Sorry to write here but the Heasquart dont answer anybody my neighbor told me that and this is the inly ways to let know what happen ans i am so scared and worry please I need an explosion about my rent I went today asking a from a woman she is the manager there about my payment and she write 2 month that I have to pay and she write 933 a day my new rent 985 I am asking from her why do I have to pay 2 month the woman was so rude I am.asking for my right as someone living there I can have an explanation about everything but this woman was very rude with me and she ask from me to pay or she will contact the course and all what I am asking is why I will pay 2 month in one month I am not good in English that much to understand everything them she told me I am crazy putting her finger on her head and move it she think I will not understand and that what she mean after asking in a very nice way the woman giving Me orders to go out and she call the police the big problem that my wife came and she is very good in writing and reading English and then police went inside after that she accepted my payment that I recieve in my mail box and she said it's OK but before she told me this is not a bill for rent this is only water I said ok but why she did not accepted the payment when I went from the first time and she call the police for me and I was very nice with her and just asking like everybody is asking I am so worry to live here now and scared I need explanation I want to move from here please I will go for other house better then that why this woman do that please I know you don't answer the message my niebird and everybody tell me that here but please answer me and explain to me I wand to move from here the woman call the police for me and I am a residence here for almost 2 yeas now I look for cris I don't find him I need a help from you and your respected management there I am scared to live here I need to move help me please I am scared you can feel that If you thing that happing to you for no reason I can't Ask for my right anymore I can't ask for anything of I need it's from this manager I can't trust sleeping in my house why the woman call.the police and I was nice please saw cameras and you will know why I am worry and scared

I cannot even begin to explain my frustration with...

I cannot even begin to explain my frustration with this company. I had numerous issues while living there but the biggest one is after we broke our lease early paid the termination fees, then paid the cleaning fee etc. I received a letter saying we never paid it (which I did). My husband did the walk thru with a representative we were told the amount and had a money order from Publix cut. I dropped it off on a Saturday being that the office was not opened in operating hours on the Friday night I went. I called after receiving the letter and was told they d look into it and asked time I came in to look at cameras. Never heard back so like a fool I assumed they handled it and located the money order... wrong years later I m receiving a call from collections. No one ever answers the phone there, so I left a review that got a response with contact info.
I call and talk to Elise to only be cut off after every word I say, then to be accused of not telling the truth about paying. I then tell her I am going to fight this because I know I paid it. She then hangs up on me saying I m threatening her. This company is ridiculous. Can I ask who would pay a bill they ve already paid once before? If I paid thousands to break the lease why wouldn t I have paid 191$

Advenir Real Estate Management is by far the best ...

Advenir Real Estate Management is by far the best company I have ever worked for. I began fresh in this industry with the company. They have given me plenty of training and mentoring from knowledgeable peers. I have been employed with the company for a year and a half. The compensation for the work done exceeds what I was able to make as a peace officer. Initially I started as a leasing professional and currently I am an assistant manager at a wonderful community. Based on my experiences so far, I can say assuredly, this company has provided me a career instead of a job. I look forward to my continued growth and am certain that I will earn a corporate position one day. If anyone is looking for a strong company to start a career, I highly recommend Advenir Real Estate Management.

My pleasant experience turned into a nightmare when Advenir took over management at my apartment complex. Absolutely horrible management practices, terrible managers, and the corporate office does not respond to any customer complaints. They do everything in their power to take your money as much as they can when moving out. They deserve ZERO star. STAY AWAY!!

I am living in Advenir at La Costa property in Boy...

I am living in Advenir at La Costa property in Boynton Beach, FL. I moved here about a month ago and already starting to feel bullied by the management. The following are the highlights of my bad experience here:

1) When we were doing the apartment tour with this property, rental specialist Arianna had showed us a model property that had a different floor plan and appliances. She initially told us that we would be in a similar floor plan as the model. It was only after we signed the paperwork, she told us that the unit that was available was of a different floor plan. I asked her for some pictures at least, but it was not sent. The actual modal had lesser closet spaces and if they had showed us this unit (instead of a modal with a nicer floor plan) we would not have chosen this apartment in the first place.

