Every day there was a cockroach in the toilet, there was a broken tile and a black floor behind the bathroom, and the hotel is beautiful !!

Location and staff are great with room cleans daily. Buffet selection was good also. Room wasn t the greatest and seemed a bit dull. The pools were clean however needed some maintenance. Good place however I wouldn t say it was amazing as everyone have said it was.

This is just a wonderful hotel with an excellent area, a bunch of pools, excellent food and staff, the location is just a bomb.

Safety on the balcony was none, it broke and 3 of us fell, the hotel took care of the hospital charges but didnt provide any other assistant nor support, good location, amazing beds, nice swimming pool, friendly staff.

Patong, a beach representing Phuket. It is a beach resort in it. The location is close to the beach and within a 15-minute walk from Bangla Night Street. The Royal Paradise Night Market and Patong Boxing Stadium are also within 1 mi (2 km). I have visited this place three times with my family. I feel worth more than the price. Free WiFi, 24-hour room service, and satellite TV are included. There is a mini-bar, coffee maker and free bottled water in the room. Breakfast is a buffet and you can have a relaxing time. The omelet is excellent (^ ^)

The reception was very poor - there was nobody to take the luggage. We had to carry the suitcases and golf luggage to the reception ourselves. Once there, there was no friendly greeting, as is customary in Thailand. The passport and credit card were immediately asked for.
The room "De Luxe Neu" is very bad. There was no sign of "new". No shelf in the cupboard, no chest of drawers with a drawer or the like. The balcony was super tiny with 2 wooden chairs without upholstery. The entire hotel is getting old and the staff is inattentive and unfriendly. It has far too few loungers, which are all reserved by 8:30 a.m. The couches are also rusted and broken. If you are looking for a table for breakfast between 8:00 and 10:00, it will be difficult. It does not have enough tables and if you find a free table it is dirty and not cleared. We cannot recommend the Graceland in Phuket. We booked 3 weeks and were more than disappointed. Graceland in Phuket never ever !!!

A large, luxurious hotel but the rooms smell of mildew and dampness. They are built in one direction without ventilation to the shower and toilets so that all the moisture stays and the room stinks. not recommended...

Kinda 3 star hotel =))))) only plus side was the pool suite

The hotel is good in itself. But there are some rooms with windows pointing towards cooling towers, which according to my cell phone were around 40db loud. The staff complied with my request and I got a room on the quieter side.

Excellent place to go and stay on your holiday in Thailand

Bad Service and Crap reception not very helpful and useless prices. they really not welcome for thai people and i will not recommend this hotel anymore with my other friend.

The first day today, everything is not bad, although the hotel is not new but in decent condition. The rooms are new in perfect condition. We are very spacious with a family room and bedroom. The sea across the street from our 9th building is very close, the pools are excellent , and he is not alone here. The breakfast is quite rich and varied, everything to eat well. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Don't book a room that is too cheap and buy mosquito repellent water. The pool is very good. A good place to stay, separated from the beach by a road. Self-service in the morning is also OK. The desserts in Phuket are all done in general.

Come play again and mark it.

Too big for its own good:
Although friendly, it seems the staff is overwhelmed with the size of its own hotel, which results in little shortcomings.
For example: The curtains are dirty with stains of crushed insects, the balcony was not cleaned at all, there is dirt on the floor and on the table. It s not too bad, not really disgusting, but I ve seen better. The breakfast buffet was ok, although really crowded. Everything looks a bit old and worn, and it just doesn t feel cozy.
The shower was calcified and the freezer didn t really cool your drinks down. All this little things sum up to a mediocre experience and I wouldn t choose this hotel again.
For a 2 night stay it s ok, but better pick a smaller, cleaner hotel for your holidays!

Plant fantastically beautiful. Room also very nice and big. At the pool too few beach chairs. Very many Asian guests. The breakfast buffet is very varied and very good. But the breakfast room is an impertinence. Ancient, in need of renovation, partly broken armchair. WHAT A SHAME. Otherwise everything OK.

Nice hotel but can get noisy they need to stop people walking in between buildings

I love staying here, this time i was disappointed with housekeeping very MUCH.
BUT that won't stop us going back, the staff are fantastic, the resort is bery child friendly, walking distance to beach (which is very clean)
The buffet breakfast is awesome such a fantastic and very large choice

We stayed at this resort for one week it has 600 rooms. Patong beach is a walk away, plenty of places to eat and very cheap too. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. People are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful swimming pool with a bar. Buffet breakfast was served at 2 different restaurants. If you need to change money go down the street to the money exchange booths. I would certainly recommend this resort..

