This company has always lived up to what it promises. I appreciate Michael McGee who has always expressed a passion for helping his clients and going the extra mile to give them the ease and comfort in handling their devices, whether new or older versions. You ask a question, and he has the answer immediately; and gets right to the issue, and within minutes you're set to go. I wouldn't trust any other internet service company to deal with my laptop or iPad. He's the best! I know, because Michael has been helping me with all of my internet and electronic needs since 2004!

I've been working with Michael for almost 10 years now. He has always completed work on time, and good pricing for all my computer needs and now my kids gaming and computer needs. In addition he is funny and kind!

I can always count on Michael at Redmond Computers. I have a retail store in a small town 60 miles from Redmond and that doesn't seem to matter. Its really nice to be able to count on Redmond Computer (Michael) even though we are far away. Thank you.

This is a fantastic place for computer repair and upgrades! I took my computer in to see why it kept shutting off, Michael figured it out within seconds and gave me the best suggestions for upgrading. They took it in about an hour before close the night before and have had it done within the next day! He kept my budget in mind and they all have done a great job there! Highly recommended!

My husband and I were camping at Lake Billy Chinook when during a windows update he was discounted from our wifi hotspot which created a very big problem for him and his computer as he was in the middle of a project for work. We drove into Redmond and visited the Redmond Computer store. Wow, fantastic owners and service! Gracious, caring and extremely knowledgeable. They bent over backwards to help us and we're very grateful for their help.

Such a great experience here. I called last minute needing a disc drive and they managed to get one installed for me same day so I could get homework done that was due the following day. Fast and friendly service and I will not hesitate to go back in the future.

I would highly recommend Redmond Computers! When I brought my daughter's computer in a week before school started, I was distressed to find that there was no way for it to be fixed before the start. However, Michael lent us a loaner at no extra charge! He worked with me to fit my budget and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I could not conduct my business from home without these guys! They know their business extremely well and go out of their way providing generous costumer service. They can be trusted to fix any problem, and I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely stellar experience. Had an issue with a new graphics card not working, and the issue was resolved faster than I expected. Not only is the staff extremely knowledgeable, but they are friendly and as down to Earth as they come. Definitely the place to go for all your needs!

I brought Mike a failed power supply that was custom built for an Aegis 3. He was able to find a PSU similar in size and Watt, found or created an adapter for the 24 to 10pin connector, which helped determine that the MB had also failed and needed replaced. All in all a great experience.

I sincerely appreciate all the assistance Michael and his crew has given and would refer them for computer purchases, guidance and maintenance.

Just recently I took my Dell laptop into Redmond Computers to get it cleaned up and also to have more memory installed.

Michael and Chrystal will get it done!! I first happened upon Redmond Computers when I was looking for a place to de-bug my home PC. Two other computer shops in Redmond couldn't get to it for several days and at a pretty high price. I found Redmond Computer and Michael took the computer in and said they could get it all cleaned up, virus free and update all my malware blockers. They did it so confidently and efficiently, that when I needed my work iMac worked on, I naturally took it to Redmond Computer. Their team evaluated what it would cost to upgrade and repair the Mac versus building a custom PC to fit my needs as a financial advisor, I chose the custom built PC. It has been working amazingly and if I have any trouble at all, I just call Michael and he dials in to my computer and makes the needed repairs. He and Chrystal are always available to answer any questions or serve any needs I have both for my home system or work. I highly recommend Redmond Computer for any type of computer work or repair or new computer you need!!

I had a problem with the screen hinge on my HP laptop. It had been assessed by another repair facility and I was told it needed replacement. I visited Redmond Computer and within 3 minutes they discovered that a mounting screw was missing - replaced it and viola! it was repaired. They cleaned the cooling fans and off I went - no charge. A refreshing experience as it relates to computers.

Went to get a couple cords and they had no idea what they were doing. Im sure they are nice people, but it didnt seem like it when I went there.

