We had a wonderful experience at Advantage Chevrolet. Our salesman, Andrew, provided a level of customer service that is very difficult to find these days. We will definitely return the next time we are in need of a vehicle! See Andrew if you visit Advantage Chevrolet!

From start to finish, my car buying exeprience at Advantage Chevrolet was superb. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new chevy. Their prices can only be beat by their exemplary customer service. I will be returning to them the next time I need a vehicle.

My wife and I were looking to buy a Chevy Cruz and trade in our 2005 Tahoe. The entire buying experience was A+ ! We received a fair price for our trade in and they had the exact car we wanted. Everyone we met was professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Advantage Chevrolet. Ask for Eric!

I had a repair done to my transmission under warranty less than a year ago. The problem came back, and I can only assume the repair was not done right the first time. Now because because my car is out of warranty, the dealership is turning their backs on me and claiming the issue is unrelated to the repair. You can split hairs by saying "we replaced the 1,2,3,4 gear pack, but not the 3,4,5,6 is bad, which is unrelated.". Hmmm...these gear packs just do not go bad, and if there was a preexisting issue with the transmission eating gear packs, maybe the first fix was a patch for the real problem. In my eyes, and in the eyes of everyone with any sense, would look at this and say the originally warranty repair was misdiagnosed to begin with, and not fixed right the first time. I am extremely upset about the way the dealership tried to not take any responsibility for this bad repair. I was told a new transmission would be close to $6,000. I feel like a victim and truly just do not know what to do. Also, thanks for charging me 171.00 to drive my car around the block to tell me the transmission has issues...kind of a slap in the face.

ThIs dealer just takes Advantage of people. Should have known by the name. Overpriced work with sub par service. Will advise everyone I know to never buy or service at Chevy let alone this Chevy dealer. These people are criminals. My advice to people? Stick with Toyota.

I had a very positive experience at this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle (one year old with about 22k miles) from Ernie at Advantage. He was very helpful and truly seemed like a good, honest guy. I was initially undecided about which car to get because they had a few 2014 Chevy Malibus LTZ's and none of them were EXACTLY what I wanted, but Ernie found a way to make it work.

One was $2k cheaper because it didn't have the sunroof, but I kind of wanted that sunroof. Ernie was the voice of reason and suggested I get the cheaper one and even nudged me in that direction noting it was a great deal. He even found out how much it would cost if I wanted to add the sunroof to the cheaper car. The car that had the sunroof on it had a couple other problems (wrong mirror and some more paint wear on the bumper), so I went with Ernie's suggestion of the cheaper car and don't regret it. I might add that sunroof later. If I do, the car will still be cheaper overall than the one that was $2k more.

I traded in my 2008 Malibu and felt like I got a fair trade in value for it. I took it to Carmax first to get an appraisal and checked it out on kelly blue book. I've had my 2014 now for about a month and love it. I've had no issues so far but if I do, I have plenty of warranty left on the vehicle.

The power went out while we were finishing up the paperwork but they still got me to the point where I could drive off the lot that night (by flashlight), which was appreciated. We came back a day later to finish everything up and we were in and out, even though it was a busy Saturday.

Overall, it was a great experience and I'd recommend Ernie and Advantage to anyone looking for a used (or new) vehicle.

I came in with my vehicle and mentioned to them that my extended warranty had expired. My alternator went out and frying my battery. I also needed an oil change and tire rotations. Service Department called me with an estimate of $1500 but while on the phone he said he wanted to double check something and found out I still had 1300 miles left on my warranty all I had to do is pay my deductible and my oil change. I can't thank the Advantage service team enough for going the extra mile to saving me money. Customer since 2003. Thank you Advantage staff.

I was looking to buy a Toyota Yaris and to trade in my ford explore so, I walked into Advantage because I had heard of their friendly and helpful staff. When I walked in I was greeted by Jason Roberts who matched me with Steve Garcia to take the 2014 Sonic for a test drive. Even though I was frantic to drive the new car Steve made the experience less painful than what I thought it would be. He talked to me about the safety features on the car oppose to the Yaris and just made my decision a lot smoother than what I expected. Once I sat down with Mark Brown I was more than please with the Deal and the service the Advantage team had done for me. I am happy to have gone back a week later for service and see everyone friendly face and enjoyed the accommodations they made for me. I am more than happy with my new 2014 Sonic and definitely recommend anyone who is looking to trade in their vehicle and in search for a new one they should definitely stop in ADVANTAGE and see Steve Garcia or anyone of their friendly staff.

