To me you guys don't deserve any stars at all. I'm so disappointed with the company, I want to move out and never come back nor do I recommend this company to anyone. On 08/07/18 I paid rent with a new bank account that I had just opened up a few days prior. They provided me with two account numbers, one being a six digit number and the other being a twelve digit number. I admitted to using the wrong account number the first time which was the six digit number instead of the twelve. On 10/01/18 I paid my rent with the CORRECT account number and both times the resident portal said that the account had insufficient funds when it was proven by the bank that the funds were there. Numerous times this situation occured since then and the staff and management haven't been able to do anything and I paid the extra fees until I started to investigate. As a resident of this community I have not been happy and will continue to leave a bad review if nothing can be done because this is ridiculous. And the staff has been lying to me and giving false information. Please contact me in regards to this situation please. Have a great day! :)