Excellent central location and facing the beach, pity that the structure is left to itself, little maintenance and the weight of the years begins to be felt.

Service at the reception is not impressive. Planning is not a system Let sit and wait Let people come later to tie in the queue I have to ask myself again to tell the queue, but I see that I forgot. When I arrived at the room, I still didn't clean the smell of cigarettes. Good to change the room better than before. Breakfast is not much to choose from. As for the pool staff, the service with Bellboy staff is very good.

This hotel is very far from the airport , that was the first impression when we were on our way there. When we finally arrived, the check-in process was very long and seemed very complicated. The rooms were very spacious, however, there was no king bed, even though they knew it was going to be one person in the room. When I got to the room , it was very spacious, however there was a horrible stench coming from the bathroom, as if it was sewage smell. The smell was so bad that I refused to shower as it made me feel the water from the shower would be the same.The one downside of the room, is that there was a small step to the bathroom, that made me trip quite a few times . Another downside, although I do understand the reason for this, is to leave the property you have to go all the way to the entrance, making it a big detour. The gym also opens late and closes early, it is not 24 hours which I do not understand, as to enter the gym you have to be responsible enough. Then breakfast was a whole other disappointment. This is the first time I ever saw in a hotel, telling you , to be mindful of what you put on your plate , in a buffet. The food was not worth even 4 stars. They didn t have too many good options for vegans, and the beans they had were burnt but yet undercooked. The bread was stale, and many other options lacked flavour or even was not cooked properly. Then the checking out, was a whole other story, this took longer than checking in, if you have to be at the airport at a certain time, make sure you allot 30-40 minutes to check out, as that is how long it took to check out of the room. Out of all the hotels here, I don t think I will be returning here for a few years, although they do have many amenities, there are many hotels that offer better service and food.

Best hotel,with breathtaking views,garden nd architecture. spacious room with exotic finishings and clean linen.Staff welcoming and respectfuls.My sincere gratitude to the hotel management for surprising my son with a birthday cake on his birthday. we will surely come back again.

Good location, swimming pools, green area. Bad breakfasts, very noisy rooms that overlook the street and a lot (90%) of budget "bags" from Russia.

Worst place to stay! Worst staff ever!! The food is terrible the hotel itself is nice but not worth the price especially if I'm dealing with rude staff like that sad the staff have ruined such a great location, They make you feel guilty for asking for anything. UNHELPFUL PEOPLE, felt very unwelcomed run the opposite direction.

It is a very nice and pleasant resort. Breakfast is varied and good as well as all the services. The rooms have very large beds and the pools are clean and beautiful. A very big plus

Excellent location, accessible to the beach to the beach, a large and beautiful hotel in the hotel 3 pools and a bowling room. The service level in the hotel is medium low, not particularly patient for guests. Close to Beit Chabad approx. 8 minutes walking

Guard at Fort stunk I stayed here for two weeks. Tukku every day told me to walk around in front of me. Always told that staying here for two people went out every time. It tells all It is understood that the But remember, remember the car a little bit too. Is he went out every day, I cook every day. Help customers understand it. Cook very tired to answer. Asked from the first day until the check out date. Particularly welcome gone right. Thai people like you, this is not that person. Is that feeling that you are not lazy?

We recently stayed here for 8 nights on our holiday to Phuket. The buffet breakfast provides a great start to every day with a wide variety of fresh options. There are many different swimming pools, bars and restaurants with very reasonable food. It was reassuring knowing we had a comfortable and safe place to return after a day/night out in the crazy streets of Phuket/Patong. Centrally location to many attractions and the english speaking attendants at the tour desk were very helpful in giving us information and booking tours. We found all the staff polite and the place was kept clean and in good order. Only improvement needed is the wifi connectivity which did tend to drop out from time to time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality and safe place to stay in Phuket.

The place is spacious and actually gorgeous. I also liked the security of it. It was cool that it was near the beach and a walking distance from their shopping district and bars while still being in a secure location with its gates and walls.

It s near a Muslim cemetery which was also cool. Never tried the pools but they seemed okay.

The breakfast buffet was delicious.

They also have a small library which is open 24/7.

The staff were really nice.

We stayed at the Hotel with our 12 and 13 year old children July 2015. It was fantastic. Great location with beach just across the road and handy to the town.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the lady servicing our room was lovely.
There was a good range and plenty of food at breakfast and everything ran very smoothly.
We tried out the various other cafes at the resort and all were good and staff very attentive. We especially enjoyed the Buffet meal in the evening.
Our daughter needed a couple of stitches on her arm after falling beside the pool. Along with my husband the manager accompanied them to the nearest hospital which we really appreciated.
We would definitely recommend this Resort to others.
