Clean , easy access to the center , very near to the beach

Great pools. Rooms decent. Probably better suited to families than 30 year old dudes...

Too big, noisy and loud. Food below average. No wifi that is it never works. Three English speaking tv channels . Not full cable. Staff don't understand English and all yell at each other from one side to another. Would not stay here try somewhere else.

A great resort to be based at for our holiday. Lovely staff, great room and right opposite the beach. And a couple of friendly resident cats!

I stayed here with my family in 2012 for 14 nights. We absolutely loved it, the staff where so friendly and where a huge help with what to see and do when staying there. Just a short walk to market, shopping areas and bars.

Would go back in a heart beat.

Lovely staff and great location. Good for families but I wouldn't recommend for couples.
The only reason I wouldn't give it 4 stars is that the building(s) need a LOT more upkeep as they appear quite run down and the breakfast buffet is pretty boring and poor quality compared with other resorts that we've stayed in.

Hotel is old and needs upgrade ,very close to the beach and the town other than that ,give it a skip.What make a great hotel is the staff.The front desk staff at this hotel just don t care,they ignore you and make you wait while they are having their chats.
Hotel food very pricey, just walk outside and you will pay a third of the price.
Rooms are very spacious and kept clean.
Wifi never works.

On the positive side:

The rooms are nice and spacious (the ones that have been renovated anyway, which is apparently not the case for all).
The bedding is very comfortable.
The hotel is very well located, which is super nice.
The pool is very nice and the beach is right outside.
The breakfast is very good.

For the negative:

The staff is a little picky. Slow enough to act (our check-in lasted about 45 minutes while there was no one else at the front desk and we arrived 25 hours away). In addition they do not speak English very well, so hard to be understood.

The public areas of the hotel (especially the corridors) are totally tired. A good refit is necessary.

The bar is deserted very early. So, can not drink a shot after 18h. There was no one to serve us and the beer fridge was even padlocked. So the lobby is completely dead from this hour. A little weird like atmosphere.

Too bad, there is so much better to do this place with huge potential!

First time in Thailand. Luxury holiday in a good hotel with smiling and helpful staff and clean rooms))

A lovely resort. Ample pools are available throughout. The gardens are beautiful with well manicured lawns and blooming orchids. On the downside food at this place is extremely pricey. Go to the seven eleven for your drinks and snacks. The breakfast is really good. carry loads of mosquito repellant as there seems to be an infestation owing to all the water and open gardens throughout the resort. I will definitely return some day.

Best way to describe this place is sloppy. Sloppy service & sloppy facilities. The little interaction I ve had with the staff has been very underwhelming. In some cases they are just down right rude. From reception when we checked in and had to wait 1 hr for our room to be made up, the girl at the bowling alley was just rude and the staff at the swim up bar are thick as two planks and not friendly at all. When the staff don t understand you they just growl and say what Wi fi also drops out a lot. Won t be coming back if you want a resort great for families and ticks all the boxes try Marriot Merlin Beach.

Restaurant het eten is goed maar als je naar de stoelen kijkt begin je te lachen.....dis niet.
Als je door alles heen kijkt kun je hier best wel op vakantie.

Food is super, location is good... Staying is little bit of expensive

The Staff were excellent , The food was beautiful , The Gala dinner for New years eve was fabulous and surely a night to remember. But the hotel I would give 1 out of 5 because it was old , leaking and very smelly. It is due for a massive renovation. In order to attract more tourists. But other than that everything was beautiful.

Room service food was terrible as every order I made something wasn t what I asked for. I ended up with food poisoning as well and considering All the food I ate on my holiday was only from Graceland resort and spa that s where it originated from. I approached the reception later on to notify them and they were straight away on the defence that it wasn t them and also said I didn t have food poisoning, mind due I was on antibiotics and seen a doctor about it and slept in the shower because of how bad I was. All and all I wasn t after anything I just thought it was something they should be aware of and they definitely were not interested in listening so I will most definitely not be returning to Graceland resort and spa

We absolutely love Graceland Hotel! We've been here a few times now from Australia. For SE Asia, I have to rate it a 5 star. They have multiple swim-up pool bars, the free morning breakfast buffets are immaculate, the workers are so kind, the location is walkable to everything in Patong, but a tad away from the crazy noises of Patong, the beach is in front of the hotel, beach massage ladies are in front of the hotel, there's Thai cooking classes in the hotel, and there's much more positive I could say.

