Competitively priced hotel on the northern side of Patong beach such that you are close enough to most things in Patong but far enough out you avoid much of the extra noise and hustle and bustle. Bangla Rd a 20 minute walk however there are numerous food and drink options within a 5-10 minute walk on the northern end of Patong beach.

We had the deluxe pool access room and in short it mostly delivered on what we wanted for our holiday; new enough and clean room and away from the main pool in the hotel.

We had breakfast included in the deal which offered a great selection of many food types hot and cold each day however it does get busy after 9am.

A downside of the room however was that when outside in the pool, it was across from a resort toilet which occasionally would let unwanted sewerage smells waft over. This was primarily from staff leaving toilet doors open in the toilet and a lack of odour neutralising employed across the hotel.

Patong Beach has this issue everywhere outside due to their antiquated sewerage system however to experience this inside the resort is fairly poor. I raised this with the staff desk saying the toilet needed cleaning and staff to shut the door toward the end of our stay however I didn't have time to check back whether this was addressed. We weren't outside in the pool all that often and when we were it was only present about 1/3 the time so it wasn't a massive issue for us however if you want to spend heaps of time in the pool this would be an issue for sure.

Resort has great pools and facilities overall which whilst are starting to look a little tired provide an overall great experience for a very sharp price considering what you get.
