Ordered something different than what I got but what I got was good. So turned put okay.

Good service, physical distancing followed and the cheesecakes are fantastic! Try the mint one, strange flavor but its actually really tasty

Best cheesecake in town! Love the atmosphere, people of all ages. The samosa rolls are amazing if you want to try something other than cake ! Great for a late night treat or even coffee/tea. They make a fabulous blueberry London fog. The staff are always happy and smiling. Makes for a enjoyable experience.

Keto dream come true with these cheese cake options! We got the strawberry, peanut butter chocolate and the little pumpkin cheese cake cup.... Had a bite from each and we are smitten!! They are so light and delicate just like your typical non keto cheese cake! We will definitely be going back!!

Came into your store at 9:40pm for a piece of cheesecake and a tea. The store was all full and a decent lineup. When I got to the front of line and said I wanted a london fog and cheesecake. I was met with a comment that didn't really sit right with me. The lady working said I dont no if we can make that we are about to close and we have cleaned. She said this with a bit of an annoyed tone. I understand employees want to get out exactly at close after a busy shift. My order wasn't anything astronomical and even if it was your open until 10 pm. Also there was 20 people still there drinking the coffee and socializing. I'm not sure if store policy is to cut off drinks at a certain time but this event doesn't make me comfortable coming back if its close to closing time.

This is the place to go, if you are looking for an after-supper treat! I had the apple and rhubarb pie and it was one of the best I ve ever had. It was pretty big too (felt bad that I couldn t fit every morsel in, which is rare for me!). Husband had the Black Forest gateau - assume it was good but there was none available for sharing!! Relaxed atmosphere and decent drinks too.

Okay place to eat cheesecake. Cheesecake is my favourite dessert so when I ate here I was pretty disappointed. Most of my friends say this has amazing cheesecake so maybe go by their reviews. They have an assortment of flavours that change, but The place itself does not feel clean or cozy. Also some of their food just tastes like fridge.

I love the cheesecake and dessert from Afterthoughts, but I went there to study when the tables were only half full. Not too long after, an older lady, presumably the manager, told me I cant be studying there. Felt like she wanted selective customers in the cafe and not open to everyone. I was kind of disappointed because I ve been enjoying afterthoughts for more than 11 years and never experienced this before. I hope their management system changes to be open for all customers regardless of their occupation, race, gender, etc. I would understand if the cafe was all full and if I d been inside for more than an hour, but that was not the case and felt quite uncomfortable.

The servers a bit snarky and clearly hate their job, definitely not the vibe you want to get in a cafe lol. The desserts are pretty good, personally they taste like the typical pie/cheesecake from safeway and other bakeries..but over priced.

This is a great place for yummy desserts, with gluten free options. The cheesecake cup - so so good! Drinks, lovely. Nice atmosphere. I would love a non-dessert gluten free item. A little quiche or something.

Absolutely upset with the customer service the two woman working were ignorant and made me feel unnoticed and were very disrespectful. When I called and complained the lady was even more disrespectful. I will not be spending my money at this establishment which is a shame because I rather do enjoy the desserts. I am absolutely dumb founded that they ask for tips with that kind of customer service.

Really good Cheesecake, tried the Strawberry (very good basic choice) and the Mocha one I believe (have mocha coffee cake and cheesecake mix) and they were both delicious! Will come back here next time I have the chance to grab some dessert. I recommend this place highly in the Fraser Valley area! Nice atmosphere inside with nice decor giving it an old school vibe, the shop apparently has been running for a very long time so the adds to it's credibility!

Great desert restaurant for coffee dates. Slightly pricy, but you get what you pay for. It has great cakes and awesome hot drinks. However, I heard it has switched owners since and has had a dive in quality.

Got my mother the Black Forest cake for her birthday. Mixed reviews all around. Basically it's not a black forest cake because theres cheesecake in the middle and it's really heavy.

It's always great. I go there every week for quiche and pie.

Great service, lovely new location and the best strawberry cake and cheesecake! The Vancouver cheesecake and the cookies n creme are also amazing.

Staff pleasant, though I had to ask 3 times for my order.
The 2 tall slices of cake we ordered were underwhelmingly mediocre and tasted like a cake mix. The filling and icing were just ok. My friend commented that the cake itself had no flavour and was too light, no substance. I ve had better cake slices from the Save on Foods cooler.
This is the 4th time over the last few years I ve visited and have yet to taste something to rave about.

Service was really not good. Took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge our group while standing in front of the food. Pie is doughy. Coffee was delicious!

- Good tea and coffee selection.
- Cakes and mousses made with real cream.
- Large portions that can be shared.

CONs
- Mostly cheesecake selections. Cake lovers or pastry lovers have limited choice.
- Don't have some rather notable bakery favorites (i.e. missing, Black Forest Cake, Double Chocolate Cake, Cream-filled pastries, Mocha Slice, Custard Fruit Tarts, Tiramisu etc)

Really good cheesecakes. One star knocked off due to the customer service being borderline rude/pretentious. I keep coming back for what counts though.