Whether you're solo, a couple, or a family, I highly, highly recommend you stay at Graceland in Phuket / Patong. Amazing time, safe, great value, and FUN!

Ice cream is not expensive at 60 baht. Walking into the aroma of the ice cream cone that is new to the mind.

Shocking. The worst hotel ever! Staff especially reception manager and concierge manager, rude, insulting, resist, no manners, don't understand english, don't want to talk to guests, don't believe when complain, twisting guests statements ... rooms full mould, dirty, stains, old...speechless! Cockroaches in the breakfast serving area!

7 Day stay at Graceland Phuket. Personally I thought the Eastern European vacationers don't like brown skin people in the pool with them but the staff and accommodation is top class.

Clean rooms and great customer service, buffet breakfast was great, only one restaurant worth eating at! Pools are great and great atmosphere with all activities organised!

I was in this hotel during Christmas. They organized a Christmas Eve that will last until the end of my life ... Complex certainly not as big as in Egypt;) but everything is pampered and above all, the food is fantastic. The hotel is divided into older and newer parts. A view of the beach which is behind the road. Near the center where you do not have the right to be bored as well as in the hotel often organize performances and other attractions. Amazing place! I recommend with a clear conscience. It's worth going from Phuket to Phi Phi Island and James Bond.

The rooms are not as advertised, everything is overpriced, and the place is crawling with cheesy tourist gimmicks. They overcharged for our room because they put a rollaway bed in that we did not request, and the "suite" that we payed extra for looks nothing like the photos on their website. The rooms are drab and sparsely decorated and the entire resort is devoid of charm. Would not book again- this place is the stuff of nightmares.

I cannot say anything bad about this resort, rooms are spacious, bedding clean & comfortable, the resort is swept daily from leaves, staff are friendly. Yes it's a little dated, I can imagine this resort in its day, it would have been one of the top resorts for families however it's well maintained considering how many guests stay here. Breakfast buffet is great, they have a variety of food, even hot food like noodles, rice & you can even make a salad if you like to eat that at breakfast. Over all fantastic location excellent resort facilities, I would definately be back!!

A very good hotel for a relatively high price. The breakfast (from 6 o'clock) was very extensive and there was something for every taste. The complex includes a pool area, fitness and an animation team. Patong Beach is directly opposite the hotel. Moreover, the rooms are in very good condition, offer plenty of space and good facilities.

Such bad experience even just by checking in.
Everything is so messed up.

We booked for an airport transfer for 3 people and clearly written the number of passagers and names included. But hotel changed the transfer booking our their own to 4 people purely due to the room was booked for 4 people. And keep asking us to pay for the extra fee.

The staff was very disorganised. And just seems to be a money chaser.

Four star hotel with superb rooms and best swimming pools

This resort is very big and well marketed online.

Unfortunately, once we checked in, the staff was a bit rude and not extremely helpful.

Our room was decent but not great. The elevators are very outdated.

Great location though and lots of pools if you don t want to walk 3 mins to the Patong Beach.

Nice hotel. Good facilities. Several pools. Ideal for families. Even rooms with swimming pool accessible from the terrace. The renovated wing on the north side is perfectly fine. Spacious and beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and no noise from the rents. Breakfast buffet neat and extensive with Asian dishes. Perhaps little tasty meat products, cheese, jam or chocolate by European standards. Nice fruit and good omelette. Belgian beer cafe is a plus. Prices high, but nice beer to alternate the dull Singha and Chang ...

It is a hotel that is opposite to Patong Beach. The lobby is very wide. The room is clean. There is a big swimming pool.

The breakfast never changed, was very basic considering the amazing cuisine Thailand have

Hotel is ok. Needs some refreshing. Very bad thing is that managment was very unpleasant, that is why I'm giving 1 star. Otherwise it will be 4. Please train managers how to comunicate and behave with guests. Other staff was very polite.

