Horrible service! Rude staff that are unprofessional. I've been going here for years because I love the cakes but the staff have the worse attitude. I've had cake orders that weren't placed, when arriving for pickup there was no cake and they refused to provide one. They require 48 hours or they penalize you by charging per slice but when they make a mistake they have nothing to say. TRAIN your staff! They don't know how to speak to customers and your service is still awful. Doesn't matter if you have a good product, if your service is awful it's a matter of time until you lose loyal customers. It's a shame because the owner is actually nice but seems she's busy in the back and her staff take advantage. Very disappointed