My wife and I are full time Nomads traveling in our RV. Our computer took a dump on us while on the road, we took it to Mike at Redmond computers and he had us up and running again by the end of the day. Mike went way up and beyond the call of duty, he upgraded the ram, installed a new hard drive, backed up all of our data, gave us a years worth of free tech support at a huge discount price. Took my laptop in on Wednesday and they had it fixed by Thursday. Quick and friendly service from Krystal and Michael. We've had our HP Pavillion laptop since early 2018 and it's been problematic. Tried fixing it ourselves and finally when it would not boot up, took it in for repair. After a reinstall of Windows 10, a new hard drive and a wipe of the bloat ware, it works like a dream! On pickup they took the time to talk with me about my machine, the windows 7 shell they added and questions I had about auto updates. They gave us 1 year free assistance on anything we need plus 3 year warranty on the hard drive. Though not used to the cost of computer repair, I did research to find what they charged is on par with other repair shops in town. I'd recommend talking with them to see what they can do for you if seeking help with your computer.

Helped out a ton, fixed my motherboard and was very reasonable.

I had problems with my computer connection to my printer and Michael came through for us again - fixing it remotely, as well as fine-tuning it. My wife and I needed help setting up our entire system a while back, and Michael was very helpful and very knowledgeable. My wife and I are both employed by Portland law firms, working remotely from our home here in Redmond. Internet is an absolute must. If there was one word to say about Michael and Redmond Computer it would be "FANTASTIC". The support from him and his company are very upscale. Very easy to get hold of, don't make you feel computer stupid, and so VERY VERY helpful. I would and do recommend him and his team very highly.

My only regret is that I can only give Redmond Computers & internet services five stars. I have been an engineer for the past forty years now and Cad and the computer it runs on are my professional life. Over the years I have use many I.T. personal and never And I do mean never have I had this level of competency. I have gone to Redmond Computers for a number of years. They always respond when I need help, big or little, they are patient with my questions and problems and never make me feel foolish.
Last month my computer crashed and Michael came to my house, picked it up, checked it out, left with it and I had it back the next day. All files intact. He even helped me organize things the way I like them not the way he felt they should be. Love that about these guys. I would recommend them to anyone.

I requested assistance from Redmond Computers (RC) as I wanted to set up a 3 monitor work station at home for work, all working out of my Microsoft Surface.
Assistance was provided promptly on contacting RC. The company not only got my needs met (Woo Hoo - I now have 3 monitors with which to access all my needs) but all through the process RC let me know that I would need to procure some adapters to get the project finished. You see, one of my monitors does NOT have an HDMI connection but rather a
DVI connection. Whereas my new monitor DOES have a HDMI connection. Long story short, after follow the suggestions from RC, to purchase a few adapters in order to work through my "3.0 - 4 USB port hub, I am extremely happy with the results. They were very patient with me (novice that I am) and guided me through the process of plugging things in, basically working with them to accomplish my objective.

Crystal was great. I had a water damaged phone and was in a panic to get my data off it. She saw me right away and had results back to me within hours. Unfortunately my phone was beyond ruined. The awesome thing was she didn't charge me anything for her time! Would definitely go back!

I was trying to find a place that would allow me computer access so I could print something. I called and was told that they could help me. I was basically looking for a 'Kinkos'/Fed Ex type place and was surprised to find a computer store. Michael generously let me log onto his computer and print...and he assisted me in how to get what I needed. I also was excited to find that this was a store that also did repairs as I needed work on my laptop and access in to my email. Michael fixed all of that and also ended up setting my rv up with internet access. I saw the one bad review and I can't believe that customer came to the same place. I've experienced and also witnessed Michael giving product and service at no charge (he wouldn't let me pay for the copies or time on the computer). I am confident that Michael/Redmond Computers will be there for me to fix any problem to my full satisfaction. I would like to give them 10 stars!

These guys know what they're doing and they know how to help. I was not happy when I walked into their store. Since my computer is only 5 months old, I was tempted to shatter the thing in the parking lot, just on principle. I depend on the computer for business and I use it as a tool, so all I want is for the thing to be working effectively and efficiently, and when it's not, I need it fixed "now". Michael is thorough and effective. Brent has the patience of a saint, especially against my lack of patience in this recent situation. Mine was a small case for them, but they took the time and did the job, despite more major jobs they were engaged in. Thanks guys. Glad you're around.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, very efficient, so pleasant and fun to visit with. Called Redmond Computers in panic as they were open earlier than other places and spoke to Michael who was calm and assured me I had not ruined all three of our computers and everything would be ok. He came out to my house, cleaned up the mess I had made on my new computer, wiped an old one and took the seriously messed up computer back to the shop and it was fixed a day later. All is well, and I know who to call now; no more stress. Wonderful people.
