Very unfriendly and rude service from most people working there. The happy hour didn't exist at some bars and others were only 20%. The room was nice and refurbished but other parts of the hotel are quite old. They do a good job of looking after kids but as someone who doesn't have kids myself, the loud music coming from the main pool was a bit irritating while over at the other pool where it should be quiet. I think the sad part is the Thai people are so nice everywhere you go but here they make you feel like you are a burden on them and they want to do things when they feel like it and with attitude.