2) The property was not gated and we asked the obvious question about the crime rate. Arianna had answered that there was nothing to be concerned about. However, when i did my own research later, i had found out that there was two break-ins within the community (in close proximity to my apartment) only a month before i signed up. However, it was too late, by the time i found this information. When i asked Arianna about this, she said that she might have lost her job if she had disclosed the information. I don't understand how can someone loose their job for being honest?

3) After we moved in, the gym key was not given to us for about a month. They said they were renovating the gym. However, when we finally got the key and happened to go to the gym, we found out that quite a bit of equipment were in bad shape. None of the ellipticals are working and the hydraulics are rusty and don't move properly. More importantly, the gym's lock was broken (so we learnt that the key was useless). In a non-gated community with high crime rate it really scary to work out in the gym in the evenings.

4) They take 500$ pet fee an they claim it as "non-refundable". I feel like its unfair for people to loose that deposit if there happens to be no damage to the property when they move out. That makes this property not "pet-friendly" at all.

5) I had found bugs and documented the presence of them in the Inspection sheet. I later learnt that some of them were actually bed bugs. When i created a service request (along with few other service requests for minor issues in the apartment) to address it, i was initially told that the property is willing to release me from the lease so i can move out. I told them that it wont be a feasible option as i had invested a lot of time and money to move to this apartment and i just got settled in. After few days, Arianna asked me to come to the apartment office for a "talk" with property manager Lisa. The subject of the meeting was not disclosed. When i asked them if there was any problem and if i need to be concerned, i was told by Arianna that i would find out in the meeting. The way i was asked to come for that meeting was really intimidating. In the meeting, Lisa had accused me of bringing the bed bugs into the apartment and they had mentioned that the apartment was bug free before i moved in. I asked them for an exterminator's report to show that the apartment was bug free before move in. They did not show me any.

Company charges a monthly maintenance fee when you rent an apartment, which is fine but during covid they did not come in to fix anything. Then when i moved out they are trying to charge me for anything that was broken that they did not come and fix when they were asked to.

I've been a tenant in this community for over 4yrs...

I've been a tenant in this community for over 4yrs. Mainly because of my boys and school.This is a terrible place to call home. Customer service is non existent with the exception of Maria assistant mgr. at the Pembroke Pines location. They raise your rent every year and they don't do any renovating! They never answer the phone and they never call you back! They also raised the late fee to $150.00 No exceptions.Even if you've lived there for a while and never failed on your payments.No consideration.The laundry room smells like urine.People smoke weed and cigarettes in the walkway.. Sue the manager is never available when it comes to dealing with issues. She was there when I renewed my lease asking me to change the date because they screwed up my paperwork though . Can't wait to move!!!

If I could give NO Star rating I would. Almost EVERY single one of their properties in Denver Metro are Bed Bug infested and with roaches as well. Maintenance does not understand a lick of English and rent is ridiculously high. As a former tenant and employee I can say this management is TRASH even the location in Southlands and the Springs. Broadstone is a better employer and they show for their communities better than Advenir ever will

The property my family was at sucked. The management at the former property was horrible and so the maintenance. When my family moved there was still unresolved work orders. Sent many certified letters to management and real estate property in Florida and still no response. Since then I've moved and the former property was sold. We have yet to receive our security deposit. Its has been almost two years with a host of going through different avenues. I will not stop until I get our deposit back, certified check express overnight mail please. Thanks, Determined$$

This must be the worst management company out ther...

This must be the worst management company out there, DO NOT MOVE into any of their properties. I currently live in Advenir at Biscayne Shores ( formerly know and maganed by Laramar and it was amazing!) until Advenir moved in. It has now been Over 3 weeks and our water heater hasn't been fixed, we have been bathing with cold water, unable to wash dishes properly and spending extra money on laundry because of the lack of hot water and pressure. Everytime we go to the lobby and complaint (every single day for the past three weeks) they tell us the same, "the part has been ordered but it's on hold cause' corporate won't realese it until we try fixing it" ITS BROKEN! They can't fix it. It's so frustrating, we are beyond disappointed. We called today, no answer, left a message, no call back. It's honestly a nightmare. And this is just the cherry on top, there are a million other smaller issues that make Advenir the most incompetent managing company out there.