Had to wait for service department for 6 hours over 2 days and paid $400 including $170 just to inspect the vehicle. An hour of driving later and nothing has been fixed I m having the same issue with my car that I took it for. Very disappointed. Waste of time and money and from conversations in the waiting area there are many other unsatisfied customers including a woman who waited over an hour just for a car wash.

I purchased a vehicle from them recently. The whole process went well, and the people were polite. The major issue I had with them was the miscommunication and the lack thereof which has cost me extra money and stress. Because I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday afternoon, most banks, including my own, were closed. I informed the salesman that I had already started the loan process with my bank and that I would be going through them to finance. However, in order to get the ball rolling and get me my vehicle that day, they would begin a loan application with a separate loan company. The salesman informed me that they would give me a few days before submitting the other company's application so that I could get in contact with my bank. That Tuesday, I finalized the loan with my bank and had a check ready to go for the dealer. I called the salesman and finance guy; no answer so I leave a detailed message for both letting them know to hold off on the loan application and that I had a check for them from my bank. No call back from either guy that evening or the next day. Wednesday afternoon I go into the dealer to drop off the check, and the finance guy is on break. So, I talked to another finance guy, and he says he thinks the application has already been submitted, but he'll take my name and number and have my finance guy call me when he gets back. No call. Thursday morning I call the finance guy. No answer again, and so I leave another message explaining I have a check for them from my bank. Seven hours later, I finally get a call back from the finance guy. He says they sent in the application already, but it isn't a big deal; that I'll just have to refinance. It is a big deal because now I have two loans out, both of which are acquiring interest everyday, and I'll again have to pay the $95 fee to get the title transferred over. Money that is being wasted for no reason because no one can communicate with each other or call customers back in a timely, professional manner. I won't be going back to Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins for anything, and I highly recommend everyone else take their business elsewhere as well.

So I learned that these people are not trustworthy. I went in and wanted to get into a vehicle. Warning for those who's credit score isn't a 600 or better. So I went in only giving limited info literally my Id and ssn# do you know these ppl added an employer that doesn't exist one and two I never worked for...A bit of advice make sure you can see the screen they see make sure you take someone with you as a witness. Although my witness was via phone call I would suggest you don't go alone. These people make my score drop and committed fraud.

Poor service. Did not put the valve stem caps back on had to buy new. No car wash always an excuse. Always an up charge, they try to negate a coupon or special offer. If you have a problem you can pay hundreds for trouble shooting with no repairs done, and they should be experts.

I've had really excellent experiences there. I've been satisfied with the service there. The salesmen are quite accommodating. Thank you, Advantage Chevrolet for your excellent customer service!

Brought the car in for an oil change and also noted a reoccurring issue with the transmission. The technician drove it 2 times (hot and cold engine) and said there wasn't any problems. The next day when I drove it, the same issue happened and has happened daily since I picked the car up. The car was in for transmission issues earlier this year and its still not right, even after it was in the shop for 3 weeks, (2018 Traverse).

I went for a oil change in February and because of the pandemic only put on 3000 miles and got my next oil change Tuesday August 25 with 4% oil life on the dash. I knew more than anything that it was time and not my usage causing me to need an oil change.

The rep Felipe I believe told me that oil was in my filter and going into my air intake system which would lead to additional cost to fix. I asked what would cause this and he said putting too much oil in. I found this hard to believe because advantage Chevy is the only place who opened my hood to service the engine back in February. I asked what could malfunction and cause this and he said nothing except too much oil being put in.

In the end they made it known it was my fault and not theirs for putting too much oil in even though I didn t when and would have no business to put oil in with only 3 000 miles on truck since last oil change.

It s very disheartening that a mistake made by the dealer is shifted to the customer to eat the cost because they can t put the pieces to the puzzle together and know if it was their mistake.

They said well you didn t get the 15,000 mile service so this would have covered it anyways. What a nice way to convince the customer it s their fault. As if that would have prevented this. If anything I m glad I didn t or I would have had to pay that twice by this visit.