Everything is super. The staff is a little hamovat.

Lovely Hotel & Grounds. Lots to do on-site for both adults and kids. Right across the street from Patong Beach and some great sunsets.

Everything is perfect only sometimes Internet connection is very very bad.

Very unfriendly and rude service from most people working there. The happy hour didn't exist at some bars and others were only 20%. The room was nice and refurbished but other parts of the hotel are quite old. They do a good job of looking after kids but as someone who doesn't have kids myself, the loud music coming from the main pool was a bit irritating while over at the other pool where it should be quiet. I think the sad part is the Thai people are so nice everywhere you go but here they make you feel like you are a burden on them and they want to do things when they feel like it and with attitude.

The swimming pool on the back of the house was great. Breakfast is ok. Especially her pancakes ..

Competitively priced hotel on the northern side of Patong beach such that you are close enough to most things in Patong but far enough out you avoid much of the extra noise and hustle and bustle. Bangla Rd a 20 minute walk however there are numerous food and drink options within a 5-10 minute walk on the northern end of Patong beach.

We had the deluxe pool access room and in short it mostly delivered on what we wanted for our holiday; new enough and clean room and away from the main pool in the hotel.

We had breakfast included in the deal which offered a great selection of many food types hot and cold each day however it does get busy after 9am.

A downside of the room however was that when outside in the pool, it was across from a resort toilet which occasionally would let unwanted sewerage smells waft over. This was primarily from staff leaving toilet doors open in the toilet and a lack of odour neutralising employed across the hotel.

Patong Beach has this issue everywhere outside due to their antiquated sewerage system however to experience this inside the resort is fairly poor. I raised this with the staff desk saying the toilet needed cleaning and staff to shut the door toward the end of our stay however I didn't have time to check back whether this was addressed. We weren't outside in the pool all that often and when we were it was only present about 1/3 the time so it wasn't a massive issue for us however if you want to spend heaps of time in the pool this would be an issue for sure.

Resort has great pools and facilities overall which whilst are starting to look a little tired provide an overall great experience for a very sharp price considering what you get.

Huge hotel in a great location. It starts to look dated but still delivers good value for money in this part of Patong, mostly so close to the beach!

Service is good, facility of a reasonable standard and staff helpful. Location reasonably central to most tourist attractions and I can recommend it to newly weds right up to families with children.

i stayed at graceland with family from dec 24-28-2018..good resort with amazing location right opp. patong beach makes it best place to stay in phuket

This is one of the best places to stay in Phuket. It has two large pools and is right on Patong beach. They also have a gym and even a bowling alley.

The buffet breakfast is awesome especially after a big night on Bangla Road. Although I think breakfast finishes at 8am so you better shake off that hang over if you want to get fed.

I would give it 5 stars if there wasn't such an "old" vibe about the place. It's definitely in need of a 21st century make over.

You'll pay a small fortune to stay here so you'd at least expect a flat screen TV and some decent WiFi for your money.

They have all the facilities in place here - huge pools, nice gardens, bowling ally (works most of the time) and beach front restaurants and bars. But it is showing its age in places - the lobby area particularly.. There's been some good recent renovations in the rooms - bathrooms are very nice.
One area they really need work on is the friendliness (or lack there of) of the staff. The Thais are beautiful happy people, but many working at this hotel seem to be not so happy. The big drinking, overly loud Aussies (and Russians) that seem to populate the hotel when we were there would certainly wear thin with me but they could make more effort.
Checking in takes a long time, and the language barrier can be difficult. This is an area that need improving.

Before you leave here, try the in-house (room service) green chicken curry - delicious.

Lovely resort. Stunning views and very good restaurant. I loved the breakfast buffet.

I'll surely stay here again. Ok my check in experience was not good but I think it's a one off. Thereafter everything was great. Great breakfast. My family are mostly vegetarians and they mad special arrangements for us. I really, really appreciate that. The rooms were good and very spacious. Mattress on one bed was a bit worn but manageable. The location is simply super. 1 minute walk to beach, massage parlour right outside and 1 minute walk to f&b and shopping. Very lively area yet peaceful enough in room with balcony door shut. Fantastic choice. Thanks to the staff!