Hello. I live in Advenir at Stone Park in Houston, Tx and I love the apartments. The community is great and have only one complaint. The security fence has been broken for years and people from the outside have come into the apartments breaking in and stealing tires. We don'teven know who steals them because we have no security cameras and no security guard. We have all complained but the manager will not listen. We have all started growing impatient. We also want the option to remove the trash valet service from our bill. I started paying $1100 a month for the first 4 months. Slowly, I have started paying up to $1500 a month. I love this complex but I don't like the ignorance from management. Please fix this. I know that these are the main apartment quarters and I Hope to receive a response from the owner soon. If I receive a response to send an email, I will not renew my contract. I know that this doesn't sound like a lot, but I do have a lot of residents here that agree with me and will do whatever is necessary to get things done.

zero stars. This is the worst experience that I have ever head with any apartment community. I have requested the same issue be resolved for 2 months and have yet to receive a call from the office. I have made 6 requests for the same issue and each time been told they will follow up tomorrow. Not one single call to my phone has ever been made. DO NOT LIVE HERE! The most incompetent office staff I have ever witnessed.

I have lived here at Banyan Lake Apartments for more than five years. I have been through three different management companies in that time. Advenir is hands down the worst of the three. Maintenance personnel are very good but the office staff is a real liability. I stopped by the office today at 1:15pm. There was a sign in the window that said they would be back at 12:45. The door was locked, no one in the office. I came home and tried to call, it is now 1:45pm, still no one in the office.

When management screws something up, they blame it on the tenant. Look elsewhere for a place to live. Maybe the next management company will be better.

To me you guys don't deserve any stars at all. I'm so disappointed with the company, I want to move out and never come back nor do I recommend this company to anyone. On 08/07/18 I paid rent with a new bank account that I had just opened up a few days prior. They provided me with two account numbers, one being a six digit number and the other being a twelve digit number. I admitted to using the wrong account number the first time which was the six digit number instead of the twelve. On 10/01/18 I paid my rent with the CORRECT account number and both times the resident portal said that the account had insufficient funds when it was proven by the bank that the funds were there. Numerous times this situation occured since then and the staff and management haven't been able to do anything and I paid the extra fees until I started to investigate. As a resident of this community I have not been happy and will continue to leave a bad review if nothing can be done because this is ridiculous. And the staff has been lying to me and giving false information. Please contact me in regards to this situation please. Have a great day! :)

Wish I could give half a star. So disorganized, took over the property management at Sunset Creek a week before move in, no keys, no access to mail box, etc etc for weeks....terms of lease were changed from Sunset Creek lease without notice, 60 days termination from 30 days, illegal operation. Asked for exception since it was not divulged in the meeting with my autistic son, unwilling to bend. Avoid them at all costs.

If you are looking to work or rent here, this review is for you : Avoid this place at all cost!! the Management is very poor, as resident knows, I worked here for over 2 months, with no support, no training, and option to speak to upper Management I have called two times the general manager and still waiting for a courtesy call back. Office staff left within weeks upon me arriving, all residents asking why the whole staff has left THIS IS THE REASON WHY ; ex employees will resign in the middle of the two weeks noticed, the main reason ? they do not pay out commission, they sell themselves as a great company who has a fair commission pay system, and its all lies, I never received renewal money or new move in bonus, in addition they force you to purchase them uniforms which I did not even had the time to wear them, they charged me over $350 worth of clothes I did not even wanted to purchase ! Residents turn around its at its highest and now I understand why, this company its ought to get everyone ! Cars getting towed everyday they do not even make sure your car its register just towed it, residents only have 3 days to pay rent and have to do it at their convenience since there is no night drop box, resident would rather pay 2 months worth of rental penalties rather than staying living there, as an ex employee never been treated like this, this company makes you feel you owned them for working there and treat you like you have no rights to dispute, I got call out names, and never had proper training, they demanded unbeilable expectations from you, on my first week I was left all alone dealing with major problems in a office it was supposed be staffed by for 4 employees, the reason of this review? Upper management never returned my phone call, they just do not pay you the money you have earned and also deduct money at their convenience, this is not how a business should grow, rather than focusing on providing good service so residents and employees can be happy and loyal, they focus on making you sign countless of paperwork where you loose all rights to dispute anything, that also includes applicants who lose application money daily for a extremely high standards approvals . We are going on 3 years living in the townhouses @ Cocoplum. Management and leasing team has changed multiple times.
I haven't had any issues until the last 6 months. Maintenance was very rude until I met Hasani and Phillip, they get the job done and do it correctly.
In October i received a notice on my door to renew my lease and get a $100 gift card, we did that and still have yet to receive the gift card.
I renewed my lease and yet i was charged $4000 for month to month, HOW & WHY? This isn't good, this doesn't help with getting us to stay another year. Its bad enough how high the rent is compared to the surrounding area, please train your leasing staff properly.