Horrible service! Rude staff that are unprofessional. I've been going here for years because I love the cakes but the staff have the worse attitude. I've had cake orders that weren't placed, when arriving for pickup there was no cake and they refused to provide one. They require 48 hours or they penalize you by charging per slice but when they make a mistake they have nothing to say. TRAIN your staff! They don't know how to speak to customers and your service is still awful. Doesn't matter if you have a good product, if your service is awful it's a matter of time until you lose loyal customers. It's a shame because the owner is actually nice but seems she's busy in the back and her staff take advantage. Very disappointed

Cheesecake was excellent! Service was okay, not super friendly and the vibes in the store were not great. Not sure what it was. Maybe because there was no music. Great food though!

The mocha log cake is the best cake I have EVER had. However the last 6-8 times we have visited or called they do not have it that day. Seems like it is rarely there :( but if it ever is you have to try it!

Beautiful new location and super friendly welcoming staff. The carrot cake I had was the best I ve ever had. Delicious London fog as well.

Something about this place is off. Nevermind the customer service, they really don't care. But the desserts have never been that great, now the one thing I used to like from there (whipped cheescake cups w/berries) have way too much chocolate now, no cheesecake, and go sour by the next day if I leave them in the fridge.
I used to take a drive from Chilliwack especially for those but I won't come back again, there are plenty of bakeries/dessert places around.

I love it here and have been going here for years but the women behind the counter do not know basic manners at all.

Absolutely the best cheesecake in the Fraser Valley! They a wide range of different cakes and pies to choose from and with a warm comfy environment for you to enjoy your dessert. If you order a Vancouver style cheesecake, there's different toppings available with your cake. Definitely would recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth after dinner.

Good place to meet up with friends. Deserts looked good. Coffee was good. Cozy

Always tastes great. Lots of Keto options. Disappointing that they don't have tap (especially during covid).

The new location is much larger, unfortunately COVID shrunk their space. So many goodies to choose from. They also have gluten free, keto and vegan options. I had the carrot cake and it was amazing! Great spot for great treats.

Absolutely delicious cheesecakes! Great spot to meet up for coffee and cake. Also good to grab a piece or two to take home. There has been no cheesecake flavor that I haven't liked. Their mint chocolate and banana chocolate brownie are two of my favorites.
In this picture there is an iced mocha and caramel cheesecake.
I would totally give it 5 stars however, many times I have gone in the girls working are not happy or welcoming. Even when I have smiled and tried to make them laugh it's just a straight face no expression. Maybe I'm catching them at bad times but ladies smile a little.
Despite this I will always be back because the cheesecake is that delicious!

Service was a little slow but the food was lovely! I would recommend the cheesecakes! They even gave us a lighter and candle for my friends birthday but this place would be better for smaller groups.

I've always loved this place but now that I'm doing the Keto diet, I have a whole new appreciation for it! Their keto cheese cake is TO. DIE. FOR. I could hardly tell it was keto! Also they have way more options for sugar free syrups for drinks than Starbucks.. left feeling very satisfied.

Terrible customer service, lady at the till was super rude.

First time coming here and I was so excited. The service we recieved was mediocre at best. Stood in line. Got to the till, placed my order with the cashier. She was nice, the lady making coffee barks " did she even order"? well yes I just did.
I thought I just had, but apperently I was supposed to place my order down by the display case. I stood there for at least 5 minutes and none asked me if I needed help.
The 2 pieces of cheesecake that I ordered were good, they gave me the wrong size coffee. I would go back because people make mistakes and I love treats. Giving 3 stars based on my service.

Exemplary customer service, I was recommended the carrot cake and I was not disappointed! The cake was everything you could want from a cake, moist and flavourful and visually appealing presentation. If you want to treat yourself to a nice dessert I strongly recommend this place!

Best cheesecake! Cant get enough of it! The mousse and tall cakes are also so good! The savory lunch items i have tried have all been yummy but i really loved the sausage roll.

Very long lines the last two times I went, cake hasn t always tasted fresh, the person behind the counter was obviously new (which was fine) but really slowed the ordering time down as she felt the need to comment on every little thing the other person was showing them and how there was an art to putting the cake in a togo box.

Great food! Only negative is how packed the restaurant is all the time.

Cheesecake is very nice, albeit a little pricey (however i understand they need to pay staff and rent.. And rent is not cheap) - the butter tarts are a cheap alternative if you're on a budget, and they're really good too.
My only real suggestion would be to reorganize things so that coffee/tea doesn't take as long. It's probably the slowest place i know to get a coffee. They take your coffee order at the till/register then they need to go all the way to the other end of the counter to make it. A little re-do of the layout would fix this.
Apart from this, it's good

This place is just excellent the service was fantastic and it was clean and great surrounding. I'll be coming back even just for coffee.