In the end I feel that if I can t bring my first brand new vehicle to the dealer I purchased it from for an oil change with piece of mind, I don t know where to take it to get serviced. Not a good feeling when you have a 38,000$ investment.

Terrible service. I was looking for a new car, so I did a quote online. Maybe guy called me immediately and I told him my story. He told me to come in. I told him I did not want it come in unless he could get something done that day. He said he would take care of it. I also advised him I just started my job and that I did not have a stub from my new company. He said no problem. So I drove the hour to get there. The guy that helped me was very rude. O asked him where the car I wanted to look at was and he just pointed and said over there. The guy that called me left even tho I had an appt with him. Dont buy a car here. Go to the one in Bolingbrook

Would not recommend this dealership. I went in with a pre-approval letter and they forced me to go through their process which increased my rate. Have been trying to call and email for 2 days and they will not return my call. Every person I talk to wants to tell me how its my banks fault rather than fix their problem.

Nothing but great experiences!

Nothing but great experiences!

Brad was awesome to work with when I bought my new car a few months back. Super helpful, attentive, and personable.

Chris in the service department came out to provide updates multiple times, even bringing pictures of the issue he took on his phone. He sat down to thoroughly discussed my options and didn t pressure me into a decision.

Compared to a more local Chevy dealer I had taken my car to previously and was unsatisfied with, Advantage Chevy is the way to go. Well worth the time spent coming from the city and will continue to do so for any and all maintenance to my Equinox.

I called the dealership, confirmed a price for a new Chevrolet Cruze which was posted on Autotrader. The salesman confirmed the price with me for an Out the Door Price. I went to my lending institution and got financing for that vehicle and vin. Made arrangements to go up and pick up the car the next day with the dealership at 9:30am. Everything was set. I got called later in the afternoon and was told that they actually couldn't sell me the car for that price. They said their advertisement was wrong and that I didn't qualify for that price. I spent time at my bank, after being approved for the loan and them running my credit after what I believed was a done deal. They even asked for a down payment for the car. False Advertising and very deceptive. Then they said I should look into a used car because their advertisements on those (Used Cars) were accurate. Waste of my time. Very disappointed and what everyone thinks is typical behavior from a car salesman.

My experiences with the Advantage Chevrolet service team have been terrible. Basically ripped off for parts not needed to make money off me as they were stuck doing warranty work. When I asked them to show me the removed parts they refused to present them. They also refused to listen to my concerns and even ignored the multiple querys from GM Customer Care. I will never set foot in that place again. As a matter of fact I have since needed work which was covered under warranty. Instead of taking it to Advantage Hodgkins I did it myself at my own expense! Don't trust this place. They even stopped doing the breast cancer awareness walk with out explanation whatsoever!

Don t ever go here for service. Worst service department I have ever seen. Was threatened by the by the service manager FELIPE ALFARO who told me to come see him face to face. They did not fix anything on my car that was there for warranty work. They put a new backup camera in and it is set wrong you can t even see the ground. Mud all over the place and someone drove my car over 50 miles while they had it. I even texted their used car manager who tried to make the situation right that the work was not done on my car and he has not replied. Will be the last time I step foot in here. They can keep their 3 more free oil changes.

On May 18th, 2017 I took my Z06 Corvette to this dealer for repairs and they BADLY scratched the front end and refused to repair the damage even though there were 3 of us standing there (with the service rep.) when it was pushed off their curb with a loud SCRAPE - WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY DEALERSHIP ANYWHERE. BUYER BEWARE After the prior GM Steering Lock Recall bypass relay failed. I had recalls (No. 04006B) and (No. 04006C) done at another dealer several years ago and asked this dealer to replace the failed recall parts, which I had correctly diagnosed myself. The dealership told me the recall was no longer covered and quoted nearly $1,100 to repair the issue, stating that the steering column would need to be disassembled. I told them that the recall module was under the passenger floorboard and declined the work. When I came back to pick up my car, I was first surprised with a $160 diagnosis fee that I was told about after the fact (it was a night drop-off), but the bigger surprise was when I noticed the front of my car was on top of one of the dealership's parking curbs. Since the car wouldn't run, I had it towed to the dealer and back and the tow driver made sure to point out to me, the service representative and my girlfriend that the car was on the curb before we pushed it off because he was concerned that they might claim the tow truck caused the damage. I asked Tom Barton the service rep. what the dealer planned to do to repair the damage to my car and he gave me a business card and told me to call him later. I mentioned that I would ask the tow driver to write up what he saw in case they wouldn't fix it, and he also told me there was a camera in the dealer lot pointed right at my car and that he often sees problems there. I called the dealership several times and was finally told three weeks later that they wouldn't repair the car and the damage was from the tow truck. I asked the guy if he remembered there were THREE people standing there when we pushed it off the curb with a loud SCRAPE and if he was trying to be funny and that this is really bad business. In the end, I fixed the relay myself with a $40 aftermarket part with about 1 hour of work -1/4 of their "diagnosis" fee. I have also filed complaint with the Illinois Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau about this unscrupulous business. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY DEALERSHIP ANYWHERE. BUYER BEWARE

