This resort is very big and well marketed online.

Unfortunately, once we checked in, the staff was a bit rude and not extremely helpful.

Our room was decent but not great. The elevators are very outdated.

Great location though and lots of pools if you don t want to walk 3 mins to the Patong Beach.