Stay away from banyan lakes apartment. The management is horrible. Maintenance don't repair nothing. If they repair something you have to complain so many time. Complaint to the manager is pointless she's horrible. All the neighborhood complaints are the same. She won't even clean the carpet after leaving there for years. The rent go up a lot every year and you don't get no service. She don't care about the residents at all.

After Covid and 2 destructive hurricanes his customer service and kindness surpasses my expectations of any business. I'm moving to the area for a job and it is because of his service, professionalism and help that I am very happy to say that I will call Advenir Apts in Lake Charles my home. If I could give 0 stars I would, the worst "management", none of them want to work and do not even know what respect means. All these people have a terrible attitude and cannot be bothered and the regional manager is not better at all. You pay here to be treated like asolute garbage, on top of that rent is overpriced.They are always opening late and you cannot speak to anybody on the phone. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I WILL MOVE OUT AS SOON AS I CAN! After 3 years this new company took over and it is a downward spiral GET OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

**PLEASE NOTE: I tried to post this internally in the resident portal. However, it was not submitting correctly. I don't know if I was over my character/ word count or not. I tried to find a management/ corporate email to keep this review internal, but couldn't find anything. Unfortunately, this is now a public review.**

Parking Availability: I marked parking availability so high, only because I pay for a car space. Spaces are extremely tight though. I feel sorry for the person that is in the middle space. It seems like it would be very difficult to get in/ out with ease without scratching their neighboring cars. I, myself, have dented my car a few times along the pole that is the barrier. It is not uncommon at all, and I dare to say the status- quo, that cars will take up two spots under the carport, where they can. I don't fault them at all because of how tight spacing is. (3/5 stars)

Noise: I can frequently hear my neighbors both below and above me. The neighbors next to me on either side, I can't hear at all. I'm marking it high though because I feel like that is more on the neighbors themselves and not Advenir's fault. I don't think it's fair to penalize the complex for resident behavior. (5/5 stars)

Grounds Cleanliness/ Construction: Unfortunately, it is clear that the grounds cleanliness is not a priority. Most of the time, the bushes are overgrown and hard to walk by on the sidewalk, without pushing your way through the bushes. It's not a big deal, but definitely a hassle you get used to. Along the same lines, the potholes are getting larger and deeper. You learn quickly where to avoid. If you look closely, at both the interior and exterior, both need substantial work. (1/ 5 stars)

I was attracted to this location because of the gates. It's not in the safest neighborhood, and I appreciated that the gates would deter unwanted behavior. Only after I signed the lease, was I told that the gates don't work and haven't for some time. It felt like a bait- and- switch and left me feeling like the Advenir organization does not have my best interest at heart.

Maintenance Staff: Marcus is one that goes above and beyond whenever I need help. He does his best and takes pride in his work. I appreciate everything he has done around my apartment! Because of him, I'm giving the maintenance review 5/5 stars.

Property Staff: Whenever I go into the leasing office, it feels like I'm talking to someone who is new and not sure how to answer questions. The retention rate is low and it's clear that employees don't last long. To give an example of their service is- one day I went into the leasing office, started talking with one of the agents, and then she excused me to take a personal call on her cell phone. I found that a little unprofessional. Having lived here a year though, I do really like Karina and find that she genuinely cares about my concerns. Her professionalism is one thing I have always appreciated, and is the sole reason I'm giving as many stars as I am. (3/5 stars)

Overall: As a teacher, with a masters degree in leadership, I feel like I am not the typical resident in this complex. I am renewing my lease only because it's a two minute drive from work and the rent is cheap. I understand the concept of "getting what you pay for" and I feel comfortable foregoing some of the luxury amenities I have grown accustomed to, in different apartment complexes. However, I would hope the Advenir- Del Arte branch would take a more proactive stance on taking pride in the property and supporting residents when needed. As a resident, it overall feels very discombobulated, at times. (3/5 stars)

Absolutely Horrible Practices! I feel like i've been cheated!

