our tags prior to the expiration date of the temp tags. They repeatedly gave me information in the run up to the expiration that turned out to be untrue, ultimately leaving me with expired plates, so i could not drive the car. Then they told me to come get my permanent plates - 2 hours away - on expired tags.

Seriously unbelievable - never got the same information twice and in the end I had to pay for them to send them. Wonder if they will show up?

Just brought a used Jaguar Xj from them, never aga...

Just brought a used Jaguar Xj from them, never again... We had finally negotiated with repairing phyiscal damage on panels, prior to purchase. GOD threw me signs not to purchase... First time car panels painted wrong color (off black, presented to me this way)... second time they washed the car prior to the paint being dry, apparently painting the vehicle around back..... but the paint did look good after buffing. Had the car for about a month now, painting is chipping.... So took it to a professional and they stated they just painted over the old paint $1200 in paint work for a recent vehicle purchase. Also, the battery was slowly dieing on the vehicle and had to be replaced under warranty as certain functions of the car had stopped working. Glad this is not my daily as surely this vehicle will not be reliable. Shady "jaguar" dealership. Do not recommend.

I've bought three Jags from Gavin at Rosenthal Jaguar over the last 10 years. I have always been treated with respect and have felt like a valued customer. All of my transactions have been friendly and smooth - no problems; no hassles.

I also have always had my Jags serviced here. Yu-jin in service has always been extremely helpful and fair. The work has been done well, and is reasonably priced.

I have recommended the dealership to friends and family.

Rosenthal Jaguar in Tysons Corner is the worst! My husband and I had a very terrible experience with them. They was the first and last one's to put a oil change in our 04 Jaguar XJ8. The car started acting slow driving on a busy road. The gears could not move, it was stuck in park. Then my husband got out the car to see what was going on outside the car. Tan oil started to rush out the car heavy. We are so happy and bless that nothing happen to us we called the car shop the lady gave us a hard time. She was defending her team like it wasn't their fault. She was trying to charge us just for looking at it and to fix what they did wrong and on top of that she wanted to charge us for their towing company to come and take our car to their shop. We will never come back to them.

I switched from driving a Porsche 911 as my primary car to the Range Rover Sport Autobiography and couldn't be happier. Not only a great ATV, but the sales process and dealership were actually a joy to work with. No pressures but always available to handle questions. When I bought my first 911, I received little instruction on its features from the dealership. With the RRS, the experience was just the opposite and all in a good way. Jerome took the time to walk me through every feature and even set up my mobile phone for me.

Plus, I had the unfortunate luck of running over a piece of metal on the interstate just a few days after I bought the RRS. Their service department was able to quickly schedule and replace the tire for me.

Pretty easy to recommend you go to Rosenthal. Ask for Jerome.

Craig Faunce is one of the singularly most responsive, attentive and honest sales person I have ever run across in any industry. He gave me good advice, offered an honest price and communicated with me throughout the entire process. For me, it's the challenging issues that define a good or bad customer service experience. During my dealings with Craig we encountered one of those issues. He stayed on top of it, communicated with me constantly and made every effort to make sure I was happy. He couldn't have handled the issue better and I sincerely appreciate his involvement. As long as I own a Land Rover, Craig will be my sales person.

All our experiences have been nothing short of EXCELLENT. On many occasions, I have dealt directly with the GM, Mr. Roger Wildermuth, and have found him to be most professional and accommodating. In the 30 + years of buying cars, this has been the best dealership by far -- in terms of sales, mechanical service and customer service.