Juan Martinez was the sales consultant I dealt with during my visit to purchase a Chevy Malibu. I could not have asked for greater service than the one he provided my dad, my brother, and I. He was the first to approach us as soon as we stepped foot on the lot and I can honestly say we got lucky that he did.

I had been on the hunt for a car for a couple months now since I sold my old Volkswagen and it has been hell. We have been in and out of car dealerships every weekend with absolutely no luck. I attend Northern Illinois University out in DeKalb but I am originally from Chicago so I needed a car ASAP.

My dad is a very tough man to please. He gives every salesman a hard time to the point where we have had a couple walk away from us. Juan Martinez on the other hand was very patient. Not once did he give my dad any attitude regardless of how hard he was being. Juan answered every one of his questions and if he didn t know the answer he made sure to find someone that did. We were all EXTREMLY satisfied with his service.

Now, I am the proud owner of a 2012 Chevy Malibu thanks to Juan! All our needs were met and again all of our questions were answer. I would not think twice to return to this dealership to purchase my Chevy Silverado once I graduate from NIU. I will definitely recommend this dealership and hand out Juan s phone number to any friends or family in need of a car. Thank you for all your help!

The salesman we worked with (Pablo) seemed very vague and wouldn't tell us what our interest rate would be and that a payment for the vehicle we wanted would be over 700 a month for a used vehicle. Other dealerships we went to for almost the exact vechile payments were all 300 or less? Seems suspicious. Not sure if he though since we are young he could pull one over on us or what? Very dissatisfied

The salesman was not knowledgeable about the Cheverolet Cruze. I was not offered a test drive, he did not offer to schedule my oil change appointment, the car had no gas in it and the car was not clean. Worst experience EVER!!! This was my first time buying a car and I expected to have a great experience; however I was wrong. I would not recommend anyone nor will I visit again. I had so much of a bad experience I am rethink Cheverolet as whole.

I was very impress with how easy and fast it was to purchase my new car. My family has bought a couple of cars from Advantage before, so that s why I decided to go with them. Very friendly and helpful staff and even after I bought my car, they follow up with me on how my car is. My salesman was Fabian Murillo and the guy who helped me answer all of my questions about my car was Mark Ott, both of them made my purchase go smooth. I recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy a new car and get the best experience doing it as well.

This place has a good selection. Which is what brought me to check it out. But there were way too many salesman at this location. I could tell because there were several standing in the doorway socializing with each other and blocking the entrance into the store.

After I test drove a vehicle, the salesman asked if we wanted to buy the car right away. I told him we were still finalizing our budget and would like an estimated monthly payment based on the down payment I was planning to put down on the car.

However, when I mentioned we were still figuring out our budget, he seemed disinterested in answering anymore of our questions or providing us with additional information. He told me he needed a lot more personal information and had to run my credit to give me my estimated monthly payment. Why would this dealer need so much information from a customer when they just asked for an estimated monthly payment? Especially when other dealers I visited that day didn t need to check my credit before giving me estimates for monthly payments.

After several requests, my salesman finally gave me an estimated monthly payment calculation, but he didn t even let us keep it.....said the paperwork wasn t allowed to leave the dealership.

Overall this dealership was very disappointing.