Working with Adam I was told by over the phone that my application had been approved and I needed to mail in a $300 deposit ASAP later I would be emailed a welcome letter with the breakdown of the move in. I had sent the deposit in overnight mail 9/25/15.
9/26/15 I called the Del Arte leasing to confirm that my $300 deposit was received. I spoke to a female and was told they got it. Everything is fine, I will receive the welcome letter with the move-in breakdown on Monday. 9/28/15 I received an email with the breakdown costs from Adam. At the bottom of the email it states there's an additional deposit that must be made for the amount of $1,228.32 at move-in. I called Del Arte leasing to discuss this additional deposit that was now needed. Adam told me that I should have received an email indicating that I was approved with conditions. (I never received that email). So now on top of the initial $300, I had to make an additional deposit.
I understand being approved with conditions, however I do not agree that I was notified about this additional deposit. I should have been properly notified before, so I could have had the choice to not move forward with leasing prior to me sending the $300 initial deposit. This seems like a bait and switch operation and highly unethical.
I contacted Adam and let him know my concerns, all he could tell me was that he was sorry I should have gotten an email. I decided not to move into the apartment and called the office 9/29/15 and advised Adam I would not be moving forward with this apartment. Adam told me that they would refund my $300 deposit. (This was already 5 days after I had initially applied).
Being that I was pressed for time I later called Adam back to move forward with moving into the apartment. However after feeling unsettled about moving into this place and the misinformation provided to me from the leasing office I notified Adam that I was uncomfortable moving into Del Arte on anticipated date 10/18/15 and would rather go elsewhere.
I did not receive a written response from Adam, he called that night to inform me that I would not be getting the $300 back because it had been 72 hours since I had put in my application. No where was this 72 hours stated in any email or spoke about via phone. This practice doesn't match what was executed the first time (9/29/15). Your organization should do the right thing by refunding the initial $300 deposit due to misrepresentation of information and Del Arte Lofts Leasing Office practices.

Turnbury in palm beach gardens is awful. Adviner took over a year ago and service has gone done hill. Second time in 2 months no ac. First time called emergency maintenance and they never called back .Spent the night in an apt with temp over 85. This time almost 2 days .They gave us a portable ac unit that only cooled the living room and ran my light bill up. The valley garbage pick up we pay 36$ a month for is horrible. Three times in a month they only picked up half of it and we make very sure our garbage is in the correct bags and tied off and in the right spot. It might help if they didn't take Friday and Saturday off from picking it up. Then maybe nobody's garbage would build up ,overflow and smell . Our sliding glass door hasnt worked right since June .Three times they have come out and taken pictures promising to fix. Still not done! !!!! I am wondering what I'm really paying all this money for

The manager at advenir at cherry creek south, Rachel Mendoza is the biggest liar I have ever come across she said she would help me with a few utilities overcharges. 3 visits and 3 weeks later it still wasn't fixed and since we didn't know what the balance was we couldn't get a money order. We paid rent on time and where waiting to hear back from the for the utility balance and they took forever to give us that information and charged us late fees for as long as they took to respond(2 weeks late fees). I have had mutilate problems with the office. They never answer their phone. I seen them lock tenants out when we have problems. The sad part is I called the Regional manager Darlene and she is just like Rachel doesn't care. It looks like they have so many bad review (which they do) she just gave up. The company prides itself as fair, truthfully, with kindness and love. No at all they are focus on making the apartments look better to attract people but they are old and with the lazy people in the office your problems and your billing will give you headaches, not worth it. Just waiting to get our lease done and move out. Don't recommended these apartment to anyone. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

You feel the love and care from Stephen and David Vecchitto, Domonique and Linda and all the regional directors, the folks from the corporate office. I am extremely thankful and humble to be a part of the family.

