Came into your store at 9:40pm for a piece of cheesecake and a tea. The store was all full and a decent lineup. When I got to the front of line and said I wanted a london fog and cheesecake. I was met with a comment that didn't really sit right with me. The lady working said I dont no if we can make that we are about to close and we have cleaned. She said this with a bit of an annoyed tone. I understand employees want to get out exactly at close after a busy shift. My order wasn't anything astronomical and even if it was your open until 10 pm. Also there was 20 people still there drinking the coffee and socializing. I'm not sure if store policy is to cut off drinks at a certain time but this event doesn't make me comfortable coming back if its close to closing time.