I spoke with the service adviser this morning to schedule my appointment for this Saturday 11-4-16. I am so nervous, after reading the reviews I am feeling a little better. I know the service departments at most dealership are on bull. Rogers Chevy, Kingdom Chevy, just plan horrible. I am going to make this hour and a half drive to Advantage. I hope that I am not disappointed. A co-worker bought her Malibu at Advantage a few years ago and had a good experience, I am hoping to have a good experience in the service department. I am so stressed out about this engine light and emissions test thing.

I really enjoy the professionalism and friendliness of the staff EVERY contact that I have with them. EVERY time I call, or have a question the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met.

Came in on Saturday and were told by the sales guy that he was very busy with other customers and we'd need to come back next week. We schedule an appointment for Tuesday and when we arrive he says "who are you again? You'll have to come back, the finance guy already left." We specifically confirmed the time we'd make it there with him and there was no mention of finance leaving that early. So we left and went down the street and bought a car from another dealership. The finance guy stayed there til 9:30pm to close the deal.

The Service people/service excellent, wouldn't go anywhere else, ever. The Sales guy a little pushy. I was just seeking info for next year, not ready to buy a car today. Your focus should be on value, how to make things last, not pushing new cars every year. Who can afford that??

18% interest is what they tried sneaking into the purchase agreement. I have excellent credit and for the same car was able to get 3.9% at another dealer. The manager refused to give me my deposit check back and we had a big argument in the showroom. I had to stop payment on the check. Stay away from this place they rip you off on interest rates.

Can't even rate 1 star. There is zero customer service. Chevrolet certified vehicles mean absolutely nothing. The will sell / lease to you a vehicle with a known issue that cost 7 bucks for them to fix. Now that part is broken they charge 1,400.00. Buyers beware.

The service dept should be ashamed of themselves. ...

The service dept should be ashamed of themselves. My wife brought in our car to address a recall. And to get an oil change. That's it. They had the audacity to tell her that it "needed" a 5000 mile service. Or whatever thousand mile service I cant remember what, but the car is brand new. This was its first oil change! She tried to keep it at just an oil change but the service rep there said that they couldn't do just an oil change and this "service" needed to be done. She even had a coupon, and they wouldn't accept it.

I called the service center and told them NOT to proceed with the "service" but they said it was already done. They had me on speaker phone while going through the events of the car being brought in basically telling my wife that this "service" was the only option she had for 300.00 dollars.

300 dollars. But due to the "miscommunication" they would waive the labor and only charge for parts which is 100 dollars.

Asked what these "parts" were that they used and this is what it amounts to. According to the rep I was talking to, he said "all the filters..."

I said, stop, what filters?

He said the oil filter and the air filter. That's it! See when you say, "all the filters" you make it sound as if they're changing the fuel filter and cabin filter too but no. Just the two filters that already get changed during a run of the mill Oil Change. Granted the Air Filter is usually a 20 to 30 dollar add on at jiffy lube even though an air filter typically cost 15 bucks.

And chemicals.... so 100 dollars for an oil filter, an air filter, and "chemicals." And 200 in labor. Which was waived due to me questioning this procedure.

And where were these chemicals added? Did they have to use a compression based delivery system to add it to some closed loop in this car that I dont know about? Of course not.

I know how this works. When you bring your vehicle to places like this, they use verbal parlance to walk a thin line of making the unnecessary seem necessary.

I work on cars and motorcycles in my spare time. Which I have very little of as of late. So when I need something for my other car, I can go to the other dealership where I bought it, tell them what I want, they dont try to sell me stuff I dont need, and send me on my way. I have had my other chevy for 200,000 miles on it and still going strong. I have inspected the combustion chambers with my own borescope and I found very little in the way of carbon deposits. Thanks to additives in certain fuels anyone can buy.

And in about 50 thousand miles from now, when I consider a new car, guess where I am going to go. Not Advantage Chevrolet. I can tell you that much. If it wasn't for the recall I would have been better off doing the work myself. Never again.

I can deal with your lack of customer service or professionalism but when your mechanics and the hustle that this department has almost caused me a horrific accident by removing a patch from my tire because I didn t buy a tire from you guys. What kind of dirty business are you people running. My tire went on the expressway and the roadside service showed my tire no longer had the patch. What was just a recall and then oil change turned into one of the scariest moment. Thanks for almost killing me. I reported Advantage to BBB & Chevrolet!