I am writing from Advenir at La Costa (this place does not deserve any star) Boynton Beach, Florida where I have been renting since the end of May this year 2019, and, SINCE the day I moved in, problems after problems, , I was forced to have to live with cockroaches and other bugs for few months until I bought Boric Acid, now I am forced to live with Boric Acid. So far, I still do not have window screen, no cold water (the cold water from the tab can go up to almost 90 degree Fahrenheit), the management still refuses to provide me the water bill...This is the slum of Boynton Beach...from time to time, it smell like landfill when walking out...The management will bully me and gang up on me with staff...instead of improving the quality of the property and resolving defects, the managers create hostile living environments for tenants...since I moved in, they changed managers, fired leasing agents, etc...one previous staff told me that some buildings are with termites infections...not only they overvalue the property, they also overcharge tenants.

Almost two years ago I live in 861 nw 213 ter advenir wolden lake and it is one of my worst experiences since I arrived badly started with less than a month left the apartment that I had chosen did not deliver it to me and they gave me another never finished it full of cockroaches still in the sun today did not come to finish it for a full year there were problems with the air conditioning no matter how much I complained even the workers said that the unit had to be changed did not even clean the ducts and I was paying 250 to 270 dollars a month bill of fpl for a year now they changed it the last 3 months the bill comes to me from 138 dollars to further increase my distress four months ago there are problems with parking you can't get there after 10 at night you can't find it parking on occasion wait for an hour I have already complained and this would be solved in November but we are still in the same thing, even the main gate does not work until I have never I have not paid anyone but I would not recommend anyone to live here until the court can not be is a point of smoking leads I am crazy to look elsewhere where to live because here what matters least is the responsible people as I give ffff more to this place att Harry melendez resident of this pity place

The associates and leadership teams within Advenir are so supportive, customer service oriented, and really have become a family. I am excited to continue my career growth with this company! ZERO STARS!!!! Worst customer service, they still have not responded to my complaint to the Better Business Bureau

Consumer's Desired Resolution:
As a result of the roaches, I was not able to live comfortably or safely keep my belongings and young child in the unit. I paid rent for four months for an apartment I could not live in because of the roaches. Due to the inhospitable conditions of the unit, I had to hurry and move from a 3rd floor apartment at Milan and paid for moving cost, early cancellation of my utility bills, storage fees, etc. I am holding you all responsible and need to be compensated for $500.00, plus one month's rent ($1275.00), plus the pro-rated rent of October that I did not need to pay by law ($789.66), and actual damages and expenses ($1466.86) due to the problems with my apartment unit.Please send me a check or money order for $4031.52 no later than five days after receiving this letter. If I do not receive payment on or before December 21st, I will seek further legal counsel and promptly pursue legal remedies.I also need the letter from your Advenir that i do not owe them anything. i did not abandon my apartment!
03/08/2016 NBR BBB RECEIVE BUSINESS RESPONSE : We purchased Milan on October 23, 1015 and are not responsible for any transaction that would have occurred prior to our ownership. We found the move out file for Nike Arala and the records indicate that Nike Arala moved out of apartment 432 on October 19, 2015, with a zero balance owed. Reason for move out stated was a home purchase.
i have documentation from the apartment i am now living in that Advenir sent to them, stating i abandoned my apartment and owed thousands of dollars! The transactions occurred before and after you all purchased Milan from Fairfield. Because of your lies to the apartments i applied to, i did not get the apartment i actually wanted, and am now in a more expensive apartment that i had to sign a lease to on a rush bases because you all sent false documentation to two apartments i applied to! you all collected a money order from me AFTER you all purchased Milan. You therefore had a transaction and dealings with this issue AFTER you all purchased Milan, therefore you are all responsible for any and all claims made. my original complaint still stands.
03/21/2016 BBB MORE INFO RECEIVED FROM THE CONSUMER : Staci Schall called me on 3/15/2016, saying that they never cashed my money order. i have proof that Advenir cashed my check back in december! If you all have no claims to anything before you all bought the property from Fairfield, then you all should not have ASKED FOR and accepted a money order from me. That is a transaction, and yes you all are responsible for my moving costs. i will be taking this to small claims and getting a lawyer, this is ridiculous, and having that rude lady Staci Schall call me was the wrong thing to do, she has no customer service skills what so ever! she called me to tell me more lies and tell me no one would believe anything i say and i would not be successful if i continued to proceed with my claims against you all. i do not want to hear from her ever again unless it is to apologize, ask for the address where you all can deliver the money owed to me, or in court.