I recently went to advantage Chevrolet to purchase a new car. Tony Wyatt, was extremely helpful in buying my first car. He made the process of buying this car easy and got me a great deal on it. I would recommend going here for a car, especially since my brothers will be needing a car in the future.

Thank you again for all your help!

The staff at Advantage was awesome. My sales person Chris, made the experience as seamless as possible. I was comfortable during the entire experience and didn't get pressured into purchasing something I knew I couldn't afford. Chris explained all the features of my new vehicle and made sure I was comfortable on how to use them before leaving the dealership. This was my 2nd purchase from Advantage and I will definitely be a return customer.

My issues are only with the service shop. Unfortunately they continuously mislead the customer on how long a service will actually take and say they have parts when they really don't. I would prefer the service contact to be upfront if a service job will take an entire day rather than say it will only be a few hours. Went in at 10, car wasn't ready until 4 after being told it would be done by 12.

I spent 2.5 hours in their waiting room. A scheduled transmission flush for 930am. I arrived early at 9. I was surprised to see how much activity was already happening this early. I even asked what time they opened at b.c I was in shock. After 90 minutes their tech had managed to Not find our issue. Hiccups when shifting to 4th gear*. Chris still recommends the transmission flush. I reluctantly agree. Wait for about another 30 minutes to tell me they dont have the right fluid and that could take 3 hours. I left the lot at Advantage Chevrolet off Joliet with zero progress on our issue. Oh, they didn't wash my car either. I'm happy I brought my laptop and got some work done whilst waiting for 2.5 hours. Fun time. Would not recommend for anything above oil changes and switching your windshield wipers. Doesn't jiffy lube do that on the regular? What do I Know? Thank you for the colossal waste of time today's guys'. You're the worst.

AVOID THIS PLACE. This dealership is a SCAM. I bought my vehicle back in 2015. They are very deceptive in there urge to sell you a vehicle. They give you the red carpet service at first, but once you purchase a vehicle and leave the lot and return for service maintenance. Once you are at this point, you get treated worse than a second class citizen. Their service technicians are rude and unprofessional. They use deception scare tactics to rip you off financially. Seriously, if you hate your job that much go pick another field. I highly recommend anyone to go purchase a vehicle some place else. There is Toyota, and Honda right around the corner. You'll get better service, and more of a reliable vehicle. You'll thank yourself later in the long run.

We leased Chevrolet Trax 2016 from Advantage Chevrolet, Hodgkins, Illinois. This is our second leased car deal from Advantage Chevrolet after Chevrolet Cruze 2013. Sales Person Deshawn Bell helped us with leasing formalities of Chevy Trax 2016. He was very calm and patient & Business Manager Dennis Reillly helped with the finance part. He was thorough in his work and explained the paperwork and answered all our questions. It worked very well. We are happy with the deal. Staff is friendly and helpful and we will highly recommend Advantage Chevrolet, Hodgkins, Illinois for business.

We also bring our cars for servicing and have always been satisfied and happy with work done.

Thanks Deshawn Bell and Reilly for the time you gave us and making the leasing process a pleasant experience. We definitely hope to come back again in the future.

I can't rate or recommend salesman Chris Krajniak enough! When my husband's old car finally gave out, Chris went above and beyond to find him a reliable used car within not only his price range, but also the desired make, model and mileage. Chris is very attentive and personable, and does everything he can to get you into the car you want. So, thanks to Chris and the rest of the sales staff at Advantage Chevy in Hodgkins for making us feel welcome and going above and beyond in such a short amount of time to get my husband back on the road.

I came in looking at a New 2016 Equinox LS. I had a very firm monthly payment in mind to make the process easy for me to afford, and admittedly it was on the lower side for the vehicle. I felt a little bad for my salesman, Chris, as I know I'm not the easiest person to deal with in this situation, not that I'm rude or anything, but I vacillate over spending 10 bucks on a flashlight so you can imagine what I'm like when I'm looking at a purchase in excess of 20,000 bucks. Anyway, the staff really did work with me to get down to an affordable price, and I did appreciate that there No pressure to purchase the add ons and protective packages right away. The only thing I'd have done differently, and some of this is on me not them, it to make sure I was specifying total installed cost or part cost on some of the accessories I was looking at when I was initially looking into some, but if that's the only change, there really isn't anything to complain about.
